Description (EN): Although the border almost disappeared after the Czech Republic’s accession to the EU, the iron curtain still persists in the minds of the local population. Before the Second World War, there was a tradition of coexistence and natural integrity lasting almost a thousand years — the inhabitants of the border regions were in regular contact. There was a lively exchange of cultural habits, traditions, crafts and architecture. This world, however, fell completely after 1945. New residents have arrived and an impermeable border has been built. One region has become two, two worlds that have evolved quite differently. In the psychological sense, these two worlds still exist and reunification is very slow.
The inhabitants of past days and their memories have passed away, but what remains are the silent witnesses — the large number of monuments that could be narrators of many stories for the present generations.
The project aims to renew the perception of the area as a contiguous region in the minds of the local population. For this purpose, modern and accessible means of communication are to be used — educational films presenting 8 Czech and 8 Bavarian monuments. At each point of interest, attention should be drawn to the common Czech-Bavarian traces associated with these sights. The presented fates, the stories of friendships, human sacrifice or help will testify to emotional meaning and integrity in history.
The films will be broadcast in two languages in the two regions (one film every 6 weeks), all films will also be placed on a regional web portal.
The target group of the project is the residents of the Pilsner district and the border areas in Bavaria. These people are supposed to gain new awareness through project results about history and relationships in the region where these people live, and arouse interest and longing in the neighbouring region. It should also increase the number of visitors on the other side of the regions, visitors should perceive the area as a single area with its own identity and common history, of course connected together.
Read more Description (CS): Byť po vstupu ČR do EU zcela zmizela fyzická hranice mezi regiony, tak pomyslná železná opona v hlavách místních obyvatel stále stojí.
Přitom před 2. světovou válkou zde existovala tradice téměř tisíciletého soužití a přirozené integrity – místní lidé zde byli v pravidelném kontaktu. Sdílely se a mísily se kulturní zvyky, tradice, řemesla, architektura. Tento svět zcela zanikl po roce 1945. Přišli noví lidé, byla postavena nepropustná hranice. Z jednoho regionu se staly dva naprosto odlišné a nepropustné světy. A do značné v psychologické rovině tyto světy existují dodnes a sjednocují se pomalu.
Lidé a vzpomínky zemřeli, co zůstává, to jsou tiší pamětníci - velký počet kulturních památek, jež jsou vypravěči starých příběhů současným generacím.
Projekt chce pomoci obnovit vnímání území jako integrálního regionu v hlavách místních obyvatel. Využít k tomu chce moderní a masově dostupné způsoby komunikace – naučné a osvětové filmy, které budou představovat 8 českých a 8 bavorských památek a u každé bude vedle památky věnována pozornost společné česko-bavorské stopě, která je s touto památkou v historii spojena. Představené lidské osudy, příběhy přátelství, lidského obětování a pomoci budou emocionálně dosvědčovat význam a integritu regionu v historii.
Filmy budou vysílány v televizním vysílání v obou regionech ve 2 jazykových mutacích (každý 6 týdnů), všechny filmy budou po vytvoření navíc uveřejněny na navštěvovaném regionálním informačním portálu.
Hlavní cílovou skupinou projektu jsou místní obyvatelé Plzeňského kraje a příhraničních okresů spolkové země Bavorsko. Jim mají výstupy poskytnout nové povědomí o historii a vazbách regionu, ve kterém žijí, a vyvolat v nich zájem a touhu o bližší poznání sousední části regionu. U cílové skupiny chce projekt vyvolat větší míru návštěvnosti druhé strany regionu, pozitivně změnit vnímání regionu jako přirozeného a vzájemně provázaného regionu, který začnou vnímat jako jeden uceleny celek s vlastní identitou a společnou historií.
Read more Description (DE): Obwohl nach dem Beitritt der Tschechischen Republik in die EU die Grenze fast verschwunden sind, besteht der eiserne Vorhang in den Köpfen der hiesigen Bevölkerung noch immer weiter. Vor dem zweiten Weltkrieg gab es hier eine fast tausend Jahre dauernde Tradition des Zusammenlebens und der natürlichen Integrität – die Einwohner der Grenzregionen standen in regelmäßigem Kontakt. Es gab einen regen Austauschder kulturellen Gewohnheiten, Traditionen, Handwerke und Architektur. Diese Welt ist aber nach dem Jahre 1945 völlig untergegangen. Es sind neue Bewohner gekommen und es wurde eine undurchlässige Grenze gebaut. Aus einer Region sind zwei geworden, zwei Welten die sich ganz unterschiedlich entwickelt haben. Im psychologischen Sinne existieren diese zwei Welten immer noch weiter und die Wiedervereinigung verläuft sehr langsam.
Die Einwohner vergangener Tage und deren Erinnerungen sind verstorben, aber was bleibt sind die stummen Zeugen – die große Anzahl der Denkmäler, welche Erzähler vieler Geschichten für die gegenwärtigen Generationen sein könnten.
Das Projekt möchte die Wahrnehmung des Gebietes als eine zusammengehörende Region in den Köpfen der hiesigen Bevölkerung erneuern. Dazu sollen moderne und für die Massen zugängliche Kommunikationsmittel benutzt werden – lehrreiche Filme, welche 8 tschechische und 8 bayerische Denkmäler vorstellen. Bei jeder Sehenswürdigkeit soll die Aufmerksamkeit auf die gemeinsamen tschechisch-bayerischen Spuren gelenkt werden, welche mit diesen Sehenswürdigkeiten verbunden sind. Die vorgestellten Schicksale, die Geschichten der Freundschaften, menschlicher Aufopferung oder Hilfen werden über emotionale Bedeutung und Integrität in der Geschichte zeugen.
Die Filme werden in den beiden Regionen in zwei Sprachen gesendet werden (alle 6 Wochen ein Film), alle Filme werden auch auf einem regionalen Webportal platziert werden.
Die Zielgruppe des Projektes sind die Bewohner des Pilsner Landkreises und der Grenzgebiete in Bayern. Diese Leute sollen durch Projektergebnise ein neues Bewusstsein bekommen über Geschichte und Beziehungen in der Region in der diese Leute leben, und Interesse und Sehnsucht erwecken an der benachbarten Region. Es sollte auch die Besucheranzahl auf der anderen Seite der Regionen erhöhen, die Besucher sollten das Gebiet als ein einziges Gebiet mit eigener Identität und gemeinsamer Geschichte wahrnehmen, das natürlich zusammen verbunden ist.

