Le projet Filière AD-T, pour le Développement de la Filière Agroalimentaire Durable Transfrontalière, initié dans le cadre du programme Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen et soutenu par l'Union Européenne et d'autres co-financeurs (Région wallonne et Province de Flandre Occidentale), a pour objectif de soutenir et d'accompagner les TPE/PME agroalimentaires, belges et françaises dans leurs démarches de développement transfrontalier. 19 opérateurs français, wallons et flamands accompagnent tous les maillons de la filière agroalimentaire (producteurs, transformateurs, distributeurs et consommateurs) issus des Régions des Hauts-de-France et du Grand Est, des Provinces de Hainaut, de Namur, de Luxembourg et de Flandre Occidentale, dans leur projet de développement de l’autre côté de la frontière. Pour stimuler, dans une optique durable, la croissance des entreprises, leur compétitivité transfrontalière et la création d'emplois. 4 missions : Un dispositif d'accompagnement pour les entreprises agroalimentaires. 1. Mettre en réseau les acteurs de la filière. Des rencontres entre professionnels de l’agroalimentaire. 2. Encourager la mobilisation vers une alimentation durable. Un travail de sensibilisation à l'AD auprès du consommateur final. 3. Promouvoir les savoir-faire agroalimentaires transfrontaliers. Des visites et des participations aux salons professionnels pour les entreprises agroalimentaires de chaque côté de la frontière. 4. Accompagner les TPE/PME au développement transfrontalier Un encadrement individuel et collectif pour répondre aux questions liées au développement transfrontalier.

The Filière AD-T project, for the Development of the Cross-border Sustainable Agri-Food Chain, launched in the context of the Interreg V France-Wallonia-Flanders programmes and supported by the European Commission and other co-financiers (Walloon Region and the Province of West Flanders), aims to assist and support the Belgian and French agri-food VSEs/SMEs in their steps towards cross-border development. 19 French, Walloon and Flemish operators support all links in the agri-food sector (producers, processors, distributors and consumers) from the regions of Haut-de-France and Grand Est, the provinces of Hainaut, Namur, Luxembourg and West Flanders, in their development project on the other side of the border. This is to stimulate the growth of companies, with a view to sustainability, in their cross-border competitiveness and the creation of jobs. 4 missions: A support system for agri-food companies. 1. Networking of the sector stakeholders. Meetings between agri-food professionals. 2. Encourage mobilisation towards sustainable foods. Awareness-raising work on sustainable food for the end consumer. 3. Promote cross-border agri-food know-how. Visits and participation in trade shows for food companies on both sides of the border. 4. Support VSEs/SMEs with their cross-border development. Individual and collective guidance to answer questions related to cross-border development.

Het project "AD-T", voor de ontwikkeling van een duurzame grensoverschrijdende agrovoedingsketen, plaats in het kader van het programma Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen en ondersteund door de Europese Unie en andere particuliere financierders (Waals Gewest – Provincie West-Vlaanderen), heeft tot doel Belgische en Franse KMO's te ondersteunen en begeleiden bij hun initiatieven voor grensoverschrijdende ontwikkeling. 19 projectpartners begeleiden alle schakels in de agrovoedingsketen (producenten, verwerkers, distributeurs en consumenten) van de regio's Hauts-de-France en Grand Est en de provincies Henegouwen, Namen, Luxemburg en West-Vlaanderen bij hun ontwikkeling aan de andere kant van de grens. Om op duurzame wijze de groei van de bedrijven, hun grensoverschrijdend concurrentievermogen en de werkgelegenheid te stimuleren. 4 doelen: Een begeleidingsaanbod voor agrovoedingsbedrijven 1. Netwerken van belanghebbenden in de sector Ontmoetingen tussen professionnals in de agrovoedingssector 2. Sensibilisering richting duurzame voeding Acties ter bewustmaking voor DV van de eindconsument. 3. Bevorderen van grensoverschrijdende knowhow rond agrovoeding Bezoeken en deelnames aan professionele beurzen voor agrovoedingsbedrijven aan beide zijden van grens 4. Achievements (FR):

