Description (EN):

Plasmar initiates the OEM process, applying scientific bases and with the strengthening of technological infrastructures, for the integrated development of the maritime sector in balance with the protection of the environment. The project presents 3 objectives: 1.Apply the ecosystem approach to Blue Growth, studying the current and future needs of the maritime sector and seeking the balance between maritime development and environmental planning. Pilot zoning proposal to identify areas that favor the growth of the maritime sector. 2.Develop Distributed Marine Data Infrastructure (IDDM) as a knowledge base for OEM. Sustainable development requires information available and compatible with INSPIRE, which includes the compilation and unlocking of data and information. 3.Propose monitoring methods, with innovative methodologies and a clear multiplier effect in scientific research, to apply the ecosystem approach to the OEM.

PLASMAR inicia el proceso de OEM,aplicando bases científicas y con el fortalecimiento de las infraestructuras tecnológicas, para el desarrollo integrado del sector marítimo en equilibrio con la protección del medio. El proyecto presenta 3 objetivos: 1.Aplicar el enfoque ecosistémico al Crecimiento Azul, estudiando las necesidades actuales y futuras del sector marítimo y buscando el equilibrio entre desarrollo marítimo y planificación ambiental. Propuesta de zonificación piloto para identificar áreas que favorezcan el crecimiento del sector marítimo. 2.Desarrollar la Infraestructura Distribuida de Datos Marinos (IDDM) como base de conocimiento para la OEM. El desarrollo sostenible requiere información disponible y compatible con INSPIRE, por lo que se incluye la compilación y desbloqueo de datos e información. 3.Proponer métodos de monitorización, con metodologías innovadoras y un claro efecto multiplicador en la investigación científica, para aplicar el enfoque ecosistémico a la OEM.
