Ziel: Verstärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Kooperation durch Erfahrungsaustausch des gastronomischen und Lebensmittelgewerbes, Verbreitung des Bildungsangebots, angepasst an regionalen Arbeitsmarkt. Aktivitäten der Partner, darunter der Arbeitgeber tragen zur Nivellierung der Unterschiede in der Berufs- und Weiterbildung in den o.g. Bereichen bei, verstärken grenzübergreifende Kapazitäten und Kompetenzen qualifizierter Arbeitnehmer, werben für das gemeinsames Dienstleistungsangebot, verringern die sprachchliche und interkulturelle Barriere. Auswirkung der Kooperation wird durch den Investitions- und Infrastrukturplan verstärkt. Zielgrupp: 200 Pers. (Schüler und Lehrer ZSG, QCW, grenzüberschreitende Partner). Teilnahme am Projekt ist für Schüler Chance, Vorurteile abzubauen, Erfahrungen zu sammeln, die erleichtert, sich auf dem EU- Arbeitsmarkt zu bewegen, zur Mobilität ermutigt, um Berufskenntnisse und sprachliche Kompetenz zu erlangen.

Objective: Strengthening cross-border cooperation through exchange of experience of the gastronomic and food industry, dissemination of the training offer, adapted to the regional labour market. Activities of partners, including employers, contribute to the levelling of differences in vocational and further training in the above-mentioned areas, strengthen cross-border capacities and competences of qualified employees, promote the joint service offer, reduce the linguistic and intercultural barrier. The impact of the cooperation is reinforced by the investment and infrastructure plan. Target group: 200 pers. (pupils and teachers ZSG, QCW, cross-border partners). Participation in the project is an opportunity for pupils to overcome prejudices, gain experience that facilitates moving in the EU labour market, encourages mobility to gain professional knowledge and language competence.

Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie transgranicznej współpracy poprzez wymianę doświadczeń środowisk gastronomicznych i spożzwczych oraz rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej, dopasowanej do regionalnego rynku pracy. Działania partnerów, w tym pracodawców, przyczyniają się do niwelowania różnic w kształceniu zawodowym i ustawicznym w ww. branżach, wzmocnią transgraniczne zdolności i kompetencje wykwalifikowanych pracowników, promują wspólny obszar usług, zmniejszają bariery językowe i interkulturowe. Oddziaływanie współpracy jest wzmacniane poprzez planowane działania inwestycyjne i infrastrukturalne. Grupa docelowa to 200 osób (uczniowie i nauczyciele ZSG, QCW, transgranicznych partnerów). Udział w projekcie będzie dla uczniów szansą na pokonanie stereotypów i zdobycie dośwadczeń, które ułatwią im poruszanie się po rynku pracy UE oraz zachęcą ich do mobilności w celu nabycia umiejętności zawodowych i języzkowych

Das Ziel des Projekts war Verstärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Kooperation durch Erfahrungsaustausch des Gastronomie – und Lebensmittelkreises und Modifizierung des Bildungsangebots, angepasst an den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt. Durch gemeinsame Treffen von Partnern und Arbeitgebern aus beiden Ländern trug das Projekt dazu bei, die Lücken im Erfahrungsaustausch in der Grenzregion zu schließen und das Interesse der Schüler an handwerklichen Berufen deutlich zu steigern. Ein messbarer Effekt des Projektes ist beispielsweise ein deutlicher Anstieg der Schülerzahlen und volle Besetzung der ersten Klassen für Berufe Konditor und Koch in der Berufschule des 1. Grades Nr. 3 im Febronia-Gejewska-Karamać-Berufschulenkomplex für Gastronomie in den Schuljahren 2020/2021 und 2021/2022, sowie Eröffnung der Ausbildung für einen neuen Beruf (Techniker für Tourismusorganisation). Die zahlreichen Workshops, Trainings, Studienaufenthalte und Sprachkurse im Rahmen des Projekts, die sich an Schüler, Lehrer, Arbeitgeber und Vertreter der Wirtschaft beiderseits der Oder richteten, trugen dazu bei, die Unterschiede in der Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie zu beseitigen und Lebensmittelindustrie, Stärkung der Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen qualifizierten Personals, Förderung eines gemeinsamen Dienstleistungsbereichs und Überwindung der sprachlichen und kulturellen Barriere. Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde das Polnisch-Deutsche Schulungszentrum am Gastronomischen Schulkomplex in Gorzów Wielkopolski um einen Konferenzraum mit Catering-Einrichtungen erweitert. Es konnten 3 Bildungspakete ausgearbeitet werden. Es fanden 4 Konferenzen und Diskussionspanels über grenzüberschreitende Kooperation in Berufsbildung, 22 Studienaufenthalte, Workshops, Treffen und Berufsschulungen, sowie 11 Sprachworkshops (7 DE und 4 PL) statt Insgesamt nahmen an den durch Zertfikate belegten Bildungsprogrammen 215 Personen teil (137 Frauen und 77 Männer), davon: 120 PL (95 Frauen und 25 Männer), 95 DE (43 Frauen und 52 Männer). Es konnte also ein wesentlich größerer Beitrag zum Programmoutputindikator, als ursprünglich geplant (136 Personen, darunter 109 Frauen und 27 Männer) erreicht werden. Achievements (EN):

The aim of the project was to strengthen cross-border cooperation by exchanging experience between the gastronomy and food sectors and modifying the provision of education adapted to the regional labour market. Through joint meetings between partners and employers from both countries, the project helped to bridge the gaps in the exchange of experience in the border region and significantly increase the interest of pupils in craft professions. A measurable effect of the project is, for example, a significant increase in the number of pupils and the full occupation of the first classes for professions pastry chef and chef in the vocational school of the 1. Grade 3 in the Febronia-Gejewska-Karamać Professional School Complex for Gastronomy in the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 school years, as well as opening training for a new profession (Tourist Technician). The numerous workshops, trainings, study visits and language courses within the project aimed at pupils, teachers, employers and representatives of the economy on both sides of the Oder contributed to eliminating the differences in vocational training in gastronomy and food industry, strengthening the skills and competences of qualified personnel, promoting a common area of services and overcoming the linguistic and cultural barriers. As part of the project, the Polish-German Training Centre at the Gastronomic School Complex in Gorzów Wielkopolski was expanded to include a conference room with catering facilities. Three educational packages have been developed. There were 4 conferences and discussion panels on cross-border cooperation in vocational training, 22 study visits, workshops, meetings and vocational training, as well as 11 language workshops (7 DE and 4 PL). In total, 215 people (137 women and 77 men), of which: 120 PL (95 women and 25 men), 95 DE (43 women and 52 men). Thus, a much larger contribution to the programme output indicator could be achieved than originally planned (136 people, including 109 women and 27 men).
