Samtliga 39 kommuner i gränsregionen Östfold-Follo-Fyrbodal har skrivit under på att de ska vara fossiloberoende år 2030. Genom projektet ”Hela gröna vägen” ska det tas fram underlag för strategisk utveckling och en handlingsplan för en fossiloberoende fordonsflotta 2030. Under de tre år projektet varar ska projektet: förankra på hög politisk nivå i varje kommun; stötta kommunerna i att ta fram strategiska mål och planer för att bli fossiloberoende 2030; förstärka stoltheten i kommunerna och profilera deras arbete som föregångare och det goda exemplet; förstärka det gränsöverskridande samarbetet, erfarenhetsutbytet och gemensamma planeringen med målsättningen att skapa kostnadseffektiva lösningar och möjligheter för större marknad för fossilfria transportlösningar och tjänster; engagera det lokala och regionala näringslivet i omställningen till fossilfria transporter.

Description (EN):

All 39 municipalities in the border region Östfold-Follo-Fyrbodal have signed to be fossil-independent by 2030. The project “All Green Road” will develop a basis for strategic development and an action plan for a fossil-independent vehicle fleet by 2030. During the three years the project will last: anchor at a high political level in each municipality; support municipalities in developing strategic goals and plans to become fossil-independent by 2030; strengthen the pride of the municipalities and profile their work as a forerunner and the good example; strengthen cross-border cooperation, exchange of experience and joint planning with the aim of creating cost-effective solutions and opportunities for a larger market for fossil-free transport solutions and services; involve local and regional industry in the transition to fossil-free transport.

Världens bästa gränsregion för fossilfria transporter senast år 2030. Det är målet för alla 39 kommunerna i Fyrbodal, Östfold och Follo. Projektet Hela Gröna Vägen var en gemensam satsning av kommuner och näringsliv för att snabba på omställningen till fossilfria transporter, och som pågick 2016-2018. Projektet har bidragit till etablering av över 1000 nya laddpunkter, fem tankstationer för biogas och möjliggjort att över 1000 offentliga verksamheter, företag och invånare har provkört fossilfria transportmedel. Achievements (EN):

The world’s best border region for fossil-free transport by 2030. This is the goal of all 39 municipalities in Fyrbodal, Östfold and Follo. The project Hela Gröna Vägen was a joint effort by municipalities and industry to speed up the transition to fossil-free transport, which took place in 2016-2018. The project has contributed to the establishment of over 1000 new charging points, five refuelling stations for biogas and made it possible that over 1000 public businesses, companies and residents have tested fossil-free means of transport.
