Description (CS): Projekt "Česko-bavorská kulturní platforma" má za cíl posílit síťování kulturních aktérů a organizátorů na celém dotačním území. Díky networkingovým setkáním a výměnným cestám (research tripům) budou mít aktéři příležitost se setkat, vzájemná výměna je namotivuje a poskytne a povzbudí k navázní nových spoluprací. Každoroční festivaly nabídnou těmto spolupracujícím subjektům pódium pro představení svých aktivit publiku, zatímco pro širokou veřejnost budou znamenat příležitost k aktivní přeshraniční sousedské výměně.
K iniciování vzniku tohoto projektu nás vedou jednak dobré zkušenosti při realizaci kulturních projektů ať už v rámci partnerství měst Plzně a Řezna či v rámci organizování programu Evropského hlavního města kultury 2015, ale i poptávka a chuť jednotlivých kulturních subjektů po přeshraniční spolupráci. Během spolupráce v posledních letech bylo ale evidentní, že existují značné interkulturní deficity v oblasti know-how a v možnostech zprostředkování přeshraniční spolupráce. Konkrétní pomoc se zprostředkováním a poradenství při vývoji projektů by měly tento nedostatek postupně odstraňovat.
Cíle projektu:
Přeshraniční výměna a síťování kulturních aktérů,
Budování nových a posílení stávajících spoluprací,
Posílení přeshraničních projektových kompetencí,,
Posílení společné identity a evropské integrace pomocí kultury a umění
Odbourávání mentálních bariér (zaseté Železnou oponou) pomocí kulturního vzdělávání,
Důraz je kladen na přeshraniční spolupráci, ne jen na prezentaci kulturních aktérů na druhé straně hranice,
Aktivity / Obsah:
Odborná setkání pro kulturní aktéry v česko-německé branži, mentoring a poradenství,
Festivaly soudobé kulturní nabídky české a bavorské, v Plzni a Řezně, pódium pro stávající a nově navázané spolupráce,
Odborné exkurze (research tripy) pro kulturní aktéry za zajímavými kulturními obsahy a formáty po česko-bavorském regionu,
Vznik webové stránky projektu určné kulturním aktérům a široké veřejnosti, která se zajímá o kulturu a dění obecně v přeshraničním prostoru,

Odborná a networkingová setkání a exkurze: kulturní aktéři, kteří už v česko-bavorském prostředí činní jsou a/nebo chtějí navázat nové spolupráce,

Read more Description (DE): Das Projekt "Bayerisch-Böhmische Kulturplattform" hat die verstärkte Vernetzung von Kulturakteuren auf dem gesamten Programmgebiet zum Ziel. Durch Netzwerktreffen und Austauschfahrten werden die Akteure zusammengebracht, ermuntert und befähigt, gemeinsame Kooperationen zu starten. Jährliche Festivals bieten diesen Kooperationen eine Plattform, um ihre Aktivitäten der Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren, während die Bevölkerung zu aktivem Austausch mit den Nachbarn angeregt wird.
Zur Schaffung dieses Projekts führen uns einerseits die guten Erfahrungen bei der Realisierung von gemeinsamen kulturellen Projekten, sei es im Rahmen der Städtepartnerschaft Pilsen-Regensburg oder der Organisation des Programms der Kulturhauptstadt Europas 2015, sowie die Nachfrage verschiedener Kultureinrichtungen für mehr grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit. Es wurde in der Arbeit der letzten Jahre deutlich, dass große Defizite im Bereich der Vermittlungsmöglichkeiten und des Know-hows für die interkulturelle, grenzüberschreitende Arbeit bestehen. Die konkrete Vermittlungsarbeit und begleitete Projektentwicklung werden diesen Mängeln entgegenwirken.

