Description (FR): EMR STARTUP est un réseau euregional d´incubateurs qui développe un programme haute performance, conjoint, pour les starters de l´Euregio afin de les préparer à l´avenir et capables d´investir dans un contexte international. EMR STARTUP amène les incubateurs à co-créer une extension qualitative de leurs services (partagés et individuels) avec l´ambition d´accélérer le lancement de nouvelles entreprises à haut potentiel, orientées vers le marché de l’Euregio dans la région Meuse-Rhin et dans un délai de trois ans.
Défis: Les startups sont des entreprises innovantes qui en sont à leurs débuts. Afin d´offrir une guidance efficace à un large éventail de start-ups, la mise en place d´un réseau eurégional d´incubateurs coopératifs, avec une complémentarité d´expertise, est nécessaire. Aujourd’hui, les connaissances de valeurs sont largement distribuées, et aucune startup ne pourrait innover efficacement seule. Pour cela, l´innovation ouverte est une façon rentable d´innover, car elle peut réduire les coûts, accélérer le temps de mise sur le marché, accroître la différenciation sur le marché et créer de nouveaux flux de revenus pour les startups. Un bon business model est un élément clé pour une startup prospère, prête à l´investissement. Les startups ont besoin de conseils pour élaborer leur plan d´affaires, d’autant plus dans un contexte international. Le contexte hautement international dans l’EMR est à la fois un défi et une opportunité pour les starters et - certainement dans l’EMR - une condition nécessaire pour le succès. Les incubateurs sont là pour accompagner les starters dans ces défis. Pour le faire d´une manière professionnelle, un réseau d´incubateur avec échange et collaboration est essentielle. La force du partenariat entre incubateurs réside dans leurs diversités. Les startups ont généralement des produits et des services sur les intersections de technologies. Par conséquent, il est important d´établir un programme commun pour le réseau euregional d´incubateurs avec chacun leur propre centre d´intérêt et leur propre expertise technologique. Dans le même temps, les incubateurs eux-mêmes devraient être capables de faire évoluer leur gamme de services et de s´aligner sur le programme conjoint de l’EMR.
Objectifs globaux: L´objectif est un programme conjoint de réseau d’incubateurs euregional pour stimuler l´esprit d´entreprise des startups dans l’EMR à travers :
• La mise en place d´un réseau euregional d´incubateurs.
• L’élaboration et la planification d’un programme STARTUP.
• L’alignement et la professionnalisation du programme STARTUP de chaque incubateur.
• Accélérer la création de start-ups en les soutenant dans les domaines du businessmodelling, de la traction (internationale) des clients, de la chaine d’approvisionnement et du financement.
Activités principales: Gestion de projet: Rédaction d´une charte EMR STARTUP avec accords entre incubateurs / Consultation entre les incubateurs / Suivi des objectifs du projet / Rapports auprès d´INTERREG.
Communication: Outils numériques : site Web du projet et utilisation des médias sociaux / Événements publics / Evénements presse.
Co-création d´un programme conjoint EMR STARTUP.
Inventaire des mesures pour les startups dans les régions participantes / Co-créer une vision partagée et un programme conjoint EMR STARTUP.
Mise en place de : ateliers communs, programmes de formation, conférences, ... / un pool euregional d´experts / la libre circulation des starters entre les incubateurs / collaboration transfrontalière et intersectorielle entre les starters / processus de co-création avec des clients potentiels dans différentes régions.
Aligner et professionnaliser le programme STARTUP de chaque incubateur:
Optimisation des business models pour les incubateurs existants et création d´un business model pour les nouveaux incubateurs / Transférer le business model à l´infrastructure personnalisée et l´aide quotidienne des starters dans les incubateurs.
Planifier un programme durable dans l’EMR (avec diffusion et expansion vers d´autres incubateurs):
Surveiller et optimiser le programme commun EMR STARTUP / Planifier un programme EMR STARTUP durable pour les réseaux d´incubateurs (avec expansion prévue vers d´autres incubateurs dans l’EMR et à l´étranger).
Résultats attendus : Un programme euregional « STARTUP ». 200 SU (Start-Ups) suivront le programme EMR STARTUP. 150 SU avec un plan d´affaires international et prêtes à l´investissement / 100 SU qui ont testé leur produit auprès d´un client potentiel dans une autre région / 50 SU avec un partenariat avec un SU d’une autre region / 30 SU avec un partenariat avec un investisseur.

