Description (EN):

The project´s aim is to increase the quality of cooperation between regional actors which are regional charity Uhersky Brod and Trnava archdiocese charity. An exchange of knowledge and education through development of mutual information space. Organizations have been challenged by issues such as lack of information and competence among workers of the organizational structure and employees which is restricting the development in the area of effective management. Goals set by the project can be achieved by mutual activities and increase the institutional capacity among the organizational structures. Targeted audience are managers, employees, volunteers and clients of the facility in the Trnava and Uherský Brod regions.

Description (CS):

Cílem projektu je zvýšit kvalitativní úroveň spolupráce mezi regionálními aktéry, kterými jsou Oblastní charita Uherský Brod a Trnavská arcidiecézní charita. A to prostřednictvím rozvoje společného informačního prostoru, výměně zkušeností a vzděláváním. Organizace se potýkají s problémy nedostatku informací a kompetencí mezi pracovníky organizační struktury a zaměstnanci, což brání rozvoji v oblasti efektivní správy. Stanoveného cíle projektu bude dosaženo společnými aktivitami a zvyšováním institucionární kapacity v organizačních strukturách. Cílovou skupinou projektu jsou vedoucí pracovníci, zaměstnanci, dobrovolníci a klienti zařízení v regionu Trnava a Uherský Brod.

Achievements (SK): V rámci projektu partneri realizovali vzdelávacie programy pre organizačné štruktúry v oblasti efektívnej správy, vzdelávania a kultúrneho a prírodného dedičstva, usporiadali spoločenské aktivity podporujúce identitu a tradície a spolu s partnerom spracovali spoločnú štúdiu.

Achievements (EN):

As part of the project, the partners implemented educational programmes for organisational structures in the field of effective administration, education and cultural and natural heritage, organised social activities promoting identity and traditions, and carried out a joint study together with the partner.
