Η αξιοποίηση των ναυτιλιακών πληροφοριών για τη μεγιστοποίηση των αποτελεσμάτων της Κρουαζιέρας στους Ελληνικούς και Κυπριακούς λιμένες αποτελεί την αφετηρία του Έργου ΝΑΥΣ. Σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο η συμβολή της Κρουαζιέρας στις τοπικές οικονομίες είναι συγκριτικά περιορισμένη. Κοινή πρόκληση και ταυτόχρονα στόχος του Έργου είναι η συμβολή αυτή να αυξηθεί σημαντικά, προσεγγίζοντας τον Ευρωπαϊκό μέσο όρο. Στο Έργο θα αναλυθούν οι εφοδιαστικές αλυσίδες της Κρουαζιέρας και θα αναπτυχθεί πλατφόρμα υποστήριξης της διεξαγωγής ηλεκτρονικών αγορών (e-marketplace). Η πλατφόρμα θα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα ανταλλαγής προσφορών μεταξύ ναυτιλιακών εταιρειών κρουαζιέρας, τοπικών παραγωγών και εφοδιαστών, ιδιαίτερα για προϊόντα τα οποία οι ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες κρουαζιέρας εφοδιάζονται τοπικά, ενώ θα παρέχει επίσης διαλειτουργικότητα με άλλα πληροφοριακά συστήματα. Η προσέγγιση αυτή για πρώτη φορά υιοθετείται στον κλάδο της Κρουαζιέρας και έχει σκοπό να συνδυάσει την παρακολούθηση της ναυτιλιακής πλευράς της δραστηριότητας κρουαζιεροπλοίων με τις τοπικές εφοδιαστικές αλυσίδες, αλλά και τις συνθήκες εξυπηρέτησης στους λιμένες κρουαζιέρας, αξιοποιώντας τις πληροφορίες για το χρονικό περιθώριο εξυπηρέτησης εφοδιασμού των πλοίων με θετικές συνέπειες για τις σχετικές περιβαλλοντικές επιπτώσεις. Παράλληλα, μέσω των ανοικτών πληροφοριών της πλατφόρμας δίνεται η δυνατότητα εμπορικής προώθησης των τοπικών προϊόντων που αφορούν τους επιβάτες-επισκέπτες. Βασική πρόκληση του Έργου είναι η ενίσχυση της διαλειτουργικότητας των συστημάτων διαχείρισης των λιμένων με παροχή καινοτόμων υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης/υποστήριξης και εξυπηρέτησης των εφοδιαστικών αλυσίδων της κρουαζιέρας υποστηρίζοντας τις ανάγκες των διαφόρων εμπλεκομένων και πιο συγκεκριμένα των λιμένων, των παραγωγών/προμηθευτών και των εταιρειών κρουαζιερόπλοιων

Description (EN):

The exploitation of shipping information to maximize the results of the Cruise in the Greek and Cypriot ports is the starting point of the project. In Greece and Cyprus, the contribution of the Cruise to local economies is comparatively limited. A common challenge and at the same time the objective of the project is to contribute significant towards the European average. The project will analyze the supply chain of the Cruise and develop a support platform for the conduct of e-marketplaces. The platform will offer the possibility of exchanging bids between cruise liners, local producers and suppliers, particularly for products that cruise liners are locally supplied, and will also provide interoperability with other IT systems. This approach is adopted for the first time in the Cruise sector and aims to combine the monitoring of the shipping side of cruise ship activity with local supply chains as well as the conditions of service in cruise ports by making use of information on the time available for servicing ship's supplies with positive consequences for the relevant environmental impacts. At the same time, through open platform information, it is possible to commercialize local products for passengers-visitors. The main challenge of the project is to strengthen the interoperability of port management systems by providing innovative management / support services and servicing of the cruise supply chains, supporting the needs of the various stakeholders, namely ports, producers / suppliers and cruise ships

Expected Results (EL):

Τα αποτελέσματα που αναμένεται να προκύψουν από τις δράσεις του Έργου είναι τα ακόλουθα: • Παροχή βελτιωμένων υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης και υποστήριξης των μεταφορών για την εξυπηρέτηση των εφοδιαστικών αλυσίδων της κρουαζιέρας στους λιμένες, που είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένες με το δείκτη Ο0304 «Λιμένες με βελτιωμένα συστήματα διαχείρισης και ασφάλειας μεταφορών». Οι λιμένες σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο όπου θα πραγματοποιηθούν οι πιλοτικές εφαρμογές θα επωφεληθούν άμεσα. Η πλατφόρμα θα δημιουργηθεί με την κατάλληλη ανοιχτή αρχιτεκτονική ώστε να είναι άμεσα προσαρμόσιμη και σε άλλες περιοχές, και επεκτάσιμη ενσωματώνοντας και άλλες υπηρεσίες προστιθέμενης αξίας (όπως πληροφορίες τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος, διασυνδεσιμότητα με τοπικά μέσα μεταφοράς κτλ.). Θα ενισχύσει τη διαλειτουργικότητα των λιμένων διασυνδέοντας την κρουαζιέρα με την τοπική αγορά και αναδεικνύοντας την κρισιμότητα του συγκεκριμένου ζητήματος για την οικονομική ενίσχυση των περιοχών μέσω της εκμετάλλευσης των ευκαιριών που παρέχονται από τον τομέα της κρουαζιέρας. • Μείωση αερίων ρύπων σε περιοχές υψηλής ρύπανσης, κοντά σε λιμένες κρουαζιερόπλοιων. Η πλατφόρμα στοχεύει να εξασφαλίσει τη συνέργεια μεταξύ των παραγωγών/προμηθευτών προϊόντων ίδιας ή και διαφορετικής κατηγορίας ενισχύοντας έτσι τη μαζική προμήθεια των προϊόντων και μειώνοντας τα επίπεδα κυκλοφοριακής συμφόρησης στις περιοχές γύρω από τους λιμένες των κρουαζιερόπλοιων. •Με δεδομένο ότι το μερίδιο της αγοράς σε Ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο επιβατικής κίνησης κρουαζιέρας είναι 14.1% ενώ το μερίδιο άμεσων οικονομικών εισροών στην Ελλάδα για παράδειγμα μόλις 3%, στόχος είναι να αυξηθεί κατά 50% το μερίδιο των οικονομικών εισροών, γεγονός που αντιστοιχεί σε ισοδύναμη αύξηση κίνησης κατά 50%. Το γεγονος αυτό, για την περιοχή του έργου, αντιστοιχεί σε αύξηση της επιβατικής κίνησης κατά 350.000 επιβάτες.

