Die gemeinsame Herausforderung dieses Projektes ist es, das in Museumsinstitutionen, Museen, Galerien und weiteren Gedenkstätten des gemeinsamen Grenzraumes präsentierte Kulturerbe mehr in den Mittelpunkt des Interesses zu rücken. Das Projekt bereitet das bestehende Potenzial vernetzt auf und präsentiert es im Rahmen einer koordinierten Präsentation der Regionen (Südböhmen, -mähren, Vysočina und NÖ). So entsteht ein neues grenzüberschreitendes Kooperations- und Präsentationskonzept der Museen und ihres Kulturerbes. Das Ziel ist, ein neues gemeinsames Angebot der Museumsinstitutionen beidseits der Grenze zu kreieren und die tschechisch-österreichische Museumslandschaft für Besucher und Bewohner der Grenzregion attraktiver und zugänglicher zu gestalten. So entstehen interregionale, innovative, kultur- und bildungstouristische Produkte, die mehr Besucher in die Museen holen. Projektergebnisse: Vermittlungsprogramm „Geschichte der Grenze“: Das tschechisch-österreichische Vermittlungsprogramm präsentiert das lokale Angebot der Museen. Das verbindende Element ist die gemeinsame Grenze und ihre Geschichte, die anhand von spannenden Geschichten und Sammlungen von den Museen erzählt wird. Diese Geschichten führen den Besucher durch die Museen des tschechisch-österreichischen Grenzraumes, vermitteln ihm das in den Museen präsentierte Kulturerbe und vernetzen die einzelnen Institutionen. Das Programm wendet das Konzept des Storytelling-Marketings an. Die Institutionen werden gemeinsames Marketing und Besucheraustausch betreiben, ihr Angebot wird vernetzt präsentiert. Gemeinsame Präsentation des Kulturerbes der Grenzregionen: Durch die aktive Zusammenarbeit an den gemeinsamen Ausstellungsprojekten wird ein neuer Kooperationsstandard bei der Aufarbeitung und anschließenden Präsentation des regionalen Kulturerbes erprobt, derer Zielgruppe die Bewohner und Besucher der Grenzregion sind. Dieser neue Standard beruht auf drei Säulen der Zusammenarbeit: gemeinsame Museumsfacharbeit, gemeinsame Vorbereitung und Umsetzung des Ausstellungsprojektes, gemeinsame und vernetzte Bewerbung. Durch die Facharbeit der Museen soll ein Forschungs- und Erkenntnisvergleich der eingebundenen Partner ermöglicht und die Ergebnisse miteinander verknüpft werden. Die Zusammenarbeit an der Vorbereitung und der Umsetzung der Ausstellung hat zum Ziel, den Ausstellungsinhalt für die Besucher der beteiligten Regionen so attraktiv zu gestalten, dass sie diese touristische Destination zahlreich aufsuchen. Das vernetzte Marketing hat zum Ziel, Besucher aller beteiligten Regionen anzusprechen und sie zum interregionalen Tourismus zu bewegen. Zur Erprobung dieses neuen Ansatzes für die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Museumsinstitutionen wurden die folgenden, alle kooperierenden Regionen verbindenden Themen ausgewählt: Bau(t)en und Leben im Mittelalter, Leben und Bräuche im Grenzraum, Glasherstellung.

Společnou výzvou projektu je zvýšení zájmu o kulturní dědictví prezentované v příhraničních paměťových institucích, zejména v muzeích, galeriích a dalších pamětních místech. Projekt pracuje s jejich stávajícím potenciálem, který společně zpracovává a využívá ke společné a propojené prezentaci zapojených regionů (Jižních Čech, Jižní Moravy, Vysočiny a Dolního Rakouska). Vzniká tak nový koncept přeshraniční spolupráce muzeí a prezentace jejich kulturního dědictví. Cílem je připravit společnou nabídku paměťových institucí z obou stran hranice a otevřít česko-dolnorakouskou muzejní krajinu, která bude atraktivnější a přístupnější jak pro návštěvníky, tak i obyvatele příhraničí. Vzniknou tak inovativní produkty podporující poznávací a kulturní turismus mezi příhraničními regiony a přinášející více návštěvníků do muzeí. Výstupy projektu: Zprostředkující program Příběh hranice: Místní nabídku paměťových institucí bude prezentovat česko-rakouský zprostředkující program Příběh hranice. Spojujícím prvkem programu je společná hranice a její historie, která bude vyprávěna na poutavých příbězích muzeí a jejich sbírek. Tyto příběhy budou návštěvníky provázet po muzejní krajině česko-dolnorakouského příhraničí, zprostředkovávat jim kulturní dědictví prezentované v muzeích a propojovat jednotlivé paměťové instituce. Program využívá konceptu tzv. story telling marketingu. Paměťové instituce budou využívat společnou propagaci a jejich nabídka se vzájemně doplňuje a prostřednictvím Příběhu hranice si předávají návštěvníky. Společná prezentace kulturního dědictví příhraničí: Aktivní spoluprací muzejních institucí na společných prezentačních (výstavních) projektech bude osvědčen nový standard jejich spolupráce na společném zpracování kulturního dědictví zapojených regionů a jeho následné, atraktivní prezentaci návštěvníkům a obyvatelům příhraničí. Tento nový standard je založen na třech pilířích spolupráce: společné odborné muzejní práci, společné přípravě a realizaci prezentačního projektu, společné a vzájemně propojené propagaci. Odborná muzejní práce má za cíl srovnat úrovně poznání zapojených muzejních institucí a propojit výstupy své dosavadní badatelské činnosti s ostatními partnery. Spolupráce na přípravě a realizaci výstavního projektu má za cíl realizovat obsahovou část výstavy tak, aby byla zajímavá pro návštěvníky ze zapojených regionů a stala se pro ně vyhledávaným turistickým cílem. Propojená propagace má za cíl oslovit návštěvníky ze všech zapojených regionů a motivovat je k meziregionálnímu turismu. K osvědčení tohoto nového přístupu spolupráce muzejních institucí jsou vybrána tato témata, která spojují zapojené regiony: Stavby, stavění a život ve středověku, Život a zvyky příhraničí, Sklářství.

