Le projet: Le projet THE! vise la réalisation d’un trajet sélectif eurégional et multidisciplinaire auquel peuvent participer les étudiants et les élèves inscrits dans des écoles secondaires et supérieures. Ce parcours permettra d’acquérir des capacités spécifiques et transfrontalières focalisées sur la technologie en matière de soins de santé et d’assurer une meilleure concordance entre enseignement et marché du travail. Les objectifs: Mise en place d’un parcours formatif transfrontalier dans le cadre de formations actuellement dispensées par les écoles secondaires et supérieures. Focalisation sur : le caractère multidisciplinaire, les innovations technologiques en matière de soins, la mobilité eurégionale, l’afflux d’élèves de l’enseignement secondaire vers l’enseignement supérieur. Préparation au marché de l’emploi eurégional. Output: Nous prévoyons pour chaque année de scolarité (2) un total de 15 cas d’innovation, répartis entre les écoles. Nous prévoyons pour chaque cas un minimum de 8 étudiants et un professeur chargé de l’accompagnement. chaque année, près de 150 personnes provenant de la formation seront impliquées dans le projet. Concernant les entreprises et les institutions de soins participantes, 45 personnes par an seront impliquées. Sur une période de deux années de scolarité, nous prévoyons donc l’implication d’environ 400 personnes. Les résultats: Cette approche se traduit par une plus-value pour l’enseignement axé sur la recherche, ce qui améliorera significativement la qualité des formations concernées tout en s’inscrivant dans le cadre du domaine de travail des soins. Les enseignants continueront à se professionnaliser dans le cadre de ce contexte eurégional. La capacité d’innovation de l’étudiant/de l’élève diplômé, et aussi celle de l’Euregio, augmentera, ce qui aura un effet positif sur la position concurrentielle de la région. Afin de parvenir à une synchronisation claire entre les différentes institutions d’enseignement eurégional, onélaborera, lors de la première phase du projet, un manuel de qualité/un scénario ayant pour but de synchroniser les plans d’apprentissage/les cursus des différentes écoles. L’approche et le fonctionnement pourront être évalués et corrigés en permanence grâce à des évaluations intermédiaires. Les écoles (Ausbildungsberufe / écoles secondaires) seront impliqués dans la réalisation.

The THE! Project aims at the realization of euregional, multidisciplinary options that students, from participating schools, can participate in. Subject and cross-border capacities are learned with focus on technology in care and better alignment between education and the labor market. Goals: Setting up a cross-border options within the current courses of secondary schools and university colleges. Focus on: multidisciplinarity, Technological Care Innovations, euregional Mobility, preparing the streamlining of students from secondary to higher education for the euregional Labor Market. Students from the different departments of the different schools can enroll in the options. THE! will launch an open call for the delivery of specific cases that will meet specific criteria such as innovation, user centered design, multidisciplinary feasibility and impact (see WP4 & 5). In addition, we will compare the cases on the horizontal principles. The call will be launched via the dissemination routes of THE! and will be directed (WP2) to companies and health care institutions in the euregio. The submitted cases will be evaluated by a workgroup (WP4 & 5), if necessary experts will join the workgroup. The workgroup take following properties into account: accountability, feasibility, regional balance, euregional added value and multidisciplinarity. Output: By school year (2), we provide a total of 15 cases, distributed across the schools. Per case we provide at least 8 students and a teacher for support. Around 150 people connected to the participating schools will be involved in the project every year. From the participating companies or healthcare institutions, 45 people per year will be involved. In total, we provide an involvement of approximately 400 people. Results: This approach results in the added value of research-based education that will improve the quality of education of the relevant courses and will be in line with the field of work. Teachers will professionalize within this euregional context. The innovation power of the graduating student and of the euregio will increase with a positive impact on the regions competitive position. Continuing this approach after the project period is the absolute goal. This will be achieved through clear alignment between euregional education institutions. For this purpose, a quality manual / syllabus is being developed during the first phase of the project with the aim of matching the curricula of the schools. Through mid-term evaluations, the approach and operation will be constantly evaluated and edited. The schools (Ausbildungsberufen/secondary education) will also be involved in the development.

