Ziel des Projektes ist Intensivierung, Verbesserung und Qualitätssteigerung des grenzübergreifenden DIALOGs in der institutionellen Zusammenarbeit im brandenburg-lebuser Grenzgebiet durch Verbesserung der Kenntnisse in Sprache, Verwaltungsstrukturen/ -verfahren und interkultureller Kompetenz für Mitarbeiter in direkt mit der grenzübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit tätigen Institutionen (u.a. öffentliche Einrichtungen, NGOs), durch Erfahrungsaustausch, gemeinsame Definierung von grenzübergreifenden Problemen, gemeinsame Bearbeitung thematischer Schwerpunkte (Bildung / Lebenslanges Lernen, Gesundheit) mit dem Ziel der Erarbeitung von gemeinsamen deutsch-polnischen Lösungen sowie durch gemeinsame Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zur Verbesserung des Bekanntheitsgrades des brandenburg-lebuser Grenzraums.

Celem projektu jest zintensyfikowanie, polepszenie i poprawa jakości transgranicznego DIALOGu we współpracy instytucjonalnej na brandenbursko-lubuskim pograniczu poprzez poprawę znajomości języka, struktur i procesów administracyjnych oraz kompetencji interkulturowej pracowników instytucji bezpośrednio zajmujących się współpracą transgraniczną (m.in. instytucje publiczne, NGOs), poprzez wymianę doświadczeń, wspólne definiowanie problemów transgranicznych, wspólne opracowywanie priorytetów tematycznych (np. kształcenie/ kształcenie ustawiczne, ochrona zdrowia) w celu wypracowania wspólnych polsko-niemieckich rozwiązań oraz poprzez wspólną promocję w celu poprawy rozpoznawalności pogranicza brandenbursko-lubuskiego.

The aim of the project is to intensify, improve and enhance the quality of the cross-border DIALOGUE in institutional cooperation in the Brandenburg-Lebus border region by improving the knowledge of language, administrative structures/procedures and intercultural competence for employees in institutions directly involved in cross-border cooperation (including public institutions, NGOs, etc.). public institutions, NGOs), by exchanging experience, jointly defining cross-border problems, jointly working on thematic priorities (education / lifelong learning, health) with the aim of developing joint German-Polish solutions, and through joint public relations work to improve awareness of the Brandenburg-Lebus border region.

Achievements (DE):

Durch eine Reihe an Veranstaltungen konnte zur Verbesserung der institutionellen Zusammenarbeit (DIALOG der Akteure bei Problem-Analyse & -Lösung spezifischer grenzübergreifender Themen, Überwindung mentaler Barrieren, Vermittlung von interkulturellen Kompetenz, Steigerung der Kenntnisse der jeweiligen Nachbarsprache, Vertiefung der Kenntnisse von Verwaltungsstrukturen, Erleichterung grenzübergreifender Kontaktaufnahme durch öffentliche Institutionen & NGOs) sowie Steigerung Bekanntheitsgrad und Kenntnisstand zum Förderungsgebiet beigetragen werden. Das Projekt ermöglichte eine inhaltliche grenzübergreifende Auseinandersetzung in den Fachthemen „Bildung“ und „Gesundheit“, die auf eine Analyse und Definierung der für konkrete Bereiche des brandenburgisch-lebuser Grenzgebietes maßgeblichen Probleme abzielte. Die deutschen und polnischen Experten kamen diesbezüglich in den entsprechenden Facharbeitsgruppen zusammen sowie in den zahlreichen fachspezifischen Workshops.

Szereg imprez przyczynił się do poprawy współpracy instytucjonalnej (DIALOG pomiędzy aktorami przy analizie i rozwiązywaniu konkretnych problemów transgranicznych, pokonywanie barier mentalnych, przekazywanie kompetencji interkulturowych, zwiększanie znajomości odpowiedniego języka sąsiedniego, pogłębianie znajomości struktur administracyjnych, ułatwianie kontaktów transgranicznych przez instytucje publiczne i organizacje pozarządowe) oraz podniesienia świadomości i wiedzy na temat obszaru wsparcia. Projekt umożliwił transgraniczną dyskusję w tematów fachowych “edukacja” i “zdrowie”, której celem było przeanalizowanie i zdefiniowanie problemów istotnych dla poszczególnych obszarów pogranicza Brandenburgii i Lubuskiego. Niemieccy i polscy eksperci spotykali się w odpowiednich specjalistycznych grupach roboczych oraz na licznych warsztatach specjalistycznych.

