Im Vorhaben finden jährlich 3 Fach-Lehrgänge mit Theorie-Seminaren und praktischen Übungen, Trainings und Praktika mit jeweils 20 Teilnehmern/innen statt. In 2019 wird zudem für jeweils 20 Teilnehmer aus allen Lehrgängen ein Evaluierungsworkshop stattfinden. Diese Angebote richten sich nur an solche Polizisten/innen, die im dt.-pl. Grenzgebiet bereits eingesetzt sind oder zukünftig dorteingesetzt werden sollen - diese Personen sind in einem sog. Personalpool erfasst.

W zamierzeniu odbywać się będą corocznie 3 kursy zawodowe z seminariami teoretycznymi i ćwiczeniami praktycznymi, treningami i praktykami z każdorazowo 20 uczestnikami/uczestniczkami. W roku 2019 odbędą się ponadto warsztaty oceniające dla każdorazowo 20 uczestników ze wszystkich kursów. Oferty te kierujemy tylko do tych policjantów/policjantek, którzy już pracują w niemiecko-polskim obszarze przygranicznym lub też mają w nim pracować w przyszłości – osoby te zarejestrowane są w tzw. zasobach kadrowych.

Description (EN):

In the project, 3 specialised training courses with theory seminars and practical exercises, trainings and internships with 20 participants each will take place annually. In 2019, an evaluation workshop will also take place for 20 participants from each course. These offers are only aimed at police officers who are already deployed in the German-Polish border area or who are to be deployed there in the future - these persons are registered in a so-called personnel pool.

Achievements (DE):

Das Projekt und seine Umsetzung trugen zur Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden deutsch-polnischen Polizeizusammenarbeit und deren Institutionen als besonderer Teile der öffentlichen Verwaltung bei. Das Projekt wurde federführend durch den Bereich des Beauftragten für deutsch-polnische Beziehungen (BdpB) im Polizeipräsidium des Landes Brandenburg durchgeführt. Diese Organisationseinheit wurde vor mehr als zehn Jahren zum Zwecke der Koordinierung der Zusammenarbeit mit den polnischen Woiwodschaftskommandanturen der Polizei in Stettin, Gorzow und Wroclaw geschaffen. Seitdem konnten sowohl der BdpB als auch seine polnischen Partner vielfältige Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen sammeln, auf die bei der Umsetzung dieses Projektes zurückgegriffen wurde. Die durch die im Projekt engagierten Institutionen benannte Personen bildeten gemeinsam mit dem Verantwortlichen des Beauftragten für deutsch-polnische Beziehungen (BdpB) eine Arbeitsgruppe (ein Vorhabensteam) und führten regelmäßig gemeinsame Beratungen durch. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeitstreffen wurden gemeinsame Ideen, Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse der Projektpartner sowie Arbeitsaufträge und diesbezügliche Terminsetzungen ausgetauscht und festgelegt.

Projekt i jego realizacja przyczyniły się do wzmocnienia transgranicznej niemiecko-polskiej współpracy policyjnej i jej instytucji jako szczególnej części administracji publicznej. Projekt został przeprowadzony głównie przez dział Pełnomocnika d/s stosunków niemiecko-polskich (Psnp) w Prezydium Policji kraju związkowego Brandenburgia. Ta jednostka organizacyjna stworzona została przed ponad dziesięciu laty w celu koordynacji współpracy z Komendami Wojewódzkimi Policji w Szczecinie, Gorzowie i Wrocławiu. Od tego czasu zarówno Psnp jak i jego polscy partnerzy zebrali bogate doświadczenia, które wykorzystano również przy realizacji tego projektu. Wyznaczone przez zaangażowane w projekt instytucje osoby utworzyły wspólnie z odpowiedzialnym z ramienia Pełnomocnika d/s stosunków niemiecko-polskich (Psnp) grupę roboczą (zespół projektowy) i przeprowadzały regularnie wspólne narady. W ramach tych spotkań roboczych wymieniano i ustalano wspólne pomysły, oczekiwania, potrzeby partnerów projektu a także zlecenia robocze i odnoszące się do nich terminy.

Achievements (EN):

The project and its implementation contributed to strengthening cross-border German-Polish police cooperation and its institutions as special parts of the public administration. The project was implemented in a lead role by the area of the Commissioner for German-Polish Relations (BdpB) at the Police Headquarters of the State of Brandenburg. This organisational unit was created more than ten years ago for the purpose of coordinating cooperation with the Polish Voivodeship Police Commands in Szczecin, Gorzow and Wroclaw. Since then, both the BdpB and its Polish partners have been able to gain a wide range of experience and competences, which have been drawn upon in the implementation of this project. The persons appointed by the institutions involved in the project formed a working group (a project team) together with the person in charge of the Commissioner for German-Polish Relations (BdpB) and held regular joint consultations. Within the framework of these working meetings, common ideas, expectations and needs of the project partners as well as work assignments and related deadlines were exchanged and set.
