The aim of this three-year project is the exemplary organisational development of cojc as a cross-border network. This applies to staff expansion in the area of management (expansion tsch. Staff) and PR/Public Relations (expansion, local connection to bayer.+tsch. Page). In addition, project participants who have gradually qualified as theatre/experience educators, youth supervisors, organisers, language facilitators or tourist guides will join the team. Through the mentoring program “20+”, we will invest heavily in the responsibility of the generation 20+ and initiate their successful, sustainable work in the border area (in the case of cojc AND beyond). By bayr.-tsch. Theatre projects and a modular education programme (“diversity in border areas”) are trained as ambassadors for young people as a renewable generation of the border area and qualified in the cross-border field. We will publish the profiles of our players on a new, attractive website. At the heart of our work are theatre projects that provide young people with performing, intercultural and managerial skills, educating them about the possibilities of the border area, creating local connections and career orientation. The theatre projects offer a marketing offensive for the border area. This is done through close cooperation and networking with local companies (crafts, industry) and service providers (tourism industry, social services, schools). In the research and performance phases of the theatre projects with a thematically local relevance, as many dialogues with the population and cooperation partners (e.g. companies) should be made possible in order to realise networking to the widest possible extent. All partners of the individual projects as well as agreed contact points are recorded, documented and described in the online guide for the border area by the organisers, PR managers and young people. The online guide (“cojc Companion”) creates sustainability, education, networking and marketing. As a result, it represents the attractiveness of the border area (not only) for young people and increases it. A communication guide should be an integral part to further reduce the boundary in the minds, as well as to stimulate games and action proposals for direct activities and exchange opportunities at the border. The networking of individuals is also possible in the online guide and the local population has the opportunity to offer both individual and institutionalised services via this platform (city tour, accommodation place, advice). The theatre projects will be organised as part of the public. Performances organise discussions where young/old, German/Czech, private/entrepreneurial, disadvantaged/privileged in dialogue. Ziel dieses dreijährigen Projektvorhabens ist die exemplarische Organisationsentwicklung von cojc als grenzüberschreitend arbeitendes und wirkendes Netzwerk. Dies betrifft den Personalausbau im Bereich Geschäftsführung (Ausbau tsch. Personals) und PR/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Ausbau, lokale Anbindung auf bayer.+tsch. Seite). Zudem sollen Projektteilnehmer, die sich schrittweise als Theater-/ Erlebnispädagogen, Jugendbetreuer, Organisatoren, Sprachvermittler oder Touristenführer weiterqualifiziert haben, ins Team aufsteigen. Durch das Mentoringprogramm "20+" werden wir in die Verantwortungsübernahme der Generation 20+ hochgradig investieren und deren erfolgreiche, nachhaltige Arbeit im Grenzgebiet (bei cojc UND darüber hinaus) initiieren. Durch bayr.-tsch. Theaterprojekte und ein modulares Bildungsprogramm ("Diversität in Grenzgebieten") werden Jugendliche, als nachwachsende Generation des Grenzgebiets, zu Botschaftern ausgebildet und im grenzübergreifenden Bereich qualifiziert. Die Profile unserer Akteure werden wir auf einer neuen, attraktiven Website veröffentlichen. Im Kern unserer Arbeit stehen Theaterprojekte, die den Jugendlichen darstellerische, interkulturelle und leitende Fähigkeiten vermitteln und sie über die Möglichkeiten des Grenzgebiets aufklären, lokale Anbindungen und Berufsorientierung schaffen. Die Theaterprojekte bieten eine Marketingoffensive für das Grenzgebiet. Dies geschieht durch enge Kooperation und Vernetzung mit lokalen Unternehmen (Handwerk, Industrie) und Dienstleistern (Tourismusbranche, Sozialwesen, Schulen). In den Recherche- und Aufführungsphasen der Theaterprojekte mit thematisch lokalem Bezug sollen möglichst viele Dialoge zur Bevölkerung und zu Kooperationspartnern (z.B.Unternehmen) ermöglicht werden um Vernetzung im möglichst weitreichenden Umfang zu realisieren. Alle Partner der Einzelprojekte, sowie verabredete Anlaufstellen werden von den Organisatoren, PR Managern und Jugendlichen erfasst, dokumentiert und im online guide fürs Grenzgebiet abgebildet und beschrieben. Der online guide ("cojc Companion") schafft Nachhaltigkeit, Aufklärung, Vernetzung und Marketing. Dadurch bildet er die Attraktivität des Grenzgebiets (nicht nur) für junge Leute ab und erhöht diese. Ein Kommunikationsguide soll Bestandteil sein um die Grenze in den Köpfen weiter abzubauen, zudem sollen Spiele und Aktionsvorschläge zu direkten Aktivitäten und Austauschmöglichkeiten an der Grenze anregen. Auch die Vernetzung von Einzelpersonen ist im online guide möglich und die lokale Bevölkerung hat die Chance sowohl individuelle, als auch institutionalisierte Dienstleistungen über diese Plattform anzubieten (Stadtführung, Übernachtungsplatz, Beratung). Die Theaterprojekte werden im Rahmen der öffentl. Aufführungen Diskussionen veranstalten, wo jung/alt, deutsch/tschechisch, privat/unternehmerisch, benachteiligt/priviligiert in Dialog kommt. Diesen diversitätsfördernden Ansatz führen wir unter dem Stichwort cojc+ noch weiter aus.