Das Projekt: Das THE! Projekt beabsichtigt die Realisierung eines euregionalen, multidisziplinären Wahlkurses, an dem Studenten der teilnehmenden Schulen teilnehmen können. Fachübergreifende und grenzüberschreitende Kapazitäten werden mit einem Hauptaugenmerk auf Technologie im Gesundheits- und Pflegesektor und mit einer besseren Abstimmung zwischen Ausbildungssektor und Arbeitsmarkt gelehrt. Herausforderungen: Die europäische Gesellschaft erlebt demographische Veränderungen, die Auswirkungen auf die Funktionsweise des Gesundheitssystems und auf den Personalbedarf im Arbeitsmarkt haben. Die Betriebe, die im Pflegesektor aktiv sind, werden mit der Notwendigkeit der Innovation konfrontier aber ihnen mangelt es an Kenntnissen über Zwänge in der Pflege und gleichzeitig sind den Pflegeeinrichtungen die technologischen Möglichkeiten der Betriebe nicht bekannt. Es ist daher eine große Herausforderung, Pflege und Technik aufeinander abzustimmen. Unglücklicherweise gelingt dem Ausbildungssektor momentan die Umsetzung dieser Anforderung nicht und jüngste Studien der OECD und der EIT machen deutlich, dass großer Bedarf an Ausbildungen besteht, die einen engeren Bezug zur Beschäftigungspraxis haben. THE! möchte hier ansetzen, indem Studenten der verschiedenen Ausbildungen und Regionen zusammengebracht werden, um Innovationen im Pflegesektor anhand spezifischer Fallbeispiele selbst zu erleben. In der Konfrontation mit gesellschaftlich bedingten Herausforderungen werden Studenten gezwungen, unternehmerisch und multidisziplinär zu arbeiten. THE! knüpft die Verbindung zur Sekundarschulbildung. Zielsetzungen: Konzeption eines grenzüberschreitenden Wahlkurses innerhalb der aktuellen Ausbildungsbestandteile der Sekundar- und Hochschulen. Augenmerk auf: multidisziplinarität, technologische innovationen in der Pflege, Euregionale Mobilität, durchleitung der Schüler von der Sekundar- in die Hochschulbildung, vorbereitung für den euregionalen Arbeitsmarkt. Output: Für jeden Schuljahrgang (2) bieten wir insgesamt 15 Fallbeispiele, die auf die teilnehmenden schulen verteilt sind. Für jedes Fallbeispiel planen wir 8 Studenten und einen Dozenten zur Unterstützung ein. Pro Jahr werden aus dem Ausbildungssektor ungefähr 150 Personen in dieses Projekt involviert sein. Aus den teilnehmenden Betrieben oder Pflegeeinrichtungen werden 45 Personen pro Jahr einbezogen. Insgesamt planen wir daher die Beteiligung von ungefähr 400 Personen. Resultate: Diese Vorgehensweise resultiert in dem Mehrwert der wissenschaftlich fundierten Ausbildung, wodurch sich die Qualität der relevanten Ausbildungen verbessern und Praxisbezug aufweisen wird. Dozenten werden innerhalb dieses euregionalen Kontexts weiter professionalisiert.

THE! veut capitaliser en réunissant des étudiants de différentes disciplines et régions d'expérimenter des innovations de soins eux-mêmes sur la base de cas particuliers. Par la confrontation avec les étudiants socialement soutenus défis forcés de travailler entreprenante et pluridisciplinaire. THE! fera le lien avec l'enseignement secondaire. En offrant des cas difficiles, élèves et étudiants sont motivés à collaborer et apprendre. Cela empêche l'éducation d'abandon. Les modules éducatifs transfrontaliers sont développés en étroite collaboration avec l'industrie: elle favorise l'inadéquation de l'enseignement sur le marché du travail.

THE! is trying to move forward by bringing students of different study programmes and regions together to experience healthcare innovation through specific cases. Confronted with challenges that are well-known in society, students will need to work with an enterprising and multidisciplinary attitude. THE! will make the connection with secondary education. By working on challenging cases pupils and students are motivated to cooperate and learnfrom/with each other. These innovative learning methods have proven to prevent early drop-out. The cross-border educational modules are developed in cooperation with the sector, which will improve the match between education and job market.

THE! will durch die Zusammenführung Studenten verschiedener Disziplinen und Regionen erleben Pflege Innovationen sich auf der Grundlage von konkreten Fällen nutzen. In Konfrontation mit forcierter sozial Studenten unterstützt Herausforderungen unternehmenden und multidisziplinären zu arbeiten. DAS! wird die Verbindung mit Sekundarbildung machen. Durch das Angebot von anspruchsvollen Fällen Schüler und Studenten sind motiviert, zusammenzuarbeiten und zu lernen. Dies verhindert, dass Drop-out in der Bildung. Die grenzüberschreitende Bildungsmodule werden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Industrie entwickelt: es fördert die Bildungs Mismatch auf dem Arbeitsmarkt .