Le projet "Filière AD-T" - Développement d’une Filière Agroalimentaire Durable Transfrontalière, constitue un tremplin pour les petites et moyennes entreprises belges et françaises de la filière agroalimentaire. Quatre axes opérationnels ont rythmé un ensemble d’actions concrètes et dynamiques rassemblant tous les maillons de la chaîne: production, transformation, distribution et consommation. Tout d’abord, la mise en réseau des acteurs de la filière a permis aux entreprises de développer de nouveaux contacts avec d’autres professionnels de l’agroalimentaire. D’une part, il y a eu des rencontres plus ciblées telles que les visites des marchés de gros de Bruxelles (Mabru) et Lille (MIN de Lomme) durant lesquelles les entreprises pouvaient échanger en groupe restreint sur différents aspects de leur métier ou encore créer de nouveaux contacts, tout en découvrant les produits du marché et les exigences de ce type de plateforme. Mais aussi un Food Safari – Store Tour du côté de Paris puis Bruxelles. Le principe: découvrir ce que des enseignes reconnues proposent en termes d’alimentation durable, donner l’occasion de faire germer de nouvelles idées marketing selon les tendances du marché, etc. D’autre part, un autre événement phare, le Marché du Goût, s’est tenu à Courtrai et, a rassemblé plus de 100 producteurs agroalimentaires. Notons aussi l’organisation de 2 dîners tournants dont le principe est de changer de table entre chaque plat. Un timing qui permet de maximiser les prises de contacts et discussions entre professionnels. 421 entreprises ont pris part à cette étape clé de mise en réseau. Ensuite, parce qu’il n’y a pas que les professionnels de l’agroalimentaire qui sont concernés par l’alimentation durable, il est nécessaire de sensibiliser les consommateurs. 5 éditions de la Semaine Transfrontalière de l’Alimentation Durable ont vu défiler visites à la ferme ou chez les producteurs locaux, ateliers culinaires, conférences, ciné-débat, etc. L’action "Du durable chez vos restaurateurs" a aussi rencontré son succès. Tout comme les 6 parcours CROC – Consommer Responsable, Oui mais Comment? – qui ont permis à plusieurs familles de découvrir et adopter des habitudes alimentaires plus durables. Le Salon des Outils Pédagogiques sur l’Alimentation Durable était quant à lui l’occasion de faciliter l’éducation de tous types de publics en donnant accès à des outils concrets pour les professionnels. Aussi, 4 ateliers d’échange franco-belge sur la restauration collective ont favorisé l’introduction d’une alimentation plus durable auprès de publics tels que les écoles, cuisines de collectivités, les maisons de retraite, etc. Ce sont ainsi plusieurs centaines de personnes sensibilisées qui pourront à leur tour transmettre les bonnes pratiques à adopter. Après, pour qu’une entreprise puisse se faire connaître et développer ses activités, il faut promouvoir son savoir-faire. C’est en plein cœur des salons professionnels de l’agroalimentaire que 6 visites collectives ont été organisées (Natexpo, SIAL, SIRHA, SIA, Horeca Expo, Taste of Tavola), tout comme 4 stands collectifs sous forme d’un Village Gourmet franco-belge – la dernière action a regroupé de cette façon 24 entreprises au cœur du Salon TAVOLA 2022, afin de faire découvrir les produits qui caractérisent si bien nos régions. Au total, ce n’est pas moins de 214 entreprises qui ont participé à ces activités de découverte et de promotion. Enfin, pour les entreprises désireuses de se développer des deux côtés de la frontière, chacun des partenaires, dans leurs compétences respectives, était à leur disposition pour accompagner celles-ci de manière individuelle ou collective. D’une part, individuellement sur des questions concrètes telles que les formalités administratives, fiscales, sociales comme par exemple les douanes et accises, la TVA, la sécurité sociale, etc. (en français et en néerlandais). D’autre part, collectivement avec l’organisation de 4 cycles de séances d’information animées par un ou plusieurs experts sur diverses thématiques tels que par exemple les nouvelles législations européennes et nationales en matière d’étiquetage alimentaire. Les partenaires ont aussi enrichi au fur et à mesure du projet, un pool d’experts vers lesquels orienter les entreprises pour des coachings plus détaillés sur certaines matières. Au total, 224 entreprises ont pu être accompagnées dans leurs démarches de développement transfrontalier. Malgré un ralentissement des activités organisées dans le cadre du projet, dû à la crise sanitaire, certaines activités ont tout de même eu lieu en présentiel voire en version online afin de répondre aux objectifs du projet. Quant au site web créé dans le cadre du projet, il restera actif jusqu’au 31 décembre 2024. Nous pouvons y retrouver les différents livrables du projet qui sont soit consultables en ligne, soit téléchargeables via l’onglet "Documents". Il s’agit ici de perdurer les retombées du projet et de permettre à différents publics cibles d’avoir accès aux outils pour sensibiliser et développer une alimentation durable dans la vie de tous les jours, à l’école, au boulot ou encore à la maison.