Grenzüberschreitender Austausch und Vernetzung der Kulturakteure,
Aufbau von neuen und Stärkung der bestehenden Kooperationen,
Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Projektkompetenzen,
Stärkung der gemeinsamen Identität und der europäischen Integration durch Kunst und Kultur,
Abbau mentaler Barrieren (geprägt durch den Eisernen Vorhang) mittels Kulturbildung,
Akzent auf grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit, nicht nur auf Präsentation der Kulturakteure im Nachbarland,

Fach- und Netzwerktreffen für Kulturakteure im deutsch-tschechischen Bereich, Mentoring und Beratung,
Festivals der zeitgenössischen tschechischen und bayerischen Kultur in Pilsen und in Regensburg, Bühne für bestehende und neu geknüpfte Kooperationen,
Fachexkursionen für Kulturakteure mit interessanten Kulturinhalten und -formaten in der bayerisch-böhmischen Region,
Entwicklung einer Projektwebseite für Kulturakteure und die breite Öffentlichkeit, die an Kultur und allgemein am Geschehen im Grenzraum interessiert ist,

Read more Description (EN): The “Bavarian-Bohemian Cultural Platform” project aims to strengthen the networking of cultural actors throughout the programme area. Through network meetings and exchange trips, the actors are brought together, encouraged and empowered to start joint cooperations. Annual festivals provide a platform for these collaborations to present their activities to the public, while encouraging the population to engage actively with neighbours.
In order to create this project, on the one hand, we have good experience in the realisation of joint cultural projects, whether in the context of the Pilsen-Regensburg Town Partnership or the organisation of the European Capital of Culture Programme 2015, as well as the demand of various cultural institutions for greater cross-border cooperation. It has been clear in recent years that there are major shortcomings in the field of mediation opportunities and know-how for intercultural, cross-border work. The concrete mediation work and accompanied project development will counteract these shortcomings.
Objectives:
Cross-border exchange and networking of cultural actors;
Building new and strengthening existing co-operations;
Strengthening cross-border project competences;
Strengthening common identity and European integration through art and culture;
Removal of mental barriers (imprinted by the Iron Curtain) by means of cultural formation,
Emphasis on cross-border cooperation, not only on presentation of cultural actors in the neighbouring country,
Activities/Content:
Specialist and network meeting for cultural actors in the German-Czech field, mentoring and consulting,
Festivals of contemporary Czech and Bavarian culture in Pilsen and Regensburg, stage for existing and newly established cooperations,
Study visits for cultural actors with interesting cultural content and formats in the Bavarian-Bohemian region,
Development of a project website for cultural actors and the general public interested in culture and, more generally, the events in the border area;
Target groups:
Specialist and network meetings and excursions: Cultural actors who are active in the Bavarian-Bohemian region and/or want to start new cooperations,

Connection of the region via the LAG and MAS groups,

The establishment of contacts and networks in a region that is historically closely connected, but separated by different developments in the second half of the 20th century, made Bayerisch-Bohemian cooperation a matter of course.

Expected Results (DE): Intensität der grenzübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
Expected Outputs (CS): Vybudovaná přeshraniční síť kulturních aktérů, aktivní síťování občanů a kulturních aktérů, zviditelnění spoluprací a aktivit na obou stranách představují hlavní výsledky projektu. Počet spolupracujících osob a organizací se zvýší a tím i intenzita přeshraniční spolupráce.
V rámci předkládaného projektu budou realizovány tyto aktivity:
6 networkingkových setkání pro odbornou veřejnost (kulturní aktéry) za účasti expertů / mentorů
6 research tripů (exkurzí) pro odbornou veřejnost do příhraničních regionů za účelem navazování kontaktů, spoluprací, výměny a síťování.
2 bavorsko-české festivaly vždy se dvěma místy konání (Řezno a Plzeň)
1 závěrečné setkání pro kulturní aktérů a obyvatelstvo

Read more Expected Outputs (DE): Aufbau eines grenzüberschreitenden Netzwerks von Kulturschaffenden, aktive Vernetzung von Bürgern und Kulturakteuren sowie das Sichtbarmachen von Kooperationen und Aktivitäten auf beiden Seiten sind die Hauptergebnisse des Projekts. Die Zahl der kooperierenden Personen und Organisationen wird sich dadurch erhöhen und somit auch die Intensität der grenzübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Projekts werden folgende Aktivitäten organisiert:
6 Netzwerktreffen für die Fachöffentlichkeit (Kulturakteure) unter Teilnahme von Experten / Mentoren und
6 Research Trips (Exkursionen) für die Fachöffentlichkeit in die Grenzregionen mit dem Zweck des Aufbaus und der Pflege von Kontakten, Kooperationen, Austausch und Vernetzung;
2 Bayerisch-Böhmische Festivals mit je zwei Veranstaltungsorten (Regensburg und Pilsen);
1 Abschlusstreffen für Kulturakteure und Bevölkerung sowie
