Description (EN):

The objective is to evaluate the space for cooperation by defining a Strategy, configured in a Master Plan, and to develop a set of innovative technologies for its conversion into Smart Tourist Destinations (DTI). In addition, it is intended that the space of cooperation is constituted as a laboratory for experimentation of these technological innovations considering the dimension of the tourism sector and the experience accumulated by public managers, universities, research centres and companies. A space where companies, entrepreneurs, tour operators and destination managers can develop their projects with all the necessary infrastructure; a space that offers the greatest facilities, in terms of access to the information generated in the destination, to contrast and deploy business models with the aim of incorporating technological and tourism companies into a niche of global growth activity and with an impact on job creation.

El objetivo es evaluar el espacio de cooperación definiendo una Estrategia, configurada en un Plan Director, y desarrollar un conjunto de tecnologías innovadoras para su conversión en Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes (DTI). Además, se persigue que el espacio de cooperación se constituya como un laboratorio de experimentación de estas innovaciones tecnológicas considerando la dimensión del sector turístico y la experiencia acumulada por gestores públicos, Universidades, Centros de investigación y empresas. Un espacio en donde empresas, emprendedores, operadores turísticos y gestores de destino puedan desarrollar sus proyectos con todas las infraestructuras necesarias; un espacio que ofrezca las mayores facilidades, en términos de acceso a la información generada en el destino, para contrastar y desplegar modelos de negocios con el objetivo de incorporar a empresas tecnológicas y turísticas a un nicho de actividad de crecimiento global y con impacto en creación de empleo.
