Description


Description (EN): Working together on science and technology to reinforce economic development in the Euregion will require well educated and motivated employees with a mindset directed to cross-border cooperation, based on a mutual understanding and approach. Research has indicated that the development of such a mindset starts early in life. To create such a mindset and mutual understanding, the DNL project will organize a cross-border cooperation to establish innovation on the teaching of science and technology in preschool and primary education. Therefore, in a dynamic process, partners in education and research, supported by industry, will exchange their best praxis and research results. Video will be used to discuss and disseminate praxis and insights and for training of preservice and in-service teachers.
Description: De economische ontwikkeling in de Euregio is gebaat bij een verregaande samenwerking op het terrein van wetenschap en techniek. Dit vraagt om goed opgeleid en gemotiveerde mensen, die open staan voor grensoverschrijdende samenwerking en die deze vorm kunnen vanuit een gemeenschappelijke kijk op wetenschap en techniek. Onderzoek laat zien dat de ontwikkeling van een dergelijke houding al op jonge leeftijd begint. Het DNL project wil deze houding realiseren door innovatie van het wetenschaps- en techniekonderwijs aan jonge kinderen in de euregio. Partners uit onderwijs en onderzoek zullen, met ondersteuning en kritische begeleiding vanuit het bedrijfsleven, kennis en ervaring uitwisselen. Video-opnamen van praktijksituaties zullen daarbij een centrale rol spelen. Resultaten zullen gebruikt worden voor de training van leerkrachten en aanstaande leerkrachten.
