Description (EN):

Project´s main objective is the development of human resources through mutual education in the area of achieving support for development of rural areas and cross-border cooperation for the targeted audience. The project is actively trying to support and increase the awareness of this topic which is often ignored in small towns due to work exhaustion of the mayors. That’s why the outputs are designed for them in the form of seminars and in a period when it is estimated that the targeted audience should have the highest chance for participation. A website with e-learning app, which will enable the targeted audience to study the issues anytime anywhere, will be launched additionally.

Description (CS):

Hlavním cílem projektu je rozvoj lidských zdrojů prostřednictvím společného vzdělávání v oblasti možností zisku podpory na rozvoj venkova a přeshraniční spolupráce pro cílovou skupinu sestavenou z řad představitelů vybraných obcí do 3000 obyv. Projekt se aktivně snaží podpořit a zvýšit povědomí o této tématice, která často v malých obcích zůstává neřešena z důvodu vytížení starostů malých obcí. Proto právě pro ně jsou určeny výstupy projektu v podobě seminářů a v době, kdy se předpokládá, že budou mít osoby z cílové skupiny prostor pro účast. Dále web s aplikací e-learning, která umožní cílové skupině studovat danou problematiku kdykoliv a kdekoliv. A odborné poradenství pro sestavení vlastní žádosti o podporu obce během vzdělávacích aktivit.
