Le projet COFFEE consiste à soutenir l’activité des centres de coworking via la mise en commun d’expériences et de partage de connaissances. On y retrouve quatre espaces de coworking wallons : ESCO (Tournai), Switch (Charleroi), The Cowork Factory (La Louvière) et Co-nnexion (Mons) et un espace de coworking français, Mutualab, situé à Lille. Le projet implique également deux centres de compétences : Technocité (Mons) et POP Place (Lille). Le projet ambitionne de : 1. générer des collaborations transfrontalières entre des publics différents : demandeurs d’emploi, coworkers, entreprises ; 2. offrir davantage de visibilité aux acteurs économiques qui prendront place dans le projet ; 3. sensibiliser les entreprises de part et d’autre de la frontière au partage de connaissances et d’expériences ; 4. développer des synergies entre entreprises afin d’aborder de nouveaux marchés ensemble ; 5. contribuer au développement économique et à la création d’emplois. Concrètement, cette coopération transfrontalière s’appuiera sur des outils de gestion et de communication communs : - Création d'un catalogue des compétences des coworkers; - Mise en place d’un accompagnement transfrontalier des coworkers qui favorise la mixité et la mobilité des candidats ; - Organisation d’événements créatifs et innovants favorisant la rencontre entre les publics de part et d’autre de la frontière pour renforcer les liens entre les tissus économiques ; - Création d’outils de gestion et de suivi communs.

The COFFEE project consists of supporting the activity of the co-working centres by sharing experiences and knowledge. It contains four Walloon co-working spaces: ESCO (Tournai), Switch (Charleroi), The Cowork Factory (La Louvière) and Co-nnexion (Mons) and one French co-working space, Mutualab, located in Lille. The project also involves two competence centres: Technocité (Mons) and POP Place (Lille). The project aims to: 1. generate cross-border collaborations between different audiences: job seekers, co-workers, companies; 2. offer greater visibility to the economic stakeholders who will take part in the project; 3. raise awareness on the part of companies on both sides of the border to share knowledge and experiences; 4. develop synergies between companies to tackle new markets together; 5. contribute to economic development and job creation. Concretely, this cross-border cooperation will be based on common management and communication tools: - Creation of a catalogue of the skills offered by the co-workers; - Establishment of cross-border support for co-workers that promotes the diversity and mobility of the candidates; - Organisation of creative and innovative events fostering meetings between the audiences on both sides of the border to reinforce the links between economic webs; - Creation of common management and monitoring tools.

Champagne-Ardenne, Picardië, Wallonië en Vlaanderen zijn grote tarweproducenten. Vandaag worden koolhydraten (het grootste deel van de tarwezemelen) onderbenut voor de productie van moleculen met een hoge meerwaarde. Het project ValBran beoogt de ontwikkeling van nieuwe manieren om tarwezemelen te verwerken en op planten gebaseerde, niet-ionische surfactanten en suikeresters van koolhydraten in tarwezemelen te produceren. Er zullen meerdere verwerkingsmethoden worden ontwikkeld op laboratoriumschaal. De meest beloftevolle zullen worden geselecteerd en in een pilootproject toegepast om de economische prestaties en de milieu-impact van de verwerkte processen te evalueren. Dankzij de competenties van het consortium zal het mogelijk zijn het onderzoek en de innovatie op het gebied van benutting van gewassen in grensoverschrijdende regio's te verbeteren. Elke partner zal zijn eigen competenties inbrengen en tegelijk leren van de complementaire kennis en competenties van andere partners, wat het project een sterk innovatiepotentieel geeft.

