Description (EN): The aim of the project is to publish and increase the attractiveness of cultural heritage by renewing the Church of St. John the Baptist in Skalná for better integration of the citizens of the CZ-BY region.The sub-activities of the project are not only aimed at building works, aimed at renewing and improving the state of the important cultural memorial, but an important part of the process are community events.Content of the project attaches great importance to the involvement of the inhabitants, making the memorial site accessible, increasing awareness of cultural heritage and its promotion; this will improve the CZ-BY relationships that have been destroyed in the past by Iron Curtain.
Activities of the BY partner — similar to the CZ applicant (renewal of the church, open. Actions).
Project implementation enables the preservation and renewal of the cultural memorial site, which not only supports the attractiveness of the subsidy area, but also the strengthening of the sustainable cross-border crossing. The project prepares better conditions for common transport. The future of the CZ-BY border area and its further development.
Planned activities are divided into 2 parts:
1) Preparation of the project application and all necessary annexes (general. Project Preparation Meetings of all partners,Discussions on involvement in the sub-activities, Planning of concrete activities)
2) Implementation:
A) Component implementation of construction works-Church of Skalná (increase from the roof, exterior plastering, installation of the camera system on the tower and in church interiors); Church Neusorg (renewal of wooden constructions, beams, interior plaster, cleaning, painting and painting works, mushroom and insect measures, etc.)
B) Actions for the public (20 events directly in the church and in the immediate vicinity and stabilisation of contacts through community-organised actions). These are concerts, consecrations, exhibitions and competitions — list of actions including actions of the partner are in the annex “”Seznam komunitnich akci“”.
C) Project Publicity Plant
Target groups (quantification at the events is listed in the annex “”Seznam komunitnich akci“”:

A total of 5100 citizens
The expected added value is publishing and increasing the attractiveness of cultural heritage, implementing new events, improving the state of the important cultural site. By connecting stable partners, the project supports conditions for future sustainable cooperation.
Read more Description (CS): Cílem projektu je zpřístupnění a zvýšení atraktivity kulturního dědictví prostřednictvím obnovy kostela sv. Jana Křtitele ve Skalné pro lepší zapojení obyvatel česko-bavorského regionu. Dílčí aktivity projekty budou zaměřeny nejen na stavební práce cílené k obnově a zlepšení stavu významné kulturní památky, ale důležitou součástí procesu jsou komunitní akce. Obsah projektu klade velký důraz na zapojení obyvatel, zpřístupnění památky, zvýšení povědomí o kulturním dědictví a jeho propagaci a tím podporuje zlepšení česko - bavorských vztahů narušených v minulosti železnou oponou.
Aktivity bavorského partnera - obdobné jako u českého žadatele (obnova kostela Panny Marie, komunitní akce).
Realizace projektu umožní zachování a obnovu kulturní památky, čímž bude podpořena nejen atraktivita dotačního území, ale také se docílí posílení udržitelného přeshraničního cestovníhu ruchu. Projekt připraví lepší podmínky pro společnou budoucnost česko-bavorského příhraničí a jeho další rozvoj.
Plánované aktivity projektu lze věcně rozdělit do dvou částí:
1) příprava projektové žádosti a všech potřebných příloh (společná příprava projektu - setkání všech partnerů, diskuze o zapojení do dílčích aktivit, plánování konkrétních činností)
2) realizace:
A) stavební část - zahrnuje provedení stavebních prací na kostele ve Skalné (obnova střechy, fasády, umístění kamerového systému na věž a do vnitřních prostorů kostela) a na kostele v Neusorgu (obnova dřevěných kontrukcí, výměna trámů, vnitřní omítky, čistící práce, lakýnické a malířské práce, plísňové opatření, opatření proti hmyzu).
B) komunitní akce (uspořádání 20 kom. akcí přímo v prostorách kostela a v jeho přilehlém okolí a upevnění navázaného kontaktu prostřednictvím těchto společně organizovaných akcí)
Jedná se o koncerty, poutě, výstavy a soutěže. Seznam komunitních akcí vč. akcí u partnera je v přílozeSeznam komunitních akcí.
C) publicita projektu - příloha
Cílové skupiny - kvantifikace u kom. akcí je v příloze Seznam komunitních akcí.

