INNOVATUR is a project of reactivation and modernisation of the tourist destinations of Madeira, Açores and the Canary Islands that arises as a result of the similar problem detected in relation to the need to match and exceed the expectations of its visitors, thus achieving position as more competitive destinations, and leaving behind obsolete establishments not connected with their environment, potentiality and characteristics of their visitors. In short, it is a project that offers accommodation establishments an opportunity for renovation based on specialisation criteria allowing them to be clearly identified by their target audience (potential customers) on websites, search engines, etc., and offering services and activities related to this specialisation that will bring great added value to their consumers.

Innovatur es un proyecto de reactivación y modernización de los destinos turísticos de Madeira, Açores y Canarias que surge como consecuencia de la similar problemática detectada en relación a la necesidad de igualar y superar las expectativas de sus visitantes, consiguiendo de este modo situarse como destinos más competitivos, y dejar atrás los establecimientos obsoletos no conectados con su entorno, potencialidad y características de sus visitantes. En definitiva, se trata de un proyecto que ofrece a los establecimientos alojativos una oportunidad de renovación en base a criterios de especialización permitiéndoles ser claramente identificados por su público objetivo (clientes potenciales) en páginas web, buscadores, etc, y ofreciendo a su vez servicios y actividades relacionadas con dicha especialización que aportarán gran valor añadido a sus consumidores.