Achievements (EN):

A series of events contributed to the improvement of institutional cooperation (DIALOGUE of the actors in problem analysis & solution of specific cross-border issues, overcoming mental barriers, imparting intercultural competence, increasing knowledge of the respective neighbouring language, deepening knowledge of administrative structures, facilitating cross-border contacts by public institutions & NGOs) as well as increasing the level of awareness and knowledge of the assisted area. The project facilitated cross-border discussions on the topics of "education" and "health", which aimed to analyse and define the problems relevant to specific areas of the Brandenburg-Lebus border region. The German and Polish experts came together in the corresponding expert working groups and in the numerous subject-specific workshops.

Die Ergebnisse der Analysen mündeten in Folgenden Studien/ Publikationen, die in Papierfassung bzw. digital zur Verfügung stehen und den Ausgangspunkt und wichtige Impulse für das Folgeprojekt DIALOG 2.0 liefern: Bildungskonzept VIADRINA 21+. Lebenslanges Lernen in der Euroregion PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Analyse des Themenbereiches Bildung / Lebenslanges Lernen im deutsch-polnischen Kontext zur Ableitung grenzübergreifender Handlungsansätze für das Fallbeispiel Euroregion PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Museen in der Euroregion PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Räume für grenzübergreifendes, lebenslanges Lernen. Zustandsbeschreibung zum Thema: „Potentiale und Hemmnisse für die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit im Gesundheitswesen innerhalb des INTERREGVA Programmraumes Brandenburg-Lubuskie am Beispiel der Euroregion Spree-Neiße-Bober“. Im Rahmen des Projektes entstand auch eine Informationsbroschüre „Verwaltungsgliederung in Deutschland und Polen, Struktur und Arbeit der Sicherheitsbehörden in der Grenzregion“ als praktische Handreichung für die tägliche, grenzüberschreitende Arbeit in der Verwaltung sowie im Ehrenamt über die Verwaltungsstrukturen in Polen und Deutschland sowie die Vorstellung der Arbeit der Sicherheitsbehörden in der Grenzregion.

Wyniki analiz udokumentowane zostały w następujących opracowaniach/ publikacjach, które są dostępne w wersji papierowej bądź cyfrowej i stanowią punkt wyjścia oraz ważne impulsy dla kontynuacyjnego projektu DIALOG 2.0: Koncepcja Edukacyjna VIADRINA 21+. Uczenie się przez całe życie w Euroregionie PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Analiza obszaru tematycznego edukacja / uczenie się przez całe życie w kontekście polsko-niemieckim w celu wypracowania transgranicznych założeń do studium przypadku Euroregionu PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Muzea w Euroregionie PRO EUROPA VIADRNA. Przestrzeń dla transgranicznego uczenia się przez całe życie. Opis sytuacji na temat: “Potencjały i przeszkody dla transgranicznej współpracy w dziedzinie służby zdrowia w przestrzeni programowej INTERREG VA Brandenburgia-Lubuskie na przykładzie Euroregionu Sprewa-Nysa-Bóbr”. W ramach projektu powstała również broszura informacyjna ” Podział administracyjny w Polsce i w Niemczech, struktura i praca organów bezpieczeństwa i porządku publicznego w regionie przygranicznym” jako praktyczny informator do codziennej pracy transgranicznej w administracji i wolontariacie na temat struktur administracyjnych w Polsce i w Niemczech oraz przedstawienie pracy organów bezpieczeństwa w regionie przygranicznym.

The results of the analyses led to the following studies/publications, which are available in hard copy or digitally and provide the starting point and important impulses for the follow-up project DIALOG 2.0: Educational Concept VIADRINA 21+. Lifelong Learning in the Euroregion PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Analysis of the subject area of education / lifelong learning in the German-Polish context in order to derive cross-border approaches to action for the case study Euroregion PRO EUROPE VIADRINA. Museums in the Euroregion PRO EUROPA VIADRINA. Spaces for cross-border, lifelong learning. Status report on the topic: "Potentials and obstacles for cross-border cooperation in the health sector within the INTERREGVA programme area Brandenburg-Lubuskie using the example of the Spree-Neisse-Bober Euroregion". Within the framework of the project, an information brochure "Administrative Structure in Germany and Poland, Structure and Work of the Security Authorities in the Border Region" was also produced as a practical handout for daily cross-border work in the administration as well as in voluntary work on the administrative structures in Poland and Germany as well as the presentation of the work of the security authorities in the border region.