Le projet COFFEE a pour but de soutenir l’activité des centres de coworking situés de part et d’autre de la frontière franco-belge, via la mise en commun d’expériences et le partage de connaissances. Il réunit différents acteurs : Cinq espaces de coworking situés en Wallonie et dans le Nord de la France : ESCO (Tournai), Charleroi Entreprendre (Charleroi), Coworking La Louvière (La Louvière), Co-nnexion (Mons) et les espaces Wéreso de Lille (France). Deux centres de compétences : Technocité (Mons) et Beam me up (Lille). Le projet a été lancé en octobre 2016. Depuis, une série d’outils et d’actions ont été mis en place pour atteindre les objectifs initiaux ; l’idée étant de partir des besoins des coworkers et d’y répondre avec des propositions concrètes, comprenant systématiquement une dimension transfrontalière. Dès début 2017, nous avons construit le site web de partage de l’information, contenant à la fois l’agenda, le blog et le catalogue des compétences des coworkers. Il s’agit d’un des outils principaux du projet, qui va nous permettre de promouvoir les entreprises et collaborations transfrontalières sur toute la zone couverte et d’augmenter la visibilité des activités et des expertises des coworkers touchés par le programme. Le site web est accessible sur ce lien : http://coffeecoworking.eu Par ailleurs, les animations dans les lieux dédiés ont commencé en février 2017, rendant encore plus tangibles les effets du projet. A chaque fois, l’idée est de proposer des sujets pouvant intéresser l’ensemble des coworkers, et de favoriser la complémentarité, le réseautage et le mixage des approches et des publics, via des formats originaux. Au fur et à mesure de l’avancement du projet, nous avons organisé des animations transfrontalières, allant de la formation en passant par exemple par la découverte du concept de l’entreprise libérée. Nous organisons également régulièrement des speed datings afin de mixer les compétences des coworkers du réseau. Nous avons aussi réalisé la mise en place d’un collectif de communicants qui a pu voir le jour grâce au projet Coffee. Nous avons fait naître le Pass Coffee qui permet à tous les coworkers du projet de voyager d’un coworking à l’autre selon ses envies. Mais le projet Coffee, c’est aussi un travail de veille et partage de bonnes pratiques qui s’est intensifié au fil des mois car, en complément de la diffusion d’articles et d’études sur le coworking permettant d’enrichir la réflexion, nous avons mis en place des ateliers de formation pour les managers des espaces de coworking et les référents du projet afin de répondre au mieux au développement des compétences nécessaires pour la bonne réalisation des objectifs du projet. Un séminaire de découvertes s’est déroulé à Paris afin de se confronter à d’autres pratiques et d’autres expériences. Concernant la communication du projet, différents supports ont été établis pour toucher un maximum de public et donner de la visibilité au projet et aux coworkers : Réalisation d’une vidéo d’animation pour une présentation efficace et attrayante du projet ; Actualisation régulière du site internet (www.coffeecoworking.eu) et du blog ; Diffusion de contenus via les réseaux sociaux (Facebook et LinkedIn) + animation d’une chronique ‟Un.e coworkeur.se à la Une” ; Production d’une newsletter qui contribue à renforcer la communauté autour des valeurs de COFFEE ; Préparation de capsules vidéo sur le projet ; Réalisation de reportages photographiques autour des activités ; Présentation du projet et des coworkers via des événements extérieurs proposés dans les différents écosystèmes des partenaires. Dans le courant de l’année 2019, nous remanions notre module de travail pour l’accompagnement des entreprises (Extension de marchés pour les entrepreneurs et promotion de la mobilité des publics cibles) du projet Coffee pour coller à la réalité du terrain. En 2020, malgré la pandémie du Coronavirus, nous continuons d’avancer sur cette partie du projet pour laquelle nous serons amenés d’ici les semaines à venir à proposer un accompagnement individuel par un consultant pour certains de nos coworkers afin de développer leurs activités. Nous avons participé également à l’événement Hack in the wood, édition 2019. C’est un rendez-vous incontournable dans le domaine numérique. Nous y faisons de belles rencontres. Nous testons également la diffusion d’un de nos événements en direct sur Facebook. L’intervention de Jhon Jhon Dohmen, capitaine de l’équipe national belge de hockey, est suivie par presque 900 personnes à distance. La fin du semestre au début de cette année 2020 est marqué par la pandémie du Covid-19 qui a entraîné un confinement dans la plupart des pays européens à partir de la mi-mars (le 17 mars en France et le 18 mars en Belgique). Concrètement, tous les espaces de coworking du réseau Coffee ont été fermés à partir de ces dates-là et jusqu’à nouvel ordre. Les derniers mois que nous venons de vivre sont toujours marqués par la présence de la pandémie. Nous avons pris note du départ de Weréso Valenciennes, directement touché par les conséquences du Covid-19. Les contacts sociaux sont toujours mis à mal et nous ne circulons pas encore librement. Nous avons dès lors continué à travailler afin de trouver des solutions en réinventant notre manière de collaborer. Nous avons mis en place des formations filières métiers à distance et nous avons clôturé le marché pour 2 lots de notre cahier de charges relatif à l’accompagnement des entreprises dans le domaine juridique et celui du marketing digital. Nous sommes donc prêts à démarrer les accompagnements individuels dans ses branches. Nous avons aussi travaillé à mettre en œuvre des solutions afin de réinventer nos actions et de pouvoir les transposer en non présentiel. Tout en nous adaptant aux nouvelles normes sanitaires, nous avons également pris la décision de fixer un événement présentiel le 8/12/2020 afin de présenter notre partenaire français Weréso Lille. Ce 9e semestre va se clôturer prématurément à la suite de l’annonce de la faillite du chef de file Co-nnexion. Nous discutons avec l’équipe technique de la situation mais nous arrivons à la conclusion que le projet ne pourra perdurer sans le chef de file. Nous décidons de mettre un terme au projet Coffee en le clôturant. Nous regrettons cet arrêt d’autant plus que nous étions prêts pour démarrer les accompagnements de nos coworkers à travers le module 6 du programme. Nous sommes certains néanmoins que les contacts noués lors de la mise en œuvre de Coffee vont perdurer au-delà de sa clôture.

