Dieser Teil der gemeinsamen Grenzregion zwischen Oberösterreich und Südböhmen ist wirtschaftlich schwach entwickelt. Grenzübergreifende Tourismusprojekte sind eine gute Möglichkeit, um Vorurteile in den Köpfen der Menschen der Grenzregion zu reduzieren und wirtschaftlich langfristig mit Touristen zu unterstützen. Damit soll das Zusammenwachsen in der gemeinsamen gü Region unterstützt werden. Der bestehende 150 km lange Themenwanderweg "Burgen- und Schlösserweg" führt durch die historische Kultur- und Naturlandschaft von Südböhmen und des Mühlviertels entlang von 15 Burgen, Schlössern und Ruinen von der Maltsch bis an die Donau, d.h. von Budweis bis Grein. Aufgrund des steigenden Interesses an historischen Bauten, ist der Burgen- und Schlösserweg aktueller denn je und hat enormes kulturtouristisches Potential. Im Programm ETZ AT-CZ 2007-2013 wurde bereits ein erfolgreiches grenzübergreifendes Projekt "Burgen- und Schlösserweg / Zemská Cesta" durchgeführt. Ziel war damals eine Marke Burgen- und Schlösserweg aufzubauen, den gü Wanderweg auszuschildern und eine intensive gü Kooperation aufzubauen. Aufgrund des Erfolgs wollen die Projektpartner die gü Kooperation räumlich erweitern (neuer Stichweg), für Touristen weiter attraktiveren (Restaurierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten), Wissen zum Alten Handwerk dokumentieren und gü austauschen, die gemeinsame Geschichte entlang des Weges aufarbeiten und die Marketingmaßnahmen weiter professionalisieren (mehrsprachige Audioguides). Diese Maßnahmen sollen dazu beitragen, dass das Interesse der Touristen für diese gü Region gesteigert wird und die regionale Bevölkerung motiviert wird, das Nachbarland zu erkunden. Außerdem sollen sie zu einer nachhaltigen Erhaltung der Objekte beitragen und die Besucher- und Nächtigungszahlen in der gemeinsamen Grenzregion erhöhen. Folgende Ziele sollen erreicht werden: - Aufarbeitung und Bewusstmachung der gemeinsamen Geschichte zwischen Südböhmen und dem Mühlviertel in Bezug auf die Burgen- und Schlösser entlang des Weges (zB böhmisches Adelsgeschlecht im Mühlviertel), - Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Kooperation der Projektpartner durch Erweiterung des Netzwerkes mittels Anbindung weiterer Kultur- und Naturdenkmäler und Sehenswürdigkeiten, - Nachhaltige Inwertsetzung für nachfolgende Generationen von Kultur- und Naturdenkmälern und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region durch Restaurierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, - Sicherung des Wissens zu traditionellen Handwerkstechniken (Altes Handwerk), - Gemeinsame Marketingaktivitäten für den Burgen- und Schlösserweg / Zemská Cesta mit dem Ziel der Steigerung der Besucher- und Nächtigungszahlen in der gemeinsamen Region, - Beitrag zur sozioökonomischen und kulturellen Entwicklung in der gemeinsamen Region durch touristische Impulssetzung, insbesondere in Hinblick auf Digitalisierung (zB innovativer Audioguide).

The part of the common border region between Upper Austria and South Bohemia is economically weak. Cross-border tourism projects are a good way to reduce prejudice in the minds of people in the border region and to provide long-term economic support through tourism. This also aims at supporting the relationships between people in the cross-border region. The existing 150 km long theme trail "Castle Trail" leads through the historic cultural and natural landscape of South Bohemia and the Lower Austrian region Mühlviertel along 15 castles and ruins from the rivers Maltsch to the Danube – from the cities Budweis to Grein. Due to the increasing interest in historic buildings, the castles are more relevant than ever and have enormous touristic potential. In the program ETZ AT-CZ 2007-2013, the successful cross-border project "Burgen- und Schlösserweg / Zemská Cesta " has been realized. The aim was to create a brand for the castle trail, to establish a cross-border hiking trail and to establish intensive cross-border cooperation. Due to the success of this project, the project partners want to expand the cross-border cooperation spatially and make it more attractive for tourists (restoration and maintenance work), The project aims at increasing the knowledge on the ancient handcrafts and the common history along the way and further professionalize the marketing measures (multilingual audio guides). These measures should help to increase the interest of tourists in this cross-border region and to motivate the regional population to explore the neighboring country. In addition, they should contribute to a sustainable conservation of the objects and increase the number of visitors and overnight stays in the common border region.

