Description (EN): The overarching goal is to develop and spread a completely new Swedish/Norwegian method where creative processes and people's differences are used to create new innovative ideas and growth companies.

Description (SV): Ojektetmålet är att utveckla och sprida en Svensk/Norsk helt ny metod där man använder sig av kreativa processer och människors olikheter för att skapa nya innovativa idéer och tillväxtföretag.

Achievements (EN):

The Falun Borlänge region, together with the Hamar region, has been running the Hub of Entreprenurship project in 2016-2019. The project has contributed to the establishment of 85 companies. The project has worked strategically and purposefully to reach women, new arrivals and young people. Above all, the project has succeeded well with gender equality. Of Sweden’s entrepreneurs, fewer than one in three are women. The project has been successful in reaching women as they make up 60 % of the start-up companies within the project. Even for new arrivals, the project has succeeded well with gender equality. The Hub of Entreprenurship aimed to stimulate entrepreneurship and start-ups, which for a long time had a negative trend in the region. In particular, the project highlights the opportunities offered by increased diversity in society for a more differentiated, innovative, creative and innovative industry. The project has created and disseminated a new Swedish-Norwegian method using creative processes and people’s differences to create new innovative ideas and growth companies. The project has concluded that the method serves as a tool at the beginning of establishing a company, but for the newly arrived group it is seen that a more comprehensive introduction programme is needed where the method can be an early part of the process. After completion of the project, the method has been implemented in regular operations as part of the career guidance at Karrieresenter Hedmark and the Hamar region, will continue to use the method in advice to those who wish to start their own business as well as against the business community for development activities. On the Swedish side there is interest in the method of several organisations. The design and tools for the creative processes in the method are available at www.thehubofentreprenurship.com. There is also information about the Kreaton app, which is a digital solution for spreading the method. Further information, results and experience from the project can be found in the final report.

Falun Borlänge-regionen har tillsammans med Hamarregionen utvikling under 2016-2019 drivit projektet The Hub of Entreprenurship. Genom projektet har man bidragit till att 85 företag har etablerats. Projektet har arbetat strategiskt och målmedvetet för att nå kvinnor, nyanlända och ungdomar. Framför allt har projektet lyckats bra med jämställdhet. Av Sveriges företagare är färre än var tredje kvinna. Projektet har lyckats bra med att nå kvinnor då de utgör 60 % av de nystartade företagen inom projektet. Även gällande nyanlända har projektet lyckats bra med jämställdhet. The Hub of Entreprenurship syftade till att stimulera entreprenörskapet och nyföretagandet, som under en längre tid haft en negativ trend i regionen. Projektet pekar särskilt på de möjligheter som ökad mångfald i samhället ger för ett mer differentierat, nyskapande, kreativt och innovativt näringsliv. Projektet har skapat och spridit en ny svensk-norsk metod där man använder sig av kreativa processer och människors olikheter för att skapa nya innovativa idéer och tillväxtföretag. Projektet har kommit fram till att metoden fungerar som ett verktyg i början av att etablera ett företag, men för gruppen nyanlända ser man att det behövs ett mer helhetligt introduktionsprogram där metoden kan utgöra en tidig del i processen. Efter projektslut har metoden implementerats i ordinarie verksamhet som en del av yrkesvägledningen på Karrieresenter Hedmark och Hamarregionen utvikling kommer fortsätta använda metoden i rådgivning till de som önskar starta eget företag samt mot näringslivet för utvecklingsaktiviteter. På svensk sida finns intresse för metoden hos flera organisationer. Upplägg och verktyg för de kreativa processerna i metoden finns tillgängliga på www.thehubofentreprenurship.com.
