Das Projekt bezieht sich auf die gemeinsame Herausforderung, das Interesse am immateriellen Kulturerbe in den Grenzregionen Vysočina, Südböhmen, Nieder- und Oberösterreich und sein Potenzial für die Erweiterung und Attraktivierung des Kultur- und Erlebnistourismus in der Grenzregion zu steigern. Das Projekt schafft bessere Bedingungen für die Förderung und den Schutz der Volkskultur (Traditionen, Bräuche, altes Handwerk, Wissen) in der Grenzregion sowie für die Attraktivierung ihrer Präsentation für die Zielgruppe der Besucher und Bewohner der Grenzregionen. Die Projektaktivitäten tragen zur Verbesserung des Potenzials der Volkskultur als Werbeträger der Grenzregionen sowie als Wissensvermittlung der gemeinsamen Geschichte und der Lebensweise der Menschen in der Grenzregion bei, die die Eigenständigkeit und Einzigartigkeit der Region geprägt hatten. Die Volkskultur an sich ist geeignet, den Besuchern einen Erlebniswert zu bieten. Dies ist gemeinsam mit dem vielfältigen Angebot des materiellen Kultur- und Naturerbes eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die positive Wahrnehmung der besuchten Standorten und für ihre weitere Empfehlung an Dritte (Effekt der positiven Mundpropaganda). Das Projekt beruht auf der Zusammenarbeit der Schlüsselakteure im Bereich der Volkskultur und nutzt ihr Potenzial, das sie in gemeinsame tschechisch-österreichische Aktivitäten zur Entwicklung der grenzüberschreitenden und vernetzten Präsentation der Volkskultur in der Grenzregion einbringen. Erst durch die Zusammenarbeit können die bisher regional isoliert stattfindenden Aktivitäten vernetzt, gemeinsam beworben und den Einwohnern und Besuchern präsentiert werden. Die Projektergebnisse: 1/ dauerhaftes Aufschließen des immateriellen Kulturerbes (der Volkskultur) der Grenzregionen für die Besucher und Bewohner der Grenzregionen, 2/ Zusammenarbeit an der Regionen übergreifenden vernetzten Entwicklung der Volkskultur in der Grenzregion und ihre Präsentation im tschechisch-österreichischen Kontext, 3/ Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen Angebotes von Akteuren, die das immaterielle Kulturerbe pflegen und Steigerung des Potenzials der Volkskultur, das touristische Angebot in der Grenzregion mitzugestalten und zu bereichern. Durch das Projekt wird eine institutionell und infrastrukturell verankerte Zusammenarbeit im Bereich des Kulturerbes in der tschechisch-österreichischen Region etabliert, das gemeinsam präsentiert, gefördert und angemessen gepflegt wird. Die Partner haben ein gemeinsames Ziel, die Bewahrung von Traditionen, Bräuchen, traditionellem Handwerk und Volkskunst für die künftigen Generationen sowie deren Präsentation der breiten Öffentlichkeit.

Společnou výzvou projektu je zvýšení zájmu o nehmotné kulturní dědictví příhraničních regionů Vysočiny, jižních Čech, Dolního a Horního Rakouska a využití jeho potenciálu pro rozšíření a zatraktivnění nabídky kulturního a zážitkového cestovního ruchu v příhraničí. Projekt vytváří lepší podmínky pro rozvoj a ochranu tradiční lidové kultury (tradice, zvyklosti, tradiční řemesla, vědomosti) příhraničí a její zatraktivnění pro prezentaci návštěvníkům i obyvatelům příhraničních regionů. Aktivity projektu přispívají ke zvýšení potenciálu tradiční lidové kultury, jsou nástrojem propagace regionů a nabízí návštěvníkům příhraničí poznání společné historie a způsobu života lidí v příhraničí, které formovaly jeho svébytnost a jedinečnost. Tradiční lidová kultura má sama o sobě jedinečnou vlastnost zanechávat v návštěvnících zážitek. Tento efekt je spolu s širokou nabídkou hmotného kulturního a přírodního dědictví předpokladem pro pozitivní vnímání navštívených míst a jejich následné doporučení (efekt pozitivního slova z úst). Projekt je založen na spolupráci klíčových aktérů v oblasti tradiční lidové kultury a využívá jejich potenciál, který se odráží ve společných česko-rakouských aktivitách směřujících k rozvoji přeshraniční spolupráce při vzájemné a propojené prezentaci tradiční lidové kultury příhraničí. Spolupráce partnerů umožní propojit dosud regionálně izolované aktivity v oblasti tradiční lidové kultury a společně a koordinovaně je rozvíjet a prezentovat jak obyvatelům příhraničních regionů, tak i jejich návštěvníkům. Výstupy projektu: 1/ trvalé zpřístupnění nehmotného kulturního dědictví (tradiční lidové kultury) příhraničních regionů návštěvníkům a obyvatelům příhraničních regionů, 2/ spolupráce na rozvoji lidové kultury příhraničního regionu ve vzájemné provázanosti napříč regiony a její představení v česko-rakouských souvislostech, 3/ vytváření společné nabídky aktérů pečující o kulturní nehmotné dědictví a zvýšení jejich potenciálu ovlivňovat a obohacovat turistickou nabídku v příhraničí. Projekt přináší do česko-rakouského příhraničí infrastrukturně a institucionálně ukotvenou spolupráci v oblasti nemateriálního kulturního dědictví, které je společně prezentováno, rozvíjeno a je mu věnována náležitá péče. Partneři mají společný cíl, kterým je uchování tradic, zvyků, tradičních řemesel a umění pro budoucí generace a jejich současná prezentace široké veřejnosti.