Cílem tohoto tříletého projektového plánu je exemplární rozvoj organizace sítě čojč, překračující svou prací a působením hranice. To se týká budování personálu v oblasti jednatelství (budování českého personálu) a PR/práce s veřejností (budování personálu, lokální napojení na bavor. a čes. straně). Kromě toho by měli být přijati do týmu účastníci projektů, kteří se postupně kvalifikovali jako divadelní / zážitkoví pedagogové, dozor mládeže, organizátoři, jazykoví průvodci nebo turističtí průvodci. Školicím programem "20+" významně podpoříme ochotu generace 20+ k převzetí odpovědnosti, a dáme tak podnět k její úspěšné a trvalé práci v příhraničí (v rámci sítě čojč i mimo ni). Prostřednictvím bavorsko-českých divadelních projektů a modulárního vzdělávacího sytému („Různorodost v příhraničí‘) budou mladí lidé z nastupující generace příhraničí vzděláni jako vyslanci a kvalifikováni v přeshraniční oblasti. Profily našich aktérů budou zveřejněny na nových, atraktivních webových stránkách. Jádrem naší divadelmí práce jsou divadelní projekty, které mládeži zprostředkují interpretační, interkulturní a vedoucí schopnosti, informují je o možnostech, které příhraničí nabízí, a vytvoří nová lokální napojení a novou profesní orientaci. Divadelně-pedagogické projekty nabízejí příhraničí marketingovou ofenzivu. To je možné díky úzké spolupráci a propojení s lokálními podniky (řemeslníci, průmysl) a službami (turistický ruch, školy, centra sociálních službeb). V projektových fázích rešerše a představení s tematicky lokálním zřetelem by měl být možný dialog s obyvatelstvem a kooperačními partnery (např. podniky), aby tak mohlo být dosaženo propojení v co největším rozsahu. Všichni partneři jednotlivých projektů stejně jako domluvená kontaktní místa budou organizátory, PR manažery a mládeží zachycena, zdokumentována, zobrazena a popsána v internetovém průvodci příhraničím. Internetový průvodce ("cojc Companion") se postará o trvalý účinek, osvětu, propojení a marketing. Tím předvede atraktivitu příhraničí (nejen) pro mladé lidi a zvýší ji. Součástí bude i komunikační průvodce pomáhající dále odbourávat hranice v našich hlavách. Kromě toho budou hry a návrhy kulturních akcí obsažené v internetovém průvodci podněcovat k přímým aktivitám a možnostem výměny v příhraničí. Internetový průvodce umožňuje i propojení jednotlivých osob a místní obyvatelstvo v něm může nabízet individuální či institucionalizované služby (prohlídky města, přenocování, poradenství). Divadelní projekty budou v rámci veřejných vystoupení pořádat diskuze, během nichž dojde k dialogu mezi mladými/staršími generacemi, Němci/Čechy, soukromými osobami/podniky, handicapovanými /privilegovanými. Folgende Ergebnisse fördern die Intensität grenzübergreifender Zusammenarbeit:
a) Intensivierung der PR/ Öff. von Čojč, dadurch größere Reichweite, stärkeres Gewicht und Bewerkstelligung des Ziels: “Marketing fürs Grenzgebiet”
b) Digitaler, interaktiver online guide/ Reiseführer des Grenzlandes für Jugendliche
c) Setzung kultureller Highlights und sozialer Events im Grenzland
d) Qualifizierungs-Schub im Netzwerk: Bereiche Internet, Medien, Webdesign, grenzüberschreitende Theaterpädagogik, Administration
e) Erfolgreiches Hinzukommen, Heranwachsen qualifizierter Fachkräfte bei cojc
f) Vernetzung mit Unternehmen im Grenzland, Gewinnung als Partner, Zusammenarbeit im Sinne von weichen Standortfaktoren
Folgende Aktivitäten unterstützen die Vernetzung nach außen:
1. Jahr: Auftritte auf Messen/ öffentl. Veranstaltungen (Start des Marketingkonzepts, Bilden von Entwicklungsteams, Aufbau grenzübergreifener Koop.)
