Description (EN): Galerie Klatovy/Klenová (GKK), the City of Vilseck, the City of Schönsee and the Ladislav-Sutnar Faculty of Art and Design of the West Bohemian University (FDULS) have set themselves the goal of intensifying cross-border cooperation in the artistic field with the project “Connecting and growing together — from country to country”.
Meetings of artists, students and art enthusiasts are planned and a more intensive cultural cooperation between the institutions and municipalities participating in the project is planned. As a result, they will be more closely linked, know-how exchanged and mutual contacts, which should be continued even after the project has ended.
Priorities include building a network of artists with the same interests to understand, minimise, and stimulate dialogue between artists and the public. The project partners take on an intermediary role, organise 8 workshops, 4 lectures, 1 interactive tour, conduct discussions with multipliers and present the realised art actions in an extensive photo exhibition.
Since its inception, the CCCT has focused on the cross-border cooperation and presentation of works by Czech and international artists, especially German artists. Like the other partners, the CCCT has so far paid special attention to the art genre Land Art. The cultural and artistic design of the landscape will meaningfully complement the activities of the gallery and its partners. Workshops will take place in Klenová, where FDULS students participate. In Schönsee, students of the FDULS will participate in a land art campaign in the deteriorated settlement of Bügellohe. The student’s task will be to create a land art work inspired by the history of the place in a building ruin. In Klenová as well as in Bügellohe, students will work under the professional responsibility of Prof. Jiří Beránek, one of the most important sculptors of the 20th and 21st centuries. Vilseck is expanding the International Art Trail in Vilsaue, which is continuously supplemented by the city with new works by German and international artists. As part of a symposium, artists will meet at the GKK and Vilseck. Read more Description (DE): Die Galerie Klatovy/Klenová (GKK), die Stadt Vilseck, die Stadt Schönsee und die Ladislav-Sutnar Fakultät für Kunst und Design der Westböhmischen Universität (FDULS) haben sich mit dem Projekt „Verbinden und Zusammenwachsen – vom Land zu Land“ das Ziel gesetzt, die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit im künstlerischen Bereich zu intensivieren.
Geplant sind Treffen von Künstlern, Studierenden und Kunstinteressierten und eine intensivere kulturelle Zusammenarbeit zwischen den am Projekt teilnehmenden Institutionen und Kommunen. Im Ergebnis sollen sich diese enger miteinander verknüpfen, Knowhow austauschen und gegenseitig Kontakte herstellen, die auch nach Ablauf des Projekts fortgeführt werden sollen.
Zu den Prioritäten gehört der Aufbau eines Netzwerks von Künstlern mit gleichen Interessen, um unterschiedliche kulturelle Sichtweisen zu verstehen, zu minimieren und den Dialog zwischen Künstlern und der Öffentlichkeit zu beleben. Die Projektpartner übernehmen eine Mittlerrolle, organisieren im Projektzeitraum 8 Workshops, 4 Vorträge, 1 interaktiven Rundgang, führen Gespräche mit Multiplikatoren und präsentieren zum Abschluss die umgesetzten Kunstaktionen in einer umfangreichen Fotoausstellung.
Die GKK legte seit ihrer Gründung einen Fokus auf die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit und Präsentation von Werken tschechischer wie internationaler, insbesondere auch deutscher Künstler. Die GKK widmete bisher, wie die anderen Partner auch, dem Kunstgenre Land Art besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Die kulturelle und künstlerische Gestaltung der Landschaft wird die Tätigkeiten der Galerie und deren Partner sinnvoll ergänzen. In Klenová werden Workshops stattfinden, an denen Studierende der FDULS teilnehmen. In Schönsee werden Studierende der FDULS an einer Land Art-Kunstaktion in der verfallenen Siedlung Bügellohe teilnehmen. Aufgabe der Studenten wird es sein, in einer Gebäuderuine ein von der Geschichte des Ortes inspiriertes Land Art-Kunstwerk zu schaffen. In Klenová wie auch in Bügellohe werden die Studierenden unter der fachmännischen Verantwortung von Prof. Jiří Beránek arbeiten, einem der bedeutendsten Bildhauer des 20. und 21. Jahrhunderts. Vilseck wird der Internationale Kunstweg in der Vilsaue erweitert, der von der Stadt kontinuierlich mit neuen Arbeiten deutscher und internationaler Künstler ergänzt wird. Im Rahmen eines Symposiums werden sich Künstler in der GKK und in Vilseck treffen. Dabei bietet sich die Gelegenheit, Auffassungen und künstlerische Techniken einander gegenüberzustellen.