EMR STARTUP makes the incubators co-create a qualitative scaling up of their shared and individual services with the ambition to speed up the launching of high potential Euregional oriented new companies in the Meuse-Rhine Region within a timeframe of three years.
Challenges: Startups are innovative companies that are in early stages. In order to offer effective guidance to a wide range of start-ups, the establishment of a Euroregional cooperating incubator network with complementarity of expertise is necessary.There’s the observed fact that valuable knowledge today is widely distributed, and no startup could innovate effectively on its own. For this, open innovation is a profitable way to innovate, because it can reduce costs, accelerate time to market, increase differentiation in the market and create new revenue streams for startups. A good business model is a key element for a successful, investment ready startup. Startups need guidance in developing their business plan, once more in an international context. The highly concentrated international context in the EMR is both a challenge and an opportunity for starters and - certainly in the EMR - a necessary condition for success. Incubators are there to accompany starters with these challenges. To do this in a professional manner an incubator network with exchanging and collaborating is essential. The strength of the joint incubators lies in its diversity. Startups usually have products and services on intersections of technologies. Therefore, it is important to establish a joint program for the Euregional network of incubators with each their own substantive focus and technological expertise. At the same time the incubators themselves should be able to evolve their range of services and align to the joint EMR program.
Global objectives: The goal is a joint Euregional incubator network-program to stimulate entrepreneurship of startups in the EMR through:
Having a Euregional network of incubators working together.
Developing, blueprinting a Euregional shared STARTUP program for incubators.
Alignment and professionalization of the STARTUP program of each individual incubator.
Accelerate startup companies, by supporting them in the fields of businessmodelling, (international) customer traction, supply chain and funding.

Drafting an EMR STARTUP charter with agreements between the incubators.

Read more Description (DE): EMR START-UP ist ein euregionales Inkubatoren-Netzwerk, welches ein leistungsstarkes Programm für Existenzgründer in der Euregio entwickeln will, sodass die Starter für ihre Zukunft gut aufgestellt sind, auch in finanzieller Hinsicht. EMR START-UP möchte eine qualitative Steigerung schaffen in punkto Erfahrungen sowie persönlicher Dienstleistungen der Inkubatoren im Konsortium und verfolgt das Ziel, innerhalb von drei Jahren die Gründung neuer Unternehmen in der Maas-Rhein-Region zu beschleunigen.
HERAUSFORDERUNGEN:
Startups sind innovative Unternehmen im Frühstadium. Um diesen Startups die bestmögliche Unterstützung anzubieten, ist die Schaffung eines kooperierenden euregionalen Inkubatoren-Netzwerks, mit ergänzendem Wissen, unerlässlich. Es ist eine Feststellung, dass das wertvolle Wissen heute weit zerstreut ist und dass kein Startup tatsächlich innovativ ist, wenn es auf sich allein gestellt ist. Ein guter Businessplan ist das Schlüsselelement für ein erfolgreiches, finanzierungsreifes Startup. Startups benötigen Beratung für den Aufbau des Businessplans, und dies umso mehr in einem internationalen Kontext. Der hoch konzentrierte internationale Kontext in der EMR ist sowohl eine Herausforderung, als auch eine Chance und vor allem in der EMR eine wichtige Bedingung für den Erfolg. Inkubatoren sind da um Startern, angesichts dieser Herausforderungen, behilflich zu sein. Der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit in einem professionell aufgestellten Inkubatoren-Netzwerk sind unerlässlich. Die Stärke der gemeinsamen Inkubatoren liegt in ihrer Diversität. Startups entwickeln meistens Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die technologische Schnittstellen aufweisen. Deswegen ist es wichtig, ein gemeinsames Programm für das euregionale Netzwerk von Inkubatoren auszuarbeiten, und zwar mit ihren jeweils eigenen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten und ihrem technologischem Know-how. Gleichzeitig sollten die Inkubatoren selbst imstande sein, ihr Dienstleistungsangebot zu entwickeln und auf das gemeinsame EMR-Programm auszurichten.
GLOBALE ZIELE:
Ziel ist es, die unternehmerische Tätigkeit zu fördern sowie neue Unternehmen in ein euregionales Inkubatoren Netzwerkprogramm in der Euregio Maas-Rhein einzubinden, und zwar folgendermaßen: Ein euregionales Netzwerk von Inkubatoren, die zusammenarbeiten / Entwicklung eines euregionalen Modells, mit einem Startup-Programm für jeden einzelnen Inkubator / Gleichstellung und Professionalisierung des Startup-Programms von jedem einzelnen Inkubator / Beschleunigung von Startup-Unternehmen, indem man diese bei der Erstellung des Businessplans, bei der (internationalen) Kundentragweite, der Versorgungskette und den Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten behilflich ist.
WICHTIGSTE AKTIVITÄTEN:
Projektmanagement: eine EMR-START-UP-Charta mit den zwischen den teilnehmenden Inkubatoren geltenden Vereinbarungen verfassen / Beratung zwischen den Inkubatoren (= die Steuerungsgruppe) / Zielsetzungen überwachen / Berichterstattung für INTERREG; Kommunikation: Digital: Erstellung einer Website sowie Nutzung von sozialen Medien / Öffentliche Veranstaltungen / Presse-Events; Gemeinsame Schaffung eines EMR Startup Programm: Erstellung einer Bestandsaufnahme von Startup-Initiativen in den mitwirkenden Regionen. Schaffung einer gemeinsamen Vision und Durchführung des EMR Startup-Programms durch folgende Maßnahmen: Gemeinsame Workshops, Ausbildungsprogramme, Konferenzen… / Ein euregionaler Pool von Experten / Freier Austausch der Starter zwischen den verschiedenen Inkubatoren / Grenzüberschreitender sowie sektorenbezogener Austausch zwischen den Startern / Gemeinsamer Gründungsprozess mit potentiellen Kunden in den verschiedenen Regionen; Gleichstellung und Professionalisierung des Startup-Programms von jedem einzelnen Inkubator: Optimierung des bestehenden Business-Modells der bereits existierenden Inkubatoren und Schaffung eines neuen Business-Models für die neuen Inkubatoren / Das Business-Model in eine kundenorientierten Infrastruktur einbetten und täglich die Starter in den Inkubatoren beraten; Model eines nachhaltigen EMR Startup Programm für jeden Inkubator: Überwachung und Optimierung des zusammenarbeitenden EMR Startup-Programms Ein Modell eines (selbst)nachhaltigen EMR Startup-Programms für ein Inkubatoren-Netzwerk schaffen (mit der Möglichkeit, weitere Inkubatoren mit einzubeziehen).