2. Jahr: Jahresbildungsprogramm: Workshops in Interk. Komm., ethische Werte, Theaterpädagogik, social media, Video-/ Foto, d.-tsch. Sprachworkshops, Bildungskonferenz mit open space)
3. Jahr: Partizipative, grenzübergreifende Aktionen (z.B. Grenz-Land-Schnitzeljagd) stärken die gemeinsame Identität
Durch Animationstage und Workshops an Schulen erfahren jeweils jährl. ca. 5000 Schüler und Studenten aus D. und Tsch. von čojč. Über weitere Öff. (Internet, social media, Rundmails, Presse, Radio, TV) rechnen wir damit, weitere junge Leute und andere Grenzlandbewohner zu erreichen. Angestrebt sind pro Jahr: min. 10 Presseartikel, min. 50 Internet-Veröffentlichungen, min. 5 andere Medienformate (Radio, Fernsehen). Insg. min. 100 Einträge des online guides. Flyer, Plakate, Druckerzeugnisse werden nach geschätztem Bedarf hergestellt. Für ein Theaterprojekt ca. 2000 flyer und 50 Plakate. Nicht zuletzt tragen die Aufführungen + Diskussionen (jähr. mind. 6 mit jeweils 250 Zuschauern), wesentlich zur öffentlichen Wahrnehmung von geglückter tsch.-d. Zusammenarbeit

Následující výsledky zvyšují intenzitu přeshraniční spolupráce:
a) Intenzifikace PR / práce s veřejností, tím větší dosah a váha, dosažení cíle ‚marketing pro příhraničí‘
b) digitální interaktivní internetový průvodce příhraničím pro mládež
c) vytvoření zajímavých kulturních a společenských akcí v příhraničí
d) kvalifikační posun v síti: oblasti internetu, médií, webdesignu, přeshraniční pedagogiky, administrativy
e) úspěšné přibývání, dorůstání kvalifikovaných sil u čojč
f) Propojení s podniky v příhraničí, získání těchto podniků jako partnerů, spolupráce ve smyslu měkkých faktorů rozvoje a růstu
Následující aktivity podporují propojení směrem ven:
1. rok: vystoupení na veletrzích / veřejných akcích (odstartování marketingové koncepce, vybudování vývojového týmu, výstavba přeshraničních kooperací)
2. rok: roční vzělávací program: workshopy v interkulturní komunikaci,etické hodnoty, divadelní pedagogika, sociální média, video-/foto, česko-něm. jazykové workshopy, vzdělávací konference s open space
3.rok: společnou identitu posíli participativní přeshraniční akce (např. přeshraniční bojovka)
Díky animačním dnům a workshopům se o čojč každoročně dozví ca.5000 žáků a studentů z Německa a Česka. Další mladé lidi z příhraničí oslovíme pomocí internetu, sociálních médií, oběžníkům, tisku, rádiu a televizi. Ročním cílem je: min. 10 novinových článků, min. 50 zveřejnění na internetu, min. 5 jiných mediálních formátů (radio, televize). Celkem min. 100 záznamů internetového průvodce. Letáky, plakáty, tiskoviny budou vyráběny dle odhadované potřeby. Pro jeden projekt ca. 2000 letáků a 50 plakátů. V neposlední řadě přispívají k veřejnému vnímání vydařené česko-něm. spolupráce vystoupení a diskuze (ročně nejméně 6 vždy s 250 diváky).