Abschluss des Projekts werden eine Fotoausstellung mit hohem künstlerischen Anspruch und ein dreisprachiger Ausstellungskatalog sein. Diese dokumentieren die im Projekt geschaffenen Werke, an denen sich Studierende der FDULS und freischaffende Künstler beteiligen. Das Projekt „Verbinden und Zusammenwachsen – vom Land zu Land“ ermöglicht Begegnungen von Studierenden und Künstlern, deren Land Art-Werke ein nachhaltiges Teilergebnis darstellen.

Konkrétním výstupem je setkávání výtvarníků, studentů a zájemců o umění z českých a německých příhraničních oblastí a spolupráce na poli kultury mezi jednotlivými institucemi a obcemi v blízkosti společné hranice, které se projektu účastní. Výsledkem projektu bude propojení těchto subjektů, sdílení jejich know-how a vytvoření vzájemných kontaktů, které budou využívány pro budoucí spolupráci i po ukončení projektu.
K prioritám projektu patří vytvoření sítě mezi podobně smýšlejícími umělci obou zemí, která pomůže snížit kulturní rozdíly a rozvine kulturní dialog se zahraniční i tuzemskou veřejností. Projektoví partneři převezmou roli prostředníka, a v rámci projektu společně zorganizují 8 workshopů, 4 přednášky, interaktivní prohlídku a besedy s různými hosty jak z Německa, tak z Čech. Na konci projektu budou prezentovat výsledky všech aktivit prostřednictvím rozsáhlé fotografické výstavy v místě působení projektových partnerů.
GKK, vedoucí projektový partner, se od svého vzniku zaměřuje na přeshraniční spolupráci a prezentaci děl soudobých českých i zahraničních umělců, obzvláště německých. Jednou z unikátních forem umění, které GKK - stejně jako ostatní partneři - věnuje pozornost, je land art. Forma kulturní a umělecké kultivace a utváření krajiny, která by vhodně doplnila činnost galerie a jejích partnerů. Na Klenové proběhnou týdenní workshopy, kterých se zúčastní studenti FDULS a projektový partner město Schönsee nabídne v rámci projektu studentům FUDLS účast na landartové umělecké akci v zaniklé osadě Bügellohe. Úkolem studentůtří bude v rozpadlé budově vytvořit landartové dílo inspirované historií místa. Na Klenové i v Bügellohe budou tvořit studenti pod dohledem odborného garanta, prof. Jiřího Beránka, který je jedním z nejvýznamnějších sochařů 20. a 21. století. Ve Vilsecku bude rozšířena Mezinárodní umělecká stezka Vilsaue, kterou město stále doplňuje o nová díla od německých i zahraničních umělců. Tato díla vzniknou v průběhu sympozia, které je součástí projektu. V rámci sympozia se výtvarníci z přeshraničních oblastí budou setkávat v GKK a ve Vilsecku, kde budou mít možnost konfrontovat své názory a výtvarné techniky.
Závěrečným výstupem projektu se stane fotografická výstava s mezinárodním přesahem a trojjazyčná publikace. Na vzniku publikace i vystavených fotografií, které zdokumentují projektové aktivity a vzniklá díla, se budou podílet studenti FDULS i výtvarníci. Projekt „Prorůstání – od země k zemi“ umožní setkání studentů a výtvarníků z oblasti land-artu, jejichž tvorba představuje trvale udržitelný dílčí výsledek projektu.