Expected Results (EN):

The expected results from the project's actions are as follows: • Provide improved transport management and support services to serve the cruise supply chains in ports, which are directly linked to O0304 "Ports with improved transport management and safety systems". The ports in Greece and Cyprus where the pilot applications will take place will benefit directly. The platform will be built with the appropriate open architecture to be readily adaptable to other areas, and expandable by integrating other value-added services (such as tourist information, interconnectivity with local transport, etc.). It will enhance port interoperability by linking cruise to the local market and highlighting the criticality of the specific issue of financially strengthening regions by exploiting the opportunities offered by the cruise sector. • Reduction of gaseous pollutants in high-pollution areas near cruise ships. The platform aims to ensure synergy between the producers / suppliers of products of the same or different category, thus enhancing the bulk supply of products and reducing congestion levels in the areas around cruise ships' ports. • Given that the market share of European cruise passenger traffic is 14.1% while the share of direct financial inflows in Greece, for example only 3%, aims to increase by 50% the share of the financial inflow, which corresponds to an equivalent increase traffic by 50%. This fact, for the project area, it represents an increase in passenger traffic by 350,000 passengers.

Oι κύριες εκροές του Έργου αφορούν: •Μελέτη για τα δίκτυα κρουαζιέρας στη Μεσόγειο καλύπτοντας το στόχο για ενίσχυση της έρευνας ως προς τα συστήματα και τις τεχνολογίες που χρησιμοποιούνται για την επιτήρηση των δραστηριοτήτων στους λιμένες κρουαζιερόπλοιων. •Ενίσχυση της γνώσης σχετικά με τις εφοδιαστικές αλυσίδες κρουαζιέρας καλύπτοντας τον στόχο ανάλυσης και αξιολόγησης της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης . •Αρχιτεκτονική της πλατφόρμας ηλεκτρονικών αγορών (e-marketplace) καλύπτοντας το στόχο ανάπτυξης ενός συστήματος παροχής υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης της εξυπηρέτησης των εφοδιαστικών αλυσίδων κρουαζιέρας. •Ανάπτυξη ενός διαλειτουργικού συστήματος παροχής υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης των προμηθειών και εξυπηρέτησης των εφοδιαστικών αλυσίδων της κρουαζιέρας καλύπτοντας το στόχο για την ενίσχυση της ανταλλαγής πληροφοριών χρησιμοποιώντας τις υφιστάμενες συμβατικές πηγές πληροφόρησης καθώς και το στόχο δημιουργίας δικτύου συνεργασίας μεταξύ λιμένων (G2G), μεταξύ λιμένων και εταιρειών κρουαζιέρας (G2B) και εταιρειών κρουαζιέρας και τοπικών παραγωγών/προμηθευτών(Β2Β). •Πιλοτική εφαρμογή, καλύπτοντας το στόχο για την ενίσχυση της διαλειτουργικότητας και της άμεσης διάχυσης πληροφοριών στους εμπλεκομένους καθώς και το στόχο μειωμένων εκπομπών CO2 και κυκλοφοριακής συμφόρησης στις περιοχές γύρω από τα λιμάνια. •Έκθεση αποτελεσμάτων της ανάλυσης της αγοράς καλύπτοντας το στόχο για την εμπορική εκμετάλλευση της πλατφόρμας και μετά τη λήξη του Έργου. Τα συστήματα διαχείρισης επτά (7) λιμένων θα βελτιωθούν άμεσα. Ο αριθμός θα αυξηθεί με την ευρεία χρήση της πλατφόρμας.

Expected Outputs (EN):

The main project outputs concern: • Study on Mediterranean cruise networks covering the objective of strengthening research on the systems and technologies used to monitor cruise port activities. • Boosting knowledge on cruise supply chains, covering the objective of analyzing and assessing the current situation. • Architecture of the e-marketplace platform, covering the objective of developing a system of services to support the service of the cruise supply chains. • Develop an interoperable system of supply and service management services for the cruise supply chain, covering the objective of enhancing the exchange of information using existing conventional sources of information as well as the goal of establishing a G2G network between ports and cruise companies (G2B) and cruise and local producers / suppliers (B2B). • Pilot implementation, covering the objective of enhancing interoperability and direct dissemination of information to stakeholders, as well as the objective of reduced CO2 emissions and congestion in the areas around ports. • Reporting of market analysis results covering the objective of commercial exploitation of the platform after the end of project. Seven (7) port management systems will be improved immediately. The number will increase with the wide use of the platform.
