Project - Strengthening of Cross-border Cooperation of Security Forces for More Effective Risk Prevention and Joint Crime Fighting

Description (EN):

Project creates conditions for effective cooperation of Czech and Slovak police departments in the area of the cross-border crime prevention as well as illegal migration. It is a combination of specific activities to strengthen the officer’s network that is contributing to cross-border police cooperation between CZ and SK and acquirement of equipment to increase the effectivity of this cooperation. Currently, none of the partners have the equipment needed. Mutual activities will contribute to strengthening the action capability of the border region departments during the border deployment. The project is based on mutual needs analysis.

Description (CS):

Projekt vytváří podmínky pro efektivní spolupráci českých a slovenských orgánů policie v oblasti potírání přeshraniční kriminality a ilegální migrace. Jde o kombinaci konkrétních aktivit pro posílení vazeb pracovníků, kteří se podílí na přeshraniční policejní spolupráci mezi ČR a SR a nákupu vybavení ke zlepšení účinnosti této spolupráce, jímž v současné době ani jedna strana nedisponuje. Společné aktivity přispějí k posílení akceschopnosti příhraničních útvarů při přeshraničním nasazení, jakož i rozvoji a upevnění komplexní spolupráce bezpečnostních orgánů hned po několika liniích výkonu policejních činností (pořádková policie, dopravní policie, zásahové složky, cizinecká policie, kriminální policie a specialisté na mezinárodní spolupráci). Projekt vychází ze společné analýzy potřeb.

Achievements (EN):

Both project partners actively cooperated within the framework of implemented project activities, both in terms of their preparation and implementation. With regard to the wide range of activities carried out, it was possible to strengthen cooperation along the lines of- Foreign Police (joint meetings and control actions)- intervention forces (joint exercises and training)- external service (joint exercises and training)- Criminal Police Service and Investigation (joint meetings and workshop meetings)- traffic police (joint consultations and measures). At the same time, the acquisition of equipment will make it possible to improve the conditions for the performance of service in the border area, including joint performance and cross-party cooperation. The fulfillment of the activities also created conditions for the continuation of active cooperation after the completion of the implementation phase of the project, along all lines of police activities that were involved in the project.

Obaja projektoví partneři aktivně spolupracovali v rámci realizovaných projektových aktivit, a to z hlediska jejich přípravy i realizace.S ohledem na široké spektrum realizovaných aktivit bylo možné upevnit spolupráci po linii- cizineckék policie (společné porady a kontrolní akce)- zásahové složky (společná cvičení a školení)- vnější služba (společná cvičení a školení)- služba kriminální policie a vyšetřování (společné výjezdní porady a součnnostní jednání)- dopravní policie (společné porady a opatření)Současně pořízení vybavení umožní zlepšit podmínky pro výkon služby v příhraniční včetně společného výkonu a přesrahniční spolupráce.Naplněním aktivit došlo též k vytvoření podmínek k pokračování aktivní spolupráce po ukočení realizační fáze projektu, a to po všech liniích policejníchčinností, které byly do projektu zapojeny.
