Description (EL):

Το έργο στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση του περιορισμού των δυσχερειών προσβασιμότητας ατόμων με προβλήματα κινητικότητας. Η προσπάθεια αυτή, συνδυάζει τη γνώση των προβλημάτων της συγκεκριμένης ομάδας (ΟΠΑΚ), τη γνώση των προβλημάτων των τοπικών κοινωνιών υπό το πρίσμα της Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης (Δήμος Παραλιμνίου και Δήμος Σύρου - Ερμούπολης). Σημειώνεται ότι η ομάδα - στόχος είναι τα άτομα με προβλήματα κινητικότητας (πχ ηλικιωμένοι, έγκυοι, προσωρινά τραυματίες) και όχι αποκλειστικά ΑμεΑ. Οι προτεινόμενες δράσεις στοχεύουν στη βελτίωση της προσβασιμότητάς, σε χώρους που υπάρχουν περιορισμοί (παραλίες, σημεία τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος) με στόχο τη βελτίωση της ελκυστικότητας και ανταγωνιστικότητας του τουριστικού προϊόντος των Δήμων και ως εκ τούτου της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης των πόλεων. Στην κατεύθυνση αυτή το έργο έχει τις ακόλουθες δράσεις : Α. Την προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση σε παραλίες, μηχανισμών αυτόνομης πρόσβασης στη θάλασσα, καθώς και μικρές παρεμβάσεις/διορθώσεις στην υποδομή προσβασιμότητας στο σημείο που θα εγκατασταθεί ο μηχανισμός. Β. Την προμήθεια ειδικών αμαξιδιών πρόσβασης τόσο στις παραλίες όσο και σε σημεία πολιτιστικού ενδιαφέροντος. Γ. Τη δημιουργία Υπαίθριων Χώρων Εκγύμνασης. Δ. Καταγραφή προσβάσιμων υποστατικών ψυχαγωγίας και υπηρεσιών γενικού ενδιαφέροντος. Ειδικότερα, θα εκπονηθεί μελέτη καταγραφής των προαναφερόμενων υποστατικών και ψηφιοποίσή τους σε τρισδιάσταστη μορφή (Οδηγός Προσβασιμότητας).

Description (EN):

The project aims to strengthen the reduction of accessibility difficulties for people with mobility disabilities. This effort combines the knowledge of the problems of the particular group (COP), the knowledge of the problems of the local communities from the point of view of the Local Authorities (Municipality of Paralimni and Syros - Ermoupolis). It is noted that the target group is people with mobility problems (ie elderly, pregnant, temporarily injured) and not just people with disabilities. The proposed actions aim at improving accessibility in restricted areas (beaches, tourist spots) in order to improve the attractiveness and competitiveness of the tourist product of the Municipalities and hence the economic development of the cities. In this direction the project has the following actions: A. The procurement and installation on beaches, mechanisms of autonomous access to the sea, as well as minor interventions / corrections to the accessibility infrastructure at the point where the mechanism will be installed. B. The supply of special access chairs both to beaches and to places of cultural interest. C. The creation of Outdoor Workspaces. D. Recording of accessible facilities for entertainment and services of general interest. In particular, a study of the above mentioned premises and their digitization will be prepared in a three dimensional format (Accessibility Guide).

Expected Results (EL):

Τα αναμενόμενα αποτελέσματα του έργου είναι τα εξής: Α. Η προμήθεια κατάλληλων μηχανισμών αυτόνομης πρόσβασης σε περιοχές έντονης τουριστικής κίνησης, Β. Η προμήθεια ειδικών αμαξιδίων πρόσβασης σε περιοχές ειδικού τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος Γ. Η δημιουργία Υπαίθριων χώρων εκγύμνασης σε αυτές Δ. Η δημιουργία κατάλληλων εργαλείων και η χρήση διαδικτυακών εφαρμογών για παροχή πληροφοριών με προσβάσιμα τουριστικά καταλύματα/ μουσεία/ υποστατικά αναμένεται να βελτιώσει την εικόνα του τουριστικού προϊόντος των 2 Δήμων. Οι προτεινόμενες δράσεις του έργου αφορούν τη βελτίωση της προσβασιμότητας, η οποία είναι βασική προϋπόθεση για τη βελτίωση της ανταγωνιστικότητας, την ανάδειξη φυσικών και πολιτιστικών πόρων διασφαλίζοντας έτσι την τουριστική αναβάθμιση των δύο περιοχών. Με τη συνεργασία Ελλάδας - Κύπρου θα αυξηθεί η διασυνοριακή συνεργασία των εταίρων για θέματα τουρισμού, συμβάλλοντας στην ενίσχυση της εξωστρέφειας, ιδιαίτερα σε παραγωγικές δραστηριότητες που παρουσιάζουν ανταγωνιστικές προοπτικές και διασυνδέσεις στον παραγωγικό ιστό της διασυνοριακής περιοχής

