Celem projektu jest pogłębienie współpracy naukowej miedzy Instytutem Metrologii, Elektroniki i Informatyki (IMEI) Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego oraz instytutem badawczym IHP we Frankfurcie nad Odra. W ramach projektu jest ona szczególnie ukierunkowana na usystematyzowanie prac zo-rientowanych na wspólny rozwój technologii związanej z systemami i algorytmami zarzadzania energia w inteligentnych sieciach energetycznych (Smart Grid). Temat ten jest bardzo aktualny i istotny dla zrównoważonego rozwoju. W tym konkretnym przypadku chodzi szczególnie o środowisko naturalne i umożliwienie większego zaangażowania produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych. Głównym rezultatem projektu jest wzrost stopnia współpracy partnerów - wzrost potencjału naukowo-badawczego w regionie.

Das Projekt zielt auf Erweiterung der wissenschaftlichen Kooperation zwischen Instytut Metrologii, Elektroniki i Informatyki (IMEI) [Institut für Metrologie, Elektronik und Informatik] der Uniwersytet Zielonogórski [Zielona Góra Universität] und dem Forschungsinstitut IHP in Frankfurt Oder. In den Rahmen dieses Projektes ist der besondere Fokus auf Systematisierung der technologieorientierten Arbeit an Systemen und Algorithmen bei Energiemanagement im intelligenten Energienetz (Smart Grid). Das Hauptergebnis ist der Anstieg des Kooperationsniveaus der Projektpartner - was zum Anstieg des Forschungspotentials in der Region führen wird.

The project aims to expand the scientific cooperation between Instytut Metrologii, Elektroniki i Informatyki (IMEI) [Institute of Metrology, Electronics and Informatics] of Uniwersytet Zielonogórski [Zielona Góra University] and the IHP Research Institute in Frankfurt Oder. In the framework of this project, the special focus is on systematisation of technology-oriented work on systems and algorithms in energy management in the intelligent energy network (Smart Grid). The main result is the increase of the cooperation level of the project partners - which will lead to the increase of the research potential in the region.

Achievements (PL):

W ramach projektu opracowano algorytm elastycznego modelu zarządzania energią (EMZE), którego zadaniem jest zapewnienia realizacji DR w gospodarstwach domowych. Opracowany algorytm jest przeznaczony do zastosowania w w domach jednorodzinnych i wielorodzinnych, w których mogą być zainstalowane OZE. Jego działanie jest dwukierunkowe. Po pierwsze umożliwia zmniejszenie zużycia energii w droższych strefach czasowych, określonych taryfą. W tym przypadku pełni również funkcję edukacyjną. Po drugie realizuje usługę przesunięcia zużycia energii za okres poza szczytem. W ramach projektu opracowana została jedna spójna platforma do badań nad rozwiązaniami Smart Grid, W której skład wchodzą narzędzia (Emulator, System i Algorytm), ich specyfikacja oraz ocena ich działań (dokumentacja). Rozwiązanie w postaci Platformy powstało w wyniku połączenia wyników wcześniejszych badań partnerów projektu w ramach transgranicznej współpracy. Korzyści stosowania algorytmu będą tym większe, im więcej odbiorników energii będzie brało udział podczas jego stosowania. W ramach prac określono właściwości, którymi powinny charakteryzować się odbiorniki: - mają określone zapotrzebowanie na moc przez wskazany okres czasu, - mogą być zasilane tylko w pewnych znanych przedziałach czasu, - czas, w którym urządzenia te są zasilane jest istotny dla funkcjonowania gospodarstwa domowego. Powyższe właściwości stanowiły podstawę przygotowanych rekomendacji dla producentów inteligentnych urządzeń oraz dla projektantów sieci energetycznych. Opracowany i zaimplementowany w emulatorze algorytm EMZE umożliwił przeprowadzenie szeregu badań i analiz oraz wyciągnięcie wniosków. Szczegółowy opis poszczególnych badań i analiz zawarto w zgłoszonym do publikacji artykule naukowym.

Im Rahmen des Projektes wurde ein Algorithmus für ein flexibles Energiemanagementmodell (EMZE) entwickelt, das die Umsetzung von DR in Haushalten sicherzustellt. Der entwickelte Algorithmus ist für den Einsatz in Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern konzipiert, in denen EE installiert werden können. Sein Betrieb ist bidirektional. Zunächst einmal erlaubt es, den Energieverbrauch in teureren Zeitzonen, die durch den Tarif definiert sind, zu reduzieren. In diesem Fall hat sie auch eine erzieherische Funktion. Zweitens sorgt sie für eine Verlagerung des Energieverbrauchs außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten. Des weiteren wurde eine kohärente Plattform für die Forschung zu Smart Grid-Lösungen entwickelt, die die Werkzeuge (Emulator, System und Algorithmus), ihre Spezifikation und die Bewertung ihrer Aktionen (Dokumentation) umfasst. Die Lösung in Form der Plattform entstand als Ergebnis der Zusammenführung der Ergebnisse früherer Forschungen der Projektpartner auf der Grundlage der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit. Die Vorteile der Verwendung des Algorithmus werden umso größer sein, je mehr Energieverbraucher an seiner Verwendung beteiligt sind. Die Arbeit hat die Merkmale identifiziert, die die Empfänger charakterisieren sollten: - einen bestimmten Energiebedarf für einen bestimmten Zeitraum haben, - kann nur in bestimmten, bekannten Intervallen mit Strom versorgt werden, - Die Zeit, während der die Geräte mit Strom versorgt werden, ist wichtig für das Funktionieren des Haushalts. Die oben genannten Eigenschaften bildeten die Grundlage für vorbereitete Empfehlungen für Hersteller von intelligenten Geräten und für Stromnetzplaner. Der im Emulator entwickelte und implementierte EMZE-Algorithmus ermöglichte es, eine Reihe von Tests und Analysen durchzuführen und Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehen. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der einzelnen Studien und Analysen ist in dem zur Veröffentlichung eingereichten wissenschaftlichen Artikel enthalten.

Achievements (EN):

Within the project, an algorithm for a flexible energy management model (EMZE) was developed to ensure the implementation of DR in households. The developed algorithm is designed for use in single and multi-family houses where EE can be installed. Its operation is bidirectional. First of all, it allows reducing energy consumption in more expensive time zones defined by the tariff. In this case, it also has an educational function. Secondly, it ensures a shift in energy consumption outside peak hours. Furthermore, a coherent platform for research on smart grid solutions was developed, which includes the tools (emulator, system and algorithm), their specification and the evaluation of their actions (documentation). The solution in the form of the platform was created as a result of merging the results of previous research by the project partners based on cross-border cooperation. The benefits of using the algorithm will be greater the more energy consumers are involved in its use. The work has identified the features that should characterise the recipients: - have a specific energy demand for a specific period of time, - can only be supplied with power at certain known intervals, - The time during which the devices are supplied with power is important for the functioning of the household. The above properties formed the basis for prepared recommendations for smart appliance manufacturers and for power grid planners. The EMZE algorithm developed and implemented in the emulator made it possible to perform a series of tests and analyses and to draw conclusions. A detailed description of the individual studies and analyses is included in the scientific article submitted for publication.
