Description (EL): Ο κύριος στόχος και βασική επιδίωξη του έργου είναι η ενίσχυση και υποστήριξη των πολύ μικρών, μικρών και μεσαίων επιχειρήσεων που σχετίζονται με τον κλάδο του τουρισμού, των τοπικών παραδοσιακών προϊόντων και της εστίασης, ώστε μέσω συνεργιών και δράσεων δικτύωσης, προβολής, προώθησης και χρήσης υπηρεσιών καινοτομίας: α) να αυξήσουν ποσοτικά και ποιοτικά τις αγορές δραστηριοποίησης τους αλλά και τους τελικούς καταναλωτές στους οποίους απευθύνονται μέσω εξειδικευμένων / στοχευμένων δράσεων προβολής, προώθησης και ενίσχυσης του brand name των επιλέξιμων προϊόντων ή/και υπηρεσιών κάθε συμμετέχουσας περιοχής, β) να επιτύχουν οικονομίες κλίμακας και εξοικονόμησης ανθρώπινων και υλικών πόρων μέσω της δικτύωσης σε ομάδες ή συνεργατικές συμπράξεις γ) να αυξήσουν την ανταγωνιστικότητα τους ενσωματώνοντας καινοτομικές (τεχνολογικές και μη) πρακτικές μέσω δράσεων συμβουλευτικής, εξατομικευμένου coaching και αξιοποίησης κουπονιών καινοτομίας (innovation vouchers).

Read more Description (EN): The main objective of the project is to support and enhance the micro and SMEs related to the tourism sector, local traditional products and catering, through synergies and actions of networking, promotion and use of innovative services : (a) to increase their quantitative and qualitative markets, as well as the end-users targeted by specialized / targeted actions to promote and enhance the brand name of the eligible products and / or services of each participating region, (b) to achieve economies of scale and saving of human and material resources through networking in clusters or cooperative partnerships (c) to increase their competitiveness by incorporating innovative (technological and non-technological) practices through advisory, personalized, coaching and utilization of innovation vouchers.

Expected Results (EL): Τα αναμενόμενα αποτελέσματα του έργου αφορούν κυρίως στις επιχειρήσεις/μέλη των δικαιούχων του εταιρικού σχήματος που είναι οι άμεσα εμπλεκόμενοι με την υλοποίηση της και σχετίζονται με την βελτίωση της ανταγωνιστικότητας τους και της ενίσχυση της εξωστρέφειας τους. Αυτό συνδέεται άμεσα με τον δεικτη αποτελεσμάτων του ΕΣ 2 και αφορά στην ετήσια αυξηση των εξαγωγών. Δευτερεύοντα αποτελέσματα της πρότασης είναι η ενίσχυση της διασύνδεσης και της συνεργασίας των δικαιούχων με τους τοπικούς κοινωνικούς εταίρους (ομάδες παραγωγών, σωματεία, τοπικές και περιφερειακές ενότητες κλπ) που εμμέσως ωφελούνται από την υλοποίηση της πράξης (χρήση εργαλείων και παραδοτέων της πράξης πχ μελέτες, οδηγοί εφαρμογής, χρηματοδοτικά εργαλεία κλπ), οι τελικοί καταναλωτές που θα ωφεληθούν από τις δράσεις προβολής μέσω των αποτελεσμάτων των διαφημιστικών και προωθητικών ενεργειών και τέλος η κοινή γνώμη σε τοπικό, περιφερειακό και ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο.
Read more Expected Results (EN): The expected results of the project mainly concern the companies / members of the beneficiaries of the partnership that are directly involved in its implementation and are related to improving their competitiveness and strengthening their extroversion. This is directly linked to the project's result indicator and relates to the annual increase in exports. The secondary effects of the proposal are to strengthen the interconnection and cooperation of the beneficiaries with the local social partners (producer groups, clubs, local and regional units, etc.) that indirectly benefit from the implementation of the act (using tools and deliverables, eg studies, financial tools etc.), end-users who will benefit from promotional activities through the results of promotional activities and finally public opinion at local, regional and European level.

- εκπόνηση -εφαρμογή σχεδίου επικοινωνίας-δημοσιότητας έργου και παραδοτέων,
- 6000 leaflets μεγέθους Α4, 20 Α2, roll banners, 4 e-newsletters, ιστό-σελίδα/logo έργου, - 10 δίκτυα προϊόντων ή/και υπηρεσιών τοπικής ταυτότητας συνολικά (2 ανά επιλέξιμη περιοχή),
- 10 κλαδικές μελέτες προώθησης-ενίσχυσης του brand name των επιλεγμένων προϊόντων ή κι υπηρεσιών,
- 5 workshops προετοιμασίας των κλαδικών δικτύων,
- συμμετοχή σε 1 (εντος Ε.Ε) έκθεση τροφίμων-ποτών ή/και τουρισμού,
- 1 κοινό promo tour σε 1 ευρωπαϊκή πόλη,
- 1 επιχ/κή αποστολή σε χώρα της ΕΕ,
- 5 παρουσιάσεις των αποτελεσμάτων των μελετών συνολικά,
- 10 συνολικά εξειδικευμένα workshop για τους επιχειρηματίες των κλάδων των μελετών,
- λειτουργία 5 γραφείων ενημέρωσης συνολικά (1 στην περιοχή κάθε δικαιούχου),
- 100 επιχ/τιες της διασυνοριακής περιοχής που θα εκπαιδευτούν συνολικά μέσω (5) πέντε 7ήμερων σεμιναρίων,
- 20 workshops καινοτομίας σε τοπικές επιχ/σεις (4/περιοχή) και 20 κλαδικά προωθητικά video συνολικά (4video/περιοχή-2 με ελληνοφωνη κ 2 με αγγλοφωνη αφηγηση).