Expected Results (EN):

The expected results of the project are as follows: A. The provision of adequate mechanisms for autonomous access to areas of intense tourist traffic, B. The supply of special access wagons to areas of special tourist interest, C. The creation of Outdoor workouts in them, D. The creation of appropriate tools and the use of web-based applications for providing information with accessible tourist accommodation / museums / premises is expected to improve the image of the tourist product of the 2 Municipalities. The proposed actions of the project concern the improvement of accessibility, which is a basic prerequisite for the improvement of competitiveness, the enhancement of natural and cultural resources ensuring the tourist upgrading of the two regions. With the cooperation of Greece and Cyprus, the cross-border cooperation of the partners on tourism issues will increase, contributing to the enhancement of extroversion, especially in productive activities that have competitive prospects and interconnections in the productive fabric of the cross-border area.

Expected Outputs (EL):

Οι βασικές εκροές του έργου, εστιάζονται στα ακόλουθα: A) Στην εγκατάσταση στο Δήμο Παραλιμνίου στις παραλίες Λούμα, Αγία Τριάδα, Fig Tree Bay, Βρυσούδια και Βρύση 2, που παρουσιάζουν έντονη τουριστική κίνηση και στο Δήμο Σύρου, στις παραλίες Αζολίμνου,Γαλησσα, Αγκαθωπών και Κινίου, ειδικών υποδομών πρόσβασης ατόμων με προβλήματα κινητικότητας. B) Στην προμήθεια 24 ειδικών αμαξιδίων πρόσβασης. C) Στην κατασκευή Διαδρόμων Προσβασιμότητας σε επιλεγμένες περιοχές με έντονη τουριστική κίνηση. D) Στη Δημιουργία Υπαίθριων Χώρων Εκγύμνασης. Θα τοποθετηθούν σε 5 επιλεγμένες περιοχές μηχανήματα άθλησης για άτομα με προβλήματα κινητικότητας. (σε 3 περιοχές από το παραλιακό μέτωπο του Δήμου Παραλινίου και σε 2 παραλίες Αζόλιμνος και Βάρη στο Δήμο Σύρου). E) Στην προμήθεια Προσβάσιμων Χώρων Υγιεινής (4 στο Δήμο Παραλιμνίου και 2 στο Δήμο Σύρου). F) Στη δημιουργία Οδηγού Προσβασιμότητας για άτομα με προβλήματα κινητικότητας. Ο Οδηγός θα διανέμεται σε βασικές πύλες εισόδου των περιοχών (πχ αεροδρόμια), αλλά θα υπάρχει η δυνατότητα, ο χρήστης να λαμβάνει και όλες τις σχετικές πληροφορίες μέσω ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών (πχ κινητό τηλέφωνο). Η εφαρμογή θα υποστηριχθεί και από ιστότοπο (Web Platforml) ο οποίος θα αναπτυχθεί σε λογισμικό προσαρμοσμένο στις αρχές της διαδραστικότητας του web2.0. και μέσω του οποίου θα αναπαρίστανται σε ψηφιοποιημένη τρισδιάστατη μορφή όλες οι προσβάσιμες υποδομές των 2 περιοχών. G) 2 Μελέτες καταγραφής Προσβάσιμων Υποδομών (1 για κάθε Δήμο/ Εταίρο). H) Διοργάνωση 4 ενημερωτικών εκδηλώσεων/ ημερίδων, 2 ανά έτος στην έδρα των Εταίρων.

Expected Outputs (EN):

The main outputs of the project focus on the following: A) At the Paralimni Municipality, at the beaches of Lama, Agia Triada, Fig Tree Bay, Vrysoudia and Vryssi 2, there is also a strong tourist activity in the Municipality of Syros, the beaches of Azolimnos, Galissas, Agathopoi and Kiniou, special access infrastructures for people with mobility problems. B) supply of 24 special access wagons. C) construction of accessibility corridors in selected areas with intense tourist traffic. D) Creating Outdoor Workouts. Five sports facilities for people with mobility problems will be placed in 5 selected areas. (in 3 areas from the coastal front of the Municipality of Paralini and 2 beaches of Azolimnos and Vari in Syros). E) supply of Accessible Sanitary Areas (4 in the Municipality of Paralimni and 2 in the Municipality of Syros). F) Creating an Accessibility Guide for people with mobility problems. The Guide will be distributed to key entry gates (eg airports), but it will also be possible for the user to receive all relevant information via electronic devices (eg mobile phone). The application will also be supported by a Web Platform (TM) that will be deployed in software customized to the interactivity of web2.0. and through which all accessible infrastructures of the two regions will be represented in digitized three-dimensional form. G) 2 Accessible Infrastructure Logging Studies (1 for each Municipality / Partner). H) Organize 4 events / workshops, 2 per year at the headquarters of the Partners.