The project addresses the shared challenge of increasing the interest in the intangible cultural heritage in the border regions of Vysočina, South Bohemia, Lower and Upper Austria and its potential for the expansion and attraction of cultural and adventure tourism in the border region. The project creates better conditions for the promotion and protection of folk culture (traditions, customs, ancient crafts, knowledge) in the border region as well as for making their presentation more attractive to the target group of visitors and residents of the border regions. The project activities contribute to improving the potential of folk culture as an advertising medium for the border regions and to distribute knowledge of the common history and lifestyles of the people in the border region, which have shaped the autonomy and uniqueness of the region. The folk culture itself is suitable to offer the visitors an experience. Together with the diverse offer of material cultural and natural heritage, this is an important precondition for the positive perception of the visited sites and for their further recommendation to third parties. The project is based on the cooperation of key actors in the field of popular culture and uses their potential for the development of cross-border and networked presentation of folk culture in the border region. It is only through this cooperation that the activities, which until now have been undertaken isolated in each region, can be joined, advertised together and presented to residents and visitors. The project results: 1 / permanently unlock the intangible cultural heritage of the border regions for the visitors and inhabitants of the border regions 2 / cooperation in terms of the cross-regional development of folk culture in the border region and its presentation in a Czech-Austrian context 3 / Development of a common offer of participants who cultivate the intangible cultural heritage and increase the potential of folk culture to help shape and enrich the tourist offer in the border region. The project will establish institutional and infrastructural cooperation in the field of cultural heritage in the Czech-Austrian region, which will be presented, promoted and properly managed jointly. The partners have a common goal, the preservation of traditions, customs, traditional crafts and folk art for future generations and their presentation to the general public.

Ein besser geschütztes und präsentiertes immaterielles Kulturerbe ist für Besucher und Bewohner der Grenzregionen attraktiv. Volkskultur spricht bei den Besuchern Emotionen an, die mit dem präsentierten Standort verknüpft werden. Die VK ist mit einer eigenen Erlebnisqualität und oft auch mit einer Einbindung des Besuchers unzertrennlich verknüpft. Dieses Potenzial wurde bisher im Rahmen der touristischen Präsentation der Regionen noch nicht ausreichend erkannt und genützt. Konzeptuelle Aktivitäten der VK erweitern das touristische Erlebnisangebot der Regionen und präsentieren gleichzeitig die regionale Eigenständigkeit, Bräuche und Fertigkeiten des alten Handwerks. Aus der Besucherperspektive trägt eine besser und Regionen übergreifende präsentierte Volkskultur zur Attraktivierung der eingebundenen Grenzregionen bei und steigert so das kulturvermittelnde Erlebnis der Besucher in der Grenzregion, was diese zu einem längeren Aufenthalt und weiteren Besuchen der Grenzregionen motiviert.

Expected Outputs (CS):

Lépe chráněné a prezentované nehmotné kulturní dědictví je atraktivní pro návštěvníky a obyvatele příhraničních regionů. Lidová kultura disponuje potenciálem vyvolávat v návštěvnících emoce, které si pak spojují s navštíveným nebo prezentovaným místem. Lidová kultura je v první řadě spojena se zážitkem a často s vlastním zapojením návštěvníka do jejího průběhu. Tento její potenciál je často nedoceněn a není plně využíván při turistické prezentaci regionů. Koncepčně rozvíjené aktivity TLK rozšiřují nabídku turistického vyžití v regionech a zároveň prezentují regionální svébytnost, umění, zvyklosti či dovednosti spojené s tradičními řemesly regionů. Lépe prezentovaná TLK a její prezentace napříč regiony přispívají k zatraktivnění zapojených příhraničních regionů v očích návštěvníků a nabízejí jim více kulturně-vzdělávacího vyžití v příhraničí a tím jsou motivování k delšímu a opakovanému pobytu v našich regionech.
