Read more Achievements (FR): "Fast to Market" propose des ateliers transfrontaliers : "Mind Me Up" pour les porteurs de projet, et "Start Me Up" pour les jeunes entreprises organisés en alternance de chaque côté de la frontière par des accompagnateurs wallons et français pour des entrepreneurs issus des 2 versants et en mettant en réseau les infrastructures d'accueil transfrontalières. Les entreprises en développement, les « Speed Me Up" font l'objet d'un accompagnement individualisé (effectué par un binôme composé d'accompagnateurs des deux versants). Les ateliers collectifs, voués à accompagner les différentes cibles vers l'exploitation rapide de leur potentiel de marché de l'autre côté de la frontière, d'où le nom du projet « Fast to Market », ont démarré dès janvier 2017. A fin décembre 2021, 34 parcours ont été organisés regroupant 318 participants, 137 français et 181 wallons. Le projet offre également aux entreprises accompagnées la possibilité de se confronter au marché via des mentorats ou des événements où les entreprises et porteurs de projet peuvent venir "pitcher" leur projet devant un jury de professionnels et un public. 45 mentorats transfrontaliers sont enregistrés depuis le début du projet et 176 (candidats)-entrepreneurs se sont livrés à l'exercice du pitch (159 wallons et 41 français). Le projet a attiré 95 "mind-ups" (31 français et 64 wallons), séduit 45 « start-ups » (18 français et 27 wallons) et répondu aux besoins de 41 « speed-ups» (35 français et 6 wallons). Le projet a été fortement impacté par la crise sanitaire du COVID 19 à partir de mars 2019 (distanciation sociale, interdiction du passage de frontière, annulation de certains événements, etc.). L'équipe a réagi rapidement en proposant 2 cycles de 7 webinaires qui ne visait pas à se substituer aux ateliers et accompagnements classiques mais plutôt à garder une dynamique au sein du projet et attirer de nouveaux entrepreneurs à suivre les ateliers. Cette réalisation est également un beau travail d'équipe, chaque opérateur ayant pris en charge une des thématiques (création du support et animation du webinaire). Cette initiative a renforcé l'esprit d'équipe. Un 3ième cycle de webinaires a été organisé au cours du premier semestre 2021 mais n'a pas rencontré le succès des 2 précédentes éditions. L'équipe l'explique par une forme de lassitude par rapport aux réunions virtuelles. Les réunions de coordination et les échanges constants entre membres de l'équipe se sont fait en distanciel à l'aide d'outils de visioconférence. L'équipe s'est progressivement familiarisée avec cette nouvelle façon de travailler et l'a parfaitement intégrée aujourd'hui. L’ambitieux événement de clôture qui devait se tenir dans le stade de l'Excelsior à Mouscron et qui était axé sur des pitchs et interviews des réalisations les plus marquantes des porteurs de projets et des entreprises accompagnées (start-up et speed-up) depuis le début de la programmation a finalement été annulé officiellement le 30/11 en raison de la recrudescence de la pandémie du COVID 19. Le projet avait rencontré un intérêt marqué puisque plus de 150 personnes s’étaient inscrites et l’équipe projet attendait plus de 200 participants. Un communiqué de presse a été diffusé et 3 capsules vidéos témoignage ont été enregistrées. Outre le développement à l'international et l'accroissement du taux de création d'entreprises, le projet vise aussi l'accroissement de la compétitivité des PME de la zone de coopération afin de renforcer les secteurs transfrontaliers stratégiques ou complémentaires identifiés (textile, logistique, agro-alimentaire, numérique, etc.). Finalisation de l’exercice IRL avec les parcours d’ateliers transfrontaliers comme service proposé. La matrice IRL (Innovation Readiness Level) est un standard international qui identifie le niveau de maturité d’un produit ou service sur une échelle de 9 étapes et ce sur deux axes : l’axe de l'innovation et celui de la commercialisation. Le parcours d’atelier transfrontalier proposé dans la cadre de cette analyse a obtenu un excellent score de 9/9. Cette matrice est utilisée dans le cadre du portefeuille GoToS3 pour faciliter la communication et la collaboration dans les partenariats d'innovation. Le projet Fast to Market s’inscrit, avec 16 autres projets, dans le cadre du portefeuille de projets