Das Projekt „Polnisch-Deutsches Forum für Gynäkologie” wird von 2 Partnern realisiert: dem Krankenhaus WSzW in Gorzów und dem Krankenhaus MOL in Strausberg. Aktivitäten werden auf Überwindung der Barrieren, Ausbau der nachhaltigen Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Gynäkologie, Qualitätsverbesserung von Operationen, Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch ausgerichtet. Das Projekt setzt voraus, dass Standards und Verfahren angeglichen und Patientinnen von beiderseits der Grenze aufgenommen werden. Aktivitäten: Schulungen u. Kurse für Ärzte und OP-Schwester im Bereich neuer gynäkologischer OP-Verfahren, Einführung neuer Diagnostik-Standards, gemeinsame gynäkologische Operationen auch im Live-Stream-System, Ausstattung der Stationen und OP-Säle mit Medizintechnik, Fachkonferenzen, Publizität.

Projekt „Polsko-Niemieckie Forum Ginekologiczne” będzie realizowany przez dwóch partnerów: WSzW w Gorzowie Wlkp. Sp. z o.o. oraz Szpital Märkisch-Oderland w Strausbergu. Działania skierowane będą na pokonywanie barier, rozwijanie trwałej współpracy w ginekologii, poprawę jakości operacji, wymianę wiedzy i doświadczeń. Projekt zakłada, że standardy i procedury zostaną ujednolicone oraz że przyjmowane będą pacjentki z obu stron granicy. Działania: szkolenia i kursy lekarzy i pielęgniarek w zakresie nowych operacji ginekologicznych; wprowadzanie nowych standardów w zakresie diagnostyki; wspólne wykonywanie operacji ginekologicznych m.in. wsystemie live-stream; wyposażenie oddziałów i sal operacyjnych w sprzęt medyczny; organizacja konferencji naukowych; promocja.

Description (EN):

The project "Polish-German Forum for Gynaecology" is being implemented by 2 partners: the WSzW Hospital in Gorzów and the MOL Hospital in Strausberg. Activities will be aimed at overcoming barriers, expanding sustainable cooperation in the field of gynaecology, improving the quality of operations, exchanging knowledge and experience. The project presupposes that standards and procedures are harmonised and patients from both sides of the border are accepted. Activities: Training and courses for doctors and operating theatre nurses in new gynaecological operating procedures, introduction of new diagnostic standards, joint gynaecological operations also in the live stream system, equipping the wards and operating theatres with medical technology, specialist conferences, publicity.

Achievements (DE):

Im Rahmen des Projekts waren 120 operative Eingriffe geplant, faktisch wurden 173 durchgeführt. Dank der neuen Ausstattung der beiden Fachabteilungen sind Projektpartner in der Lage, operative Eingriffe sowie Ultraschall- und kolposkopische Untersuchungen unter Anwendung eines Livestream-Systems, das eine Bild- und Tonübertragung für Konsultations- und Bildungszwecke ermöglicht, durchzuführen. Somit können Patientinnen auf beiden Seiten der Grenze medizinische Leistungen nach vergleichbaren Standards in Anspruch nehmen. Ein gegenseitiger Erfahrungsaustausch im Bereich des Managements wird das Funktionieren beider medizinischer Einrichtungen verbessern.

W ramach projektu planowano wykonać 120 zabiegów operacyjnych, a ostatecznie wzkonano ich 173. Dzięki nowemu wyposażeniu obu oddziałów szpitalnych partnerzy mogą wykonywać ginekologiczne zabiegi operacyjne oraz badania ultrasonograficzne i kolposkopowe z zastosowaniem systemu live stream pozwalającego przekazywać obrazy i dźwięk w celach konsultacyjnych i edukacyjnych. Tzm samym pacjentki mogą po obydwu stronach granicy skorzystać z usług medycznych o porównywalnych standardach. Wzajemna wymiana doświadczeń w zakresie zarządzania usprawni funkcjonowanie obu podmiotów medycznych.

Achievements (EN):

Within the framework of the project, 120 surgical interventions were planned; 173 were actually performed. Thanks to the new equipment of the two specialist departments, project partners are able to perform surgical procedures as well as ultrasound and colposcopic examinations using a livestream system that enables image and sound transmission for consultation and educational purposes. This enables patients on both sides of the border to receive medical services according to comparable standards. A mutual exchange of experience in the field of management will improve the functioning of both medical facilities.