Tato část společného pohraničí mezi Horním Rakouskem a jižními Čechami je z hospodářského hlediska slabě rozvinutá. Přeshraniční turistické projekty představují možnost, jak snížit předsudky lidí v příhraničí a oblast hospodářsky dlouhodobě za pomoci turistů podpořit. Tak se má podpořit srůstání ve společném přeshraničním regionu. Stávající 150 km dlouhá tematická turistická trasa "Cesta hradů a zámků" vede historickou kulturní a přírodní krajinou jižních Čech a Mühlviertelu kolem 15 hradů, zámků a hradních zřícenin od Malše až po Dunaj, tzn. z Českých Budějovic až do Greinu. Díky stoupajícímu zájmu o historické stavby, je cesta hradů a zámků aktuální více než kdy předtím a skrývá obrovský kulturně turistický potenciál. V programu EÚS AT-CZ 2007-2013 byl už proveden úspěšný přeshraniční projekt "Burgen- und Schlösserweg / Zemská cesta". Jeho cílem tehdy bylo vybudování značky Cesty hradů a zámků, vyznačení přeshraniční turistické trasy a vybudování intenzivní přeshraniční spolupráce. Díky úspěchu projektu chtějí projektoví partneři přeshraniční spolupráci prostorově rozšířit (nová trasa), ještě více zatraktivnit pro turisty (restaurátorské práce a opravy), zdokumentovat poznatky o starých řemeslech a sdílet je v přeshraničním rámci, zpracovat společné dějiny podél trasy a dále zprofesionalizovat marketingová opatření (vícejazyčné audioprůvodce). Tato opatření mají přispět k tomu, aby se zvýšil zájem turistů o tento přeshraniční region a obyvatelstvo regionu získalo motivaci objevovat sousední zemi. Kromě toho mají přispět k trvalému zachování objektů a zvýšit počet návštěvníků a noclehů ve společném příhraničí. Má se dosáhnout následujících cílů: - zpracování a získání povědomí o společné historii jižních Čech a Mühlviertelu ve vztahu k hradům a zámkům podél turistické trasy (např. česká šlechta v Mühlviertelu), - posílení přeshraniční spolupráce projektových partnerů prostřednictvím rozšíření sítě díky zapojení dalších kulturních a přírodních památek a pamětihodností, - trvalé zhodnocování kulturních a přírodních památek a pamětihodností v regionu pro příští generace díky restaurátorským opatřením a opravám, - zajištění znalostí o tradičních řemeslnických technikách (stará řemesla), - společné marketingové aktivity pro Cestu hradů a zámků / Zemskou cestu s cílem zvýšení počtu návštěvníků a noclehů ve společném regionu, - příspěvek k socioekonomickému a kulturnímu rozvoji ve společném regionu díky turistickým impulzům, především vzhledem k digitalizaci (např. inovativní audioprůvodce).

Achievements (DE):

Die letzte Überwachungsperiode war geprägt von den Abschlussarbeiten bei der Festung in Tichá, insbesondere des großen Festungsturms: der Kalkputz des Fachwerkbodens wurde fertiggestellt , das Wohnzimmer mit Brettern ausgekleidet, Verkleidungen, Möblierung, Fußböden sowie die Innen- und Außentreppen wurden errichtet. Gleichzeitig wurde die Konservierung der Festung einschließlich des Torturms abgeschlossen und das Mauerwerk zum Schutz vor Verwitterung mit einer dicken Humusschicht überzogen. Es wurden Ausbauarbeiten am Hintergrundgebäude durchgeführt, darunter Versorgungseinrichtungen, Möbel, ein Festungsmodell im Maßstab 1:100. Die obligatorischen Werbeschilder wurden angebracht, Strukturen wurden gestrichen, ein Gehweg wurde um das Hintergrundgebäude herum gebaut und andere Arbeiten wurden ausgeführt. Alle Aktivitäten wurden in der geforderten Qualität und termingerecht abgeschlossen und die Festung wird damit zu einem begehrten Ziel der Öffentlichkeit auf tschechischer und österreichischer Seite der Grenze. Der Bau der Scheune und der Burg Ratejna auf der Burg Pořešín, einschließlich des Zaunbaus wurde in den vorangegangenen Überwachungsperioden problemlos abgeschlossen.

Achievements (EN):

The last surveillance period was marked by the completion work at the Tichá Fortress, in particular the Great Fortress Tower: the lime plaster of the half-timbered floor was completed, the living room lined with boards, cladding, furnishing, floors, as well as the internal and external stairs were built. At the same time, the preservation of the fortress including the gate tower was completed and the masonry for protection against weathering was covered with a thick humus layer. Construction work was carried out on the background building, including utilities, furniture, a 1:100 scale fortress model. The mandatory advertising signs were installed, structures were painted, a walkway was built around the background building, and other works were carried out. All activities have been completed in the required quality and on schedule, making the fortress a sought-after goal for the public on the Czech and Austrian side of the border. The construction of the barn and the Ratjna Castle on Pořešín Castle, including the construction of fences, was completed without any problems during the previous monitoring periods.

Verbesserung der öffentlichen Infrastruktur (Beschilderung) bei den Burgen und Schlössern.

OP5 - Zvýšení atraktivity přeshraničních hradů a zámků podél přeshraniční turistické trasy - pomocí restaurátorských a archeologických prací prováděných projektovými partnery. OP6 - Vícejazyčné audioprůvodce (de, cz, en) pro hrady a zámky podél turistické trasy; vícejazyčná webová stránka, přeshraniční workshopy k tématu "stará řemesla". OP7 - Rozšíření značení Cesty hradů a zámků, a tím napojení 3 dalších kulturně historických objektů (zámek Zellhof, hrad Reichenstein, Windhaag/Perg). Zlepšení veřejné infrastruktury (značení) u hradů a zámků.