The common challenge of this project is to make the cultural heritage presented in museum institutions, museums, galleries and other memorial sites of the common border area more of a focus. The project will join the existing potential and show it within the framework of a coordinated presentation of the regions South Bohemia, Moravia, Vysočina and Lower Austria. The result is a new cross-border cooperation and presentation concept of museums and their cultural heritage. The aim is to create a new joint offer of museum institutions on both sides of the border and to make the Czech-Austrian museum landscape more attractive and accessible to visitors and residents of the border region. The result is interregional, innovative, cultural and educational tourism products that attract more visitors to the museums. Project results: Communication program "History of the Border": The Czech-Austrian communication program presents the local offer of the museums. The connecting element is the common border and its history, told through exciting stories and collections by the museums. These stories take the visitor through the museums of the Czech-Austrian border area, convey the cultural heritage and connect the individual institutions. The program uses the concept of storytelling marketing. The institutions will use a joint marketing and thus exchange the visitors, their offer will be presented through a network. Joint presentation of the heritage of the border regions: Through active cooperation in the joint exhibition projects, a new standard of cooperation is being tested in the processing and subsequent presentation of the regional cultural heritage, which aims at the residents and visitors of the border region. This new standard is based on three pillars of cooperation: joint museum work, joint preparation and implementation of the exhibition project, joint application. Through the specialized work of the museums a research and knowledge comparison of the involved partners should be made possible and the results should be linked together. The aim of cooperation in the preparation and implementation of the exhibition is to make the content of the exhibition so attractive to visitors of the participating regions that they visit this tourist destination in large numbers. The purpose of networked marketing is to attract visitors to all participating regions and to motivate them to interregional tourism. In order to test this new approach to co-operation between museum institutions, the following themes were chosen, which unite all co-operating regions: constructions/constructing and life in the Middle Ages, life and customs in the border area, glassmaking.

Das Projektergebnis ist ein gemeinsamer strategischer Ansatz für die Ausarbeitung, Entwicklung und Präsentation des Kulturerbes in den Institutionen in der CZ-NÖ Grenzregion (grenzüberschreitendes Konzept der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Museen und die Präsentation ihres Kulturerbes). Dieser neue in den Arbeitspaketen umgesetzte Ansatz wird das Kreieren eines neuen Angebots der musealen Institutionen beidseits der Grenze generieren, sodass die CZ-NÖ Museumslandschaft für die Besucher und Bewohner offener, attraktiver und zugänglicher wird. So wird das Potenzial der musealen Institutionen gesteigert, da diese einen bedeutenden touristischen Beitrag beidseits der Grenze bilden. Das Ergebnis ist ein verlängerter bzw. wiederholter Aufenthalt von Besuchern in der Grenzregion sowie deren informelle Empfehlung an andere Institutionen. Auch die Bewohner wird das Angebot motivieren, andere interessante Plätze in und außerhalb ihrer Region zu besuchen (Entwicklung des interregionalen Tourismus).

Expected Outputs (CS):

Výsledkem projektu je společný strategický přístup ke zpracování, rozvoji a propagaci kulturního dědictví deponovaného v paměťových institucích v česko-dolnorakouském příhraničí (přeshraniční koncept spolupráce muzeí a prezentace jejich kulturního dědictví). Tento nový přístup (prezentovaný jednotlivými pracovními balíčky) vytvoří společnou nabídku paměťových institucí z obou stran hranice a dojde k otevření česko-dolnorakouské muzejní krajiny, která bude atraktivnější a přístupnější jak pro návštěvníky, tak i obyvatele příhraničí. Tím dojde ke zvýšení potenciálu paměťových institucí na obou stranách hranice, které budou působit jako významný prvek ovlivňující turistickou nabídku v příhraničí. Výsledkem je prodloužení či opakování pobytu návštěvníků v příhraničí a jejich neformální předávání mezi regiony. Obyvatele příhraničí přiměje k cestování na další zajímavá místa i mimo jejich blízké okolí (rozvoj meziregionálního cestovního ruchu).
