Description (EN):

The project “Learning Borderless — Working Limitless — Living without Borders” is realised by 7 partners. With the project, a unique cross-border career orientation model is developed, teachers are qualified accordingly and more than 1000 participants will be professionally oriented training courses, which are sometimes held in laboratories and workshops. In addition to developing the methodology and training courses for professional orientation, an intercultural exchange will also take place among the pupils, teachers and experts. In the long term, the methodology will be anchored in the framework curriculum and cross-border cooperation between schools, workshops and laboratories will be established, among other things, with the aim of increasing the attractiveness of vocational training in the Euroregion.

Projekt „Bez granic: nauka – praca – życie” jest realizowany przez siedmiu partnerów. W ramach projektu zostanie opracowany wyjątkowy, transgraniczny model orientacji zawodowej, odpowiednio przeszkoleni zostaną nauczyciele, a w efekcie ponad 1000 uczestników weźmie udział w zajęciach z orientacji zawodowej, które częściowo będą odbywać się w laboratoriach i warsztatach. Obok wypracowania metodyki oraz szkoleń z orientacji zawodowej dojdzie do wymiany interkulturowej pomiędzy uczniami, nauczycielami i ekspertami. W dalszej perspektywie metodyka ma zostać zaimplementowana do ramowych planów nauczania, a między szkołami, warsztatami i laboratoriami ma zostać nawiązana współpraca, m.in. w celu podniesienia atrakcyjności nauki zawodu w Euroregionie.

Das Projekt „Grenzenlos lernen – grenzenlos arbeiten – grenzenlos leben“ wird von 7 Partnern realisiert. Mit dem Projekt wird ein einzigartiges grenzüberschreitendes Berufsorientierungsmodell erarbeitet, Lehrer werden entsprechend qualifiziert und anschl. werden über 1000 Teilnehmer Schulungen, welche z.T. in Laboren und Werkstätten stattfinden, beruflich orientiert. Neben der Erarbeitung der Methodik und den Schulungen zur beruflichen Orientierung, wird auch ein interkultureller Austausch unter den Schülern, Lehrern und Experten stattfinden. Langfristig soll die Methodik im Rahmenlehrplan verankert werden und eine grenzübergreifende Kooperation zwischen den Schulen, Werkstätten und Laboren entstehen u.a. mit dem Ziel der Attraktivitätssteigerung der Berufsausbildung in der Euroregion.
