Description (EN): New technologies offer great opportunities for machines in agriculture and horticulture and for machines which are used for maintenance the public area. Through the development and application of electric drives, GPS, lasers, drones and image recognition, the accuracy and performance of machinery for agriculture and for maintenance in public areas can be improved a lot. By replacing diesel by electricity and using electrically driven and controlled tools, fuel costs can be significantly saved. In addition, environmental damage, noise and CO2 can be minimized. Farmers, purchasers of agricultural products, public space administrators and also consumers demand higher performance and quality requirements. In addition to the listed hardware technical aspects, the keyword is transparency. Through data collection, successive workflows can be very well matched and there is always a clear understanding of the operations. The goals and implementation steps of the project: 1. Development of electrical and precision applications on a lab scale and a small scale. Keywords: electric drive, servo drive / steering of equipment, drones, image recognition, lasers, GPS positioning, data collection. 2. Developing 5 innovative applications with respect to above-mentioned techniques for machines that are used in agriculture and public space. 3. Testing of these machines on farms and horticulture companies and in public areas. 4. Conclusion and elaboration of possibilities in other machines. 5. Inventory of opportunities in large scale applications, opportunities for SMEs in our region, cost savings, CO2 reduction, value chain in our region (better quality, higher production, dedication of self-produced energy). The project is being implemented by 4 Dutch and German SMEs and a knowledge partner in 5 work packages.
Description: Nieuwe technologieën bieden grote kansen voor machines in de land-/tuinbouw en voor onderhoud aan de openbare ruimte. Door ontwikkeling en toepassing van elektrische aandrijving, GPS, lasers, drones en beeldherkenning kan de nauwkeurigheid en performance van machines voor landbouw en voor onderhoud aan de openbare ruimte sterk verbeterd worden. Door vervanging van diesel door elektriciteit en toepassing van elektrisch aangedreven en aangestuurde werktuigen kan belangrijk op brandstofkosten worden bespaard. Daarnaast kunnen milieuschade, geluidsoverlast en CO2 in sterke mate worden geminimaliseerd. Door landbouwers, afnemers van landbouwproducten, overheden, beheerders van openbare ruimte en consumenten worden hogere eisen aan de performance en de kwaliteit gesteld. Naast de genoemde hardware technische aspecten is hier het keyword transparantie. Door dataverzameling kunnen opeenvolgende werkgangen zeer goed op elkaar afgestemd worden en is er te allen tijde inzicht in de gedane bewerkingen. De doelen en uitvoeringsstappen van het project: 1. Ontwikkeling van elektrische en precisie toepassingen op lab- en kleine schaal. Keywords: elektrische aandrijving, servobesturing van werktuigen, drones, beeldherkenning, lasers, GPS-positiebepaling, dataverzameling. 2. Ontwikkelen van 5 innovatieve toepassingen m.b.v. bovengenoemde technieken naar machines voor landbouw en openbare ruimte op praktijkscha.al. 3. Testen van deze machines op land- en tuinbouwbedrijven en in de openbare ruimte. 4. Conclusie en uitwerken van mogelijkheden in meer machines. 5. Inventarisering van de kansen bij toepassing op grote schaal, de kansen voor MKB’s in onze regio, de bespaarde kosten, de vermindering van CO2 uitstoot, de waardeketen in onze regio (betere kwaliteit, hogere productie, inzet van zelf geproduceerde energie). Het project wordt door 4 Nederlandse en Duitse MKB’s en een kennispartner gerealiseerd in 5 inhoudelijke werkpakketten.