Par conséquent, Interreg EMR attache une grande valeur au lancement de nouvelles PME. En 2012, le nombre de start-up a été de 9,7% par rapport au nombre total d'entreprises. L'objectif à atteindre est de 10,1% en 2023. EMR STARTUP vise à contribuer de manière significative à cet indicateur. L'objectif est un programme exécutif de soutien aux startups à vocation internationales par la coopération d'incubateurs dans un réseau Euregional. Cela devrait aboutir à un écosystème unique où les starters se déplacent librement entre les incubateurs et utilisent au maximum les ressources existantes, l'expertise intersectorielle et les outils dans l'Euregio. 200 starters suivront le programme EMR STARTUP. Le projet vise un taux de réussite de 75% pour être prêt à recevoir des investissements en ayant un plan d'affaires visant l’international. In 2012, the number of start-ups was 9.7%,compared to the total number of enterprises. The target to reach is 10.1% in 2023. EMR START-UP aims to significantly contribute to this indicator.
The goal is an executive program for internationally oriented startup support through cooperation of incubators in a Euregional network.
This should result in a unique ecosystem where starters move freely between the incubators and make maximum use of existing resources, cross-sectoral expertise and tools in the Euregion.
200 starters will follow the EMR STARTUP program. The project aims at a succes rate 75% for becoming investment ready by having an international oriented business plan. This percentage is ambitious but feasible thanks to the joint guidance program of the startups.
A joint incubator guidance program will stimulate Euregional entrepreneurship will result in:

In 2012 belief sich die Anzahl Gründungen auf 9,7% der Gesamtzahl der Unternehmen. Das Ziel ist diese Zahl bis 2023 auf 10,1% zu steigern. EMR-Startup möchte wesentlich an diesem Ziel mitwirken. Das Ziel ist die Schaffung eines Ausführungsprogrammes für international ausgerichtete Gründungen durch die Kooperation von Inkubatoren in einem euregionalen Netzwerk. Dies kann in einem einzigen Ökosystem entstehen, in welchem Gründer sich frei zwischen den Inkubatoren bewegen können und maximal von bestehenden Ressourcen und sektorenübergreifenden Erfahrungen und Instrumenten in der Euergio profitieren können. 200 Gründer werden am EMR Start-up Programm teilnehmen. Das Ziel des Projektes ist, 75% der Unternehmen mit einem international ausgerichteten Plan investitionsreif zu machen. Diese Prozentzahl ist ambitiös, aber machbar, dank der gemeinsamen Begleitung der Gründer. Ein gemeinsames Begleitprogramm für die Inkubatoren wird das euregionale Unternehmertum anregen, mit folgenden Resultaten: 150 Gründer einen investitionsfertigen internationalen Businessplan haben, 100 Gründer ihr Produkt mit einem potentiellen Kunden in einer anderen Region der EMR getestet haben, 50 Gründer sich zu einer Zusammenarbeit mit einem anderen Gründer aus der EMR Region verpflichtet haben.