Expected Outputs (DE): Hauptergebnis des Projekts soll eine intensivere grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sein: Zwischen den jeweiligen Partnern, aber auch zwischen den Künstlern und Studenten als Projektteilnehmer. Die beteiligten Institutionen und Kommunen tauschen Know-how aus, es werden neue int. Kontakte geknüpft und Erfahrungen gewonnen. Das Projekt trägt zur Verbesserung der regionalen Beziehungen wie auch der Verständigung unter den Projektteilnehmern bei.
Die Öffentlichkeit erhält in einer Reihe von Workshops, Vorträgen und Gesprächen, die im Rahmen des Projekts stattfinden, Einblicke in das Kunstgenre Land Art. Land Art ist heute in Deutschland wie in Tschechien eine noch wenig bekannte Kunstrichtung. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, die Unkenntnis abzubauen.
Ein weiteres Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit werden Land Art Kunstwerke sein, die im Rahmen des Projekts an mehreren Orten ihren Platz finden. In Klenová, dem Sitz der GKK, werden Objekte aufgestellt, die unter der Leitung von Prof. Beránek in Zusammenarbeit mit den Studierenden der FDULS entstehen sowie Arbeiten der 2018 am deutsch-tschechischen Symposium teilnehmenden Künstler.
In der Bügellohe, einer verfallenen Siedlung nahe der Grenze bei Schönsee, wird die Ruine eines Hauses Teil eines Land Art Objekts, das Studierende der FDULS unter pädagogischer Leitung künstlerisch gestalten.
In Vilseck wird der „Int. Kunstweg in der Vilsaue“ mit Land Art-Skulpturen von deutschen und tschechischen Künstler erweitert, die 2019 im Rahmen des Symposiums künstlerisch tätig sein werden.
Alle Projektaktivitäten und -ergebnisse werden von den Studierenden der FDULS dokumentiert. Abschließend wird eine Fotoausstellung von grenzüberschreitender Reichweite stattfinden, die als Wanderausstellung bei allen teilnehmenden Partnern zu sehen sein wird. Aus der Fotodokumentation soll ebenfalls eine deutsch-tschechisch-englische Publikation hervorgehen, die von den Partnern vertrieben wird.
Read more Expected Outputs (CS): Hlavním výsledkem projektu bude intenzivnější přeshraniční spolupráce, jak mezi jednotlivými partnery, tak mezi dalšími účastníky projektu, mezi které patří výtvarníci a univerzitní studenti Dojde ke sdílení know-how jednotlivých institucích a obcí, vytvoření nových mezinárodních kontaktů v oblasti kultury a získání nových zkušeností. Projekt přispěje ke zlepšení vztahů v regionu a vzájemnému porozumění mezi účastníky projektu.
Veřejnost bude mít možnost seznámit se s landartem prostřednictvím četných workshopů, přednášek a besed, které se v rámci projektu uskuteční. Land art je i v současnosti uměleckým směrem, který v oblasti Čech a Německa není příliš známým a projekt se ho bude snažit tedy pro laickou veřejnost co nejlépe přiblížit.
Dalším výsledkem spolupráce budou landartová díla, kterou v rámci projektu vzniknou na několika místech. Na Klenové, kde sídlí GKK, kde budou umístěny objekty, které vzniknou pod dohledem prof. Beránka ve spolupráci se studenty FDULS a také objekty výtvarníků z česko-německého sympozia, které se uskuteční v roce
2018.
V Bügellohe, zaniklé osadě nedaleko Schönsee, se stane landartovým objektem jedna z ruin domů, které se zde nachází. V Bügellohe budou tvořit studenti FDULS pod odborným pedagogickým dohledem.
Ve Vilsecku bude rozšířena "Mezinárodní umělecká stezka v luhách řeky Vils", na které město již delší dobu pracuje. Bude rozšířena o díla českých i německých výtvarníků, kteří zde budou v roce 2019 tvořit v rámci sympozia.
Všechny projektové aktivity a výsledky projektu budou zdokumentovány studenty FDULS, a na závěr proběhne fotografická výstava s přeshraničním přesahem, která bude fungovat jako putovní a bude prezentována v prostorách všech zúčastněných partnerů. Z fotodokumentace pořízené během projektu vzejde i německo-česko-anglická publikace, jež bude distribuována mezi partnery.