The COFFEE project aims to support the activities of coworking centres located on both sides of the Franco-Belgian border, through the pooling of experiences and the sharing of knowledge. It brings together different actors: Five coworking spaces located in Wallonia and Northern France: ESCO (Tournai), Charleroi Entreprendre (Charleroi), Coworking La Louvière (La Louvière), Co-nnexion (Mons) and the Wéreso spaces in Lille (France). Two centres of competence: Technocité (Mons) and Beam me up (Lille). The project was launched in October 2016. Since then, a series of tools and actions have been put in place to achieve the initial objectives; the idea is to start from the needs of the coworkers and to respond to them with concrete proposals, systematically including a cross-border dimension. In early 2017, we built the information-sharing website, containing both the agenda, the blog and the catalogue of coworkers’ skills. This is one of the main tools of the project, which will allow us to promote cross-border companies and collaborations throughout the area covered and increase the visibility of the activities and expertise of the coworkers affected by the programme. The website is accessible on this link: http://coffeecoworking.eu In addition, animations in dedicated locations began in February 2017, making the effects of the project even more tangible. Each time, the idea is to propose topics that may interest all coworkers, and to promote complementarity, networking and the mixing of approaches and audiences, via original formats. As the project progressed, we organised cross-border events, ranging from training to, for example, the discovery of the liberated company concept. We also regularly organise speed datings in order to mix the skills of the coworkers of the network. We also realised the establishment of a collective of communicators that was created thanks to the Coffee project. We created the Coffee Pass that allows all coworkers of the project to travel from one coworking to another according to his desires. But the Coffee project is also a work of monitoring and sharing good practices that has intensified over the months because, in addition to the dissemination of articles and studies on coworking to enrich the reflection, we have set up training workshops for managers of coworking spaces and project referents in order to best meet the development of the skills necessary for the proper realisation of the objectives of the project. A discovery seminar took place in Paris to confront other practices and experiences. Regarding the communication of the project, various media have been established to reach as much public as possible and to give visibility to the project and the coworkers: Production of an animation video for an efficient and attractive presentation of the project; Regular updating of the website (www.coffeecoworking.eu) and the blog; Distribution of content via social networks (Facebook and LinkedIn) + animation of a column “Un.e coworkeur.se à la Une”; Production of a newsletter that helps to strengthen the community around COFFEE’s values; Preparation of video clips on the project; Production of photographic reports on the activities; Presentation of the project and the coworkers via external events offered in the different ecosystems of the partners. In the course of 2019, we were revising our work module for the support of companies (Extension of markets for entrepreneurs and promotion of mobility of target audiences) of the Coffee project to match the reality of the field. In 2020, despite the Coronavirus pandemic, we continue to move forward on this part of the project for which we will be required in the coming weeks to offer individual support by a consultant for some of our coworkers in order to develop their activities. We also participated in the Hack in the wood event, 2019 edition. It is a must-see in the digital field. We make beautiful encounters there. We also test the broadcast of one of our live events on Facebook. The intervention of Jhon Jhon Dohmen, captain of the Belgian national hockey team, was followed by nearly 900 people at a distance. We continued to work to find solutions by reinventing the way we collaborated. We have set up training courses at distance trades and have closed the contract for 2 lots of our specifications relating to the support of companies in the legal and digital marketing fields. We are therefore ready to start individual accompaniments in its branches. We have also worked to implement solutions in order to reinvent our actions and to be able to transpose them into non-face-to-face. While adapting to the new health standards, we also decided to set a face-to-face event on 8/12/2020 to present our French partner wereso Lille. This 9th semester will close prematurely following the announcement of the bankruptcy of the Co-nnexion leader. We are discussing the situation with the technical team, but we come to the conclusion that the project will not be able to continue without the leader. We decide to put an end to the Coffee project by closing it. We regret this stop, especially since we were ready to start the accompaniments of our coworkers through module 6 of the program. We are certain, however, that the contacts made during the implementation of Coffee will continue beyond its closure.