GoToS3. Fast to Market est, avec Tripod II, Protopich 3.0 et Factory 4.0, un projet de soutien pour les autres projets dont la majorité sont orientés vers la recherche. Fast to Market propose son expertise aux autres projets du portefeuille pour les aider à valoriser les résultats de leurs travaux. L’objectif est de sensibiliser très tôt ces projets de recherches aux attentes et possibilités du marché. A titre illustratif : - Fast to Market a participé, sur invitation du projet Factory 4.0, au salon REV3DAYS qui s’est tenu à Lille en février 2019, et a invité le projet Factory 4.0 à participer à un atelier, organisé par l’Eurometropolitan e-Campus sur l’intelligence artificielle à Tournai. - Une entreprise accompagnée par Fast to Market a été mise en relation avec CoDesign Aliment. - Après avoir suivi le cycle complet des ateliers « start-ups » entre Mons et Valenciennes, un porteur de projet, Max STILLEMANT, accompagné par Charleroi Entreprendre a poursuivi son processus de création en bénéficiant de l’accompagnement de TRIPOD II, ce qui lui a permis d’entrer en relation avec un designer pour la réalisation d’un prototype et de financer cette intervention. Aussi, le chef de file du projet « Fast to Market » participe systématiquement aux Comités d'Accompagnement du portefeuille et aux réunions des Chefs de File et collabore activement aux travaux du comité de rédaction du portefeuille (rédaction des newsletters, alimentation du site GoToS3 avec les actualités du projet « Fast to Market», etc.). At the end of December 2021, 34 courses were organised with 318 participants, 137 French and 181 Walloons. The project also offers accompanying companies the opportunity to confront the market via mentorships or events where companies and project leaders can come to “pitch” their project before a jury of professionals and an audience. 45 cross-border mentorships have been registered since the start of the project and 176 (candidates)-entrepreneurs engaged in the pitch exercise (159 Walloons and 41 French). The project attracted 95 “mind-ups” (31 French and 64 Walloons), seduced 45 “start-ups” (18 French and 27 Walloons) and met the needs of 41 “speed-ups” (35 French and 6 Walloons). The project was strongly impacted by the COVID 19 health crisis as of March 2019 (social distancing, border crossing ban, cancellation of certain events, etc.). The team reacted quickly by proposing 2 cycles of 7 webinars which did not aim to replace the traditional workshops and accompaniments but rather to keep a dynamic within the project and attract new entrepreneurs to follow the workshops. This realisation is also a beautiful team work, each operator having taken charge of one of the themes (creation of support and animation of the webinar). This initiative has strengthened team spirit. A 3 rd cycle of webinars was organised in the first half of 2021 but did not meet the success of the previous 2 editions. The team explains this through a form of weariness compared to virtual meetings. Coordination meetings and constant exchanges between team members took place in distance using videoconferencing tools. The team gradually became familiar with this new way of working and integrated it perfectly today. The ambitious closing event that was to be held in the Excelsior stadium in Mouscron and focused on pitching and interviewing the most outstanding achievements of project leaders and accompanying companies (start-up and speed-up) since the beginning of the programming was finally officially cancelled on 30/11 due to the resurgence of the COVID 19 pandemic. The project had been of great interest as more than 150 people had registered and the project team expected more than 200 participants. A press release was issued and 3 video testimonial clips were recorded. In addition to international development and increasing the rate of business creation, the project also aims to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in the cooperation area in order to strengthen the identified strategic or complementary cross-border sectors (textile, logistics, agri-food, digital, etc.). This matrix is used as part of the GoToS3 portfolio to facilitate communication and collaboration in innovation partnerships. The Fast to Market project, along with 16 other projects, is part of the GoToS3 project portfolio.