Expected Outputs (CS): Výstupy projektu budou následující:
Bude vytvořeno 16 filmů – všechny filmy budou vytvořeny v české i německé jazykové mutaci, každý bude v délce 5-12 minut.
Všech 16 filmů bude postupně umísťováno na zavedeném a navštěvovaném regionálním portálu (1 portál na české straně a 1 portál na německé straně), Facebooku a YouTube kanálu.
Způsob doložení: 16 printscreenů z webových portálů dokládající umístění každého z filmů, 16 printscreenů a přesných odkazů na facebookové stránky a YouTube kanálu
Všech 16 filmů bude postupně odvysíláno v regionálním televizním vysílání (každý film bude vysílán v 1 premiéře a v minimálně 11 reprízách vždy po dobu 6 týdnů).

Všechny výstupy jednoznačně přispívají k naplnění obou indikátorům výsledku programu – a to následovně:

Během projektu bude natočeno 16 dokumentárních filmů představujících a propagujících 16 významných regionálních pamětihodností, které díky tomu získají významnou propagaci, dále budou propagovány v TV vysílání a na regionálních webových portálech. Tímto dojde k přímé podpoře 16 památek a k podpoře vnitroregionálního a přeshraničního cestovního ruchu.
Počet aktivit v oblasti zpřístupnění, vytváření povědomí a propagace v oblasti přírodního a kulturního dědictví – 1
Celý projekt svými výstupy i výsledky lze považovat za jednu velkou aktivitu, která je mediální propagační kampaní kulturního dědictví.

Es werden 16 Filme gedreht werden – alle Filme in der tschechischen und deutschen Sprache, jeder Film in der Länge 5 -12 Minuten.
Alle Filme werden kontinuierlich auf einem Webportal platziert ( 1 Portal auf der tschechischen, 1 Portal auf der deutschen Seite)
Die Form des Nachweises: 16 Printscreen-Bilder aus dem Webportal, die die Platzierung der Filme beweisen, 16 Printscreen-Bilder mit den Links zu den Facebook- und YouTube-Seiten.
Alle 16 Filme werden in regionalen TV-Sendungen gesendet ( jeder Film in einer Erstausstrahlung und 11 Wiederholungen, im Abstand von 6 Wochen).

Alle Projektergebnisse tragen zum Ergebnisindikator bei und zwar folgend:
Die Zahl der Objekte des Natur- und Kulturerbes: 16
Im Rahmen des Projektes werden 16 dokumentarische Filme gedreht werden, welche 16 berühmte regionale Sehenswürdigkeiten vorstellen damit diese weiter an Bekanntheit gewinnen. Weiter werden diese Sehenswürdigkeiten sowohl in der TV-Sendung wie auch gleichzeitig auf den regionalen Webportalen platziert werden. Dadurch werden diese 16 Denkmäler direkt unterstützt und gleichzeitig auch der regionale und grenzüberschreitende Reiseverkehr.
Die Zahl der Aktivitäten im Bereich der Zugänglichkeit, Bildung des Bewusstseins und Propagation im Bereich der Natur- und Kulturerbe – 1
Das ganze Projekt stellt eine große Aktivität dar, welche im Prinzip eine mediale Werbekampagne für ein gemeinsames Kulturerbe ist.