The project “Filière AD-T” — Development of a Cross-border Sustainable Agri-Food Chain, is a springboard for Belgian and French small and medium-sized businesses in the agri-food sector. Four operational axes have punctuated a set of concrete and dynamic actions bringing together all the links in the chain: production, processing, distribution and consumption. Just like the 6 courses CROC — Consommer Responsible, Yes but How? — which have allowed several families to discover and adopt more sustainable eating habits. The Salon des Tools Pedagogiques sur l’Alimentation Durable was an opportunity to facilitate the education of all types of audiences by giving access to concrete tools for professionals. Thus, 4 Franco-Belgian exchange workshops on collective catering have promoted the introduction of more sustainable food to audiences such as schools, community kitchens, retirement homes, etc. It is thus several hundred sensitised people who will in turn be able to pass on the best practices to adopt. Then, in order for a company to become known and develop its activities, it is necessary to promote its know-how. It is in the heart of the food trade fairs that 6 collective visits were organised (Natexpo, SIAL, SIRHA, SIA, Horeca Expo, Taste of Tavola), as well as 4 collective stands in the form of a French-Belgian Gourmet Village — the latest action brought together 24 companies in the heart of the TAVOLA 2022 show, in order to discover the products that characterise our regions so well. In total, no less than 214 companies participated in these discovery and promotion activities. Finally, for companies wishing to develop on both sides of the border, each of the partners, in their respective competences, was at their disposal to accompany them individually or collectively. The partners also enriched as the project progressed, a pool of experts to guide companies for more detailed coaching on certain subjects. A total of 224 companies were supported in their cross-border development efforts. Despite a slowdown in the activities organised within the framework of the project, due to the health crisis, some activities still took place in face-to-face or online version in order to meet the objectives of the project. As for the website created as part of the project, it will remain active until 31 December 2024. It is a question of continuing the impact of the project and allowing different target audiences to have access to tools to raise awareness and develop sustainable food in everyday life, at school, at work or at home.

Nb d’entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien : 150. Les opérateurs du projet estiment que sur une durée de 4 ans, 150 entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire sur l’ensemble de la zone couverte par le projet pourront bénéficier d’un soutien dans le cadre du projet. Il s’agit d’une estimation basée sur un nombre estimé de participants aux activités et sur la fréquence de leur mise en œuvre. Nb de nouvelles entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien : 15. Le projet ne vise pas particulièrement les « nouvelles » entreprises mais toutes les TPE/PME agroalimentaires sans distinction sur l’ancienneté de l’entreprise. Cependant, une attention particulière pourra être apportées aux jeunes entreprises concernant la promotion de leurs activités et l’encadrement sur les matières réglementaires puisque ces entreprises disposent d’une renommée ou une expérience plus réduite. Augmentation de l’emploi dans les entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien : 10. Pour définir ce nombre, les opérateurs tiennent compte: - du nombre d’entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien (150) et y appliquent un pourcentage de création d’emplois de +/- 6%, et - des taux d’évolution d’emplois belges et français.

The project operators estimate that over a four-year period, 150 agribusiness companies across the entire project area will be eligible for support under the project. It consists of an assessment based on an estimated number of participants in the activities and the frequency of their implementation. Number of new companies receiving support: 15. The project isn’t particularly aimed at “new” companies, but rather all agri-food VSEs/SMEs without taking into account the seniority of the company. However, particular attention may be paid to young companies in relation to the promotion of their activities and the supervision of regulatory matters since these companies have a more limited reputation or experience. Increase in employment in companies receiving support: 10. To define this number, the operators take into account: - the number of companies receiving support: (150) and applying a percentage of job creation +/- 6%, and - the Belgian and French job growth rates.

De operatoren van "AD-T"-project zijn van mening dat over een periode van 4 jaar 150 ondernemingen uit de agrovoedingsindustrie uit de betrokken zone (in de 3 verschillenden deelgebieden) in het kader van dit project zullen kunnen genieten van steun. Het betreft een raming op basis van het geraamde aantal deelnemers aan de geplande activiteiten en hun uitvoeringsfrequentie. Aantal nieuwe ondernemingen dat steun ontvangt: 15. Het project "AD-T" is niet bijzonder gericht op "nieuwe" bedrijven, maar wel op alle KMO's actief in de agrovoedingsindustrie ongeacht hun leeftijd. Eventueel kan echter bijzondere aandacht worden besteed aan jonge bedrijven, in het bijzonder voor wat betreft de promotie van hun activiteiten en hun begeleiding op het vlak van regelgeving. Deze bedrijven hebben immers minder kennis en ervaring op dit gebied. Werkgelegenheidsgroei in gesteunde ondernemingen: 10. Om dit aantal ingesteld als onderdeel van het project "AD-T" te bepalen, hebben de operatoren rekening gehouden met : - het aantal bedrijven die steun ontvangen (150).