4) čeští a němečtí turisté a návštěvníci
Celkem 5100 obyvatel.
Očekávaná přidaná hodnota je zpřístupnění a zvýšení atraktivity kulturního dědictví, realizace nových komunitních akcí a zlepšení stavu významné kulturní památky. Vzhledem k zapojení stabilních partnerů projekt podpoří podmínky pro budoucí trvale udržitelnou spolupráci.
Read more Description (DE): Ziel des Projektes ist Veröffentlichung und Erhöhung der Attraktivität des Kulturerbes durch Erneuerung der Kirche des Hl. Johannes des Täufers in Skalná für bessere Eingliederung der Bürger der CZ-BY Region.Die Teilaktivitäten des Projektes werden nicht nur auf Bauarbeiten,gezielt auf Erneuerung und Verbesserung des Zustandes der bedeutenden Kulturgedenkstätte gerichtet,sondern wichtiger Bestandteil des Prozesses sind Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen.Inhalt des Projektes legt großen Wert auf Einschaltung der Einwohner,Zugänglichmachung der Gedenkstätte,Erhöhung des Bewußtseins über das Kulturerbe und auf seine Werbung; damit wird die Verbesserung der CZ-BY Beziehungen erzielt,die in der Vergangenheit durch Eisernen Vorhang zerstört wurden.
Aktivitäten des BY Partners-ählich wie beim CZ Antragsteller (Erneuerung der Kirche,öff. Aktionen).
Projektumsetzung ermöglicht Erhalt und Erneuerung der Kulturgedenkstätte,womit nicht nur die Attraktivität des Subventionsgebietes unterstützt wird,sondern auch die Verstärkung des nachhaltigen grenzübergreif. Reiseverkehrs erzielt wird.Das Projekt bereitet bessere Bedingungen für gemeins. Zukunft des CZ-BY Grenzgebietes und seine weitere Entwicklung vor.
Geplante Aktivitäten sind in 2 Teile aufgeteilt:
1) Vorbereitung des Projektantrags und aller notwendigen Anlagen (gemeins. Projektvorbereitung-Treffen aller Partner,Diskussionen über Einschaltung in die Teilaktivitäten,Planung konkreter Tätigkeiten)
2) Umsetzung:
A) Bauteil-Durchführung von Bauarbeiten-Kirche Skalná (Ermeuerung vom Dach,Außenputz,Installation des Kamerasystems auf dem Turm und in Kircheninnenräumen); Kirche Neusorg (Erneuerung von Holzkonstruktionen,Balken,Innenputz,Reinigungs-, Lackierer- und Malerarbeiten,Pilz- und Insektenmaßnahmen u.w.)
B) Aktionen für Öffentlichkeit (20 Veranstaltungen direkt in der Kirche und naher Umgebung und Stabilisierung des angeknüpften Kontaktes durch gemeins. organisierte Aktionen). Es handelt sich um Konzerte, Kirchweihe, Ausstellungen und Wettbewerbe - Liste der Aktionen inkl. Aktionen des Partners sind in der Anlage "Seznam komunitnich akci".
C) Projektpublizität-Anlage
Zielgruppen (Quantifizierung bei den Veranstaltungen ist in der Anlage "Seznam komunitnich akci" angeführt:
1)Bürger aus Skalná
2) Bürger aus Neusorg
3) Bürger der CZ und BY Region
4) CZ und DE Touristen und Besucher
Insgesamt 5100 Bürger
Der erwartete Mehrwert ist Veröffentlichung und Erhöhung der Attraktivität des Kulturerbes, Umsetzung neuer Veranstaltungen,Verbesserung des Zustandes der bedeutenden Kulturstätte. Durch Eingschaltung von stabilen Partnern unterstützt das Projekt Bedingungen für zukünftige nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit.

Expected Results (DE): Attraktivität des Kultur- und Naturerbes
Expected Outputs (CS): Nejdůležitějším plánovaným výsledkem projektu bude zvýšení atraktivity dotačního území prostřednictvím zachování a zhodnocení společného kulturního a přírodního dědictví v udržitelné formě, což obnova kostela zajistí. V době realizace se uskuteční 26 komunitních akcí, přičemž v rozpočtu českého partnera je 20 akcí, které jsou uvedeny v Seznamu komunitních akcí a v balíčku Realizace.
V době udržitelnosti projektu se uskuteční minimálně dalších 11 akcí.
Dále výsledkem projektu bude:
Vydání publikace - v rámci projektu bude zpracována a vydána brožura o historii zapojených partnerů, obnově kulturního dědictví v rámci projektu a souvisejících aktivitách.
Umístění informační tabule - u partnerů projektu bude na budovách kostelů umístěna informační tabule s turistickými informacemi, popisující historii kostelů v obou partnerských městech.
Bavorský partner - město Neusorg - věnuje kostelu ve Skalné žulový kámen z místního lomu, ze kterého bude vytvořena pamětní deska, jež bude nejen prostředkem povinné propagace dle pravidel programu, ale i trvalým symbolem partnerství.
Kromě výše uvedeného budou realizovány aktivity vedoucí k vytváření povědomí a propagaci v oblasti kulturního dědictví (tiskové zprávy, webové stránky, pozvánky, plakáty).
Read more Expected Outputs (DE): Das wichtigste geplante Projekergebnis wird die Erhöhung der Attraktivität des Subventionsgebietes mittels Erhalt und Aufwertung des gemeinsamen Kultur- und Naturerbes in nachhaltiger Form sein,was die Erneuerung der Kirche sicherstellt. In der Umsetzungszeit werden 26 Veranstaltungen stattfinden, wobei 20 Veranstaltungen im Budget des tschechischen Partners sind, die in der Liste der Veranstaltungen und im Paket "Umsetzung" angeführt sind.
In der Nachhaltigkeitszeit werden mind. 11 weitere Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Weiterer Output des Projektes wird Herausgabe einer Publikation - im Rahmen des Projektes wird Broschüre über Geschichte der eingeschalteten Partner,über Erneuerung des Kulturerbes im Rahmen des Projektes und über zusammenhängende Aktivitäten verfasst und herausgegeben. Platzierung der Infotafel - bei den Projektpartnern werden auf den Kirchengebäuden Infotafeln mit Touristeninfo platziert, die die Geschichte der Kirchen beider Partnerstädte beschreiben werden. Der bayerische Partner - die Stadt Neusorg - wird der Kirche in Skalná einen Granitstein aus dortigem Granitsteinruch widmen, aus dem eine Gedenktafel geschaffen wird, die nicht nur das Pflichtwerbemittel laut Regeln des Programms sein wird, sondern ein dauherhaftes Symbol der Partnerschaft darstellen wird.
Außer des oben Genannten werden Aktivitäten zur Schaffung des Bewußtseins und zur Werbung im Bereich der Kulturerbschaft umgersetzt (Presseberichte,Webseiten,Einladungen,Plakate).
