Description (EN):

RIS3_Net will develop an institutional cooperation strategy and a common governance system aimed at institutions responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring smart specialisation strategies in MAC regions, also taking into account the potential expansion to third countries. RIS3_Net will allow: * Increase common knowledge of the RIS3 strategies of the participating regions. * The sharing of the needs, difficulties and challenges that exist in a unique way in the MAC regions, related to the updating, implementation and monitoring of smart specialisation strategies. * The generation of governance that allows for the establishment of a common framework of work. * The exchange of knowledge and good practices on R & D & I policies and information systems for the monitoring and evaluation of the strategy. * The development of pilot actions as “Proofs of Concept”.

Description (ES):

RIS3_Net desarrollará una estrategia de cooperación institucional y un sistema de gobernanza común, dirigida a las instituciones encargadas de la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de las estrategias de especialización inteligente de las regiones MAC, teniendo en cuenta además la potencial expansión a terceros países. RIS3_Net permitirá: * Aumentar el conocimiento común de las estrategias RIS3 de las regiones participantes. * La puesta en común de las necesidades, dificultades y retos que existen de manera singular en las regiones MAC, relacionadas con la actualización, ejecución y seguimiento de las estrategias de especialización inteligente. * La generación de una gobernanza que permita establecer un marco común de trabajo. * El intercambio de conocimientos y buenas prácticas en materia de políticas de I+D+i y sistemas de información para el seguimiento y evaluación de la estrategia. * El desarrollo de acciones piloto a modo de "Pruebas de Concepto".
