Syftet med projektet är att genomföra gemensamma elevaktiviteter och gemensam lärarutbildning för att stärka parternas kunskap och kompetens inom innovation och entreprenörskap och det entreprenöriella lärandet. Parterna består av Torsta AB, Nordviks naturbruksgymnasium, Högskolan i Nord-Tröndelag, Skjetlein Vidaregåendeskola och Maere landbruksskola.

Description (EN):

The aim of the project is to carry out joint student activities and teacher training to strengthen the partners’ knowledge and competence in innovation and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning. The parties consist of Torsta AB, Nordviks naturbruksgymnasium, the University of Nord-Tröndelag, Skjetlein Continuing School and Maere Land Use School.

Achievements (SV):

Projektet har bland annat planerats genom nätverksträffar på de deltagande naturbruksskolorna. Det har visat sig ge mycket bara av att åka och studera hur en annan skola har lagt upp sin verksamhet. Det har genomförts flera ”Grundercamp”. Detta har gett eleverna möjlighet att lära av varandra och av företagare inom de gröna näringarna mellan länderna. En återkommande aktivitet på ”Grundercamp” är att eleverna ska utveckla aktiviteter och varor för en befintlig gård. I denna övning är hållbarhet och miljöpåverkan en del av bedömningskriterierna. En annan uppgift var att eleverna skulle ta fram råvaror för mat passande till persiska högtider. Fadi Najjar från Krokoms internationella vänförening berättade om de muslimska högtiderna, “Ramadan inkl. Eid Al Feter” samt “Eid Al Adha”. Detta var en bra aktivitet som gav eleverna en inblick i dessa högtider. Projektet har bidragit till ett bättre samarbete mellan lärare inom de enskilda naturbruksgymnasierna. De lärare som gått utbildning har fått fler kollegor att utbyta erfarenheter med. Nord universitet har en helt ny kurs med inriktning på entreprenöriellt lärande. Torsta Kunskapscenter har i projektet utarbetat koncept för att genomföra studieresor över gränsen. Lärargruppen har gjort en studieresa till ett center i norra Spanien som arbetar att stödja utvecklingen av regionala företag på landsbygden. För Nord universitet har det varit ett stort gränsöverskridande mervärde att studera lantbrukets förutsättningar på båda sidor av gränsen. I husdjurskurserna kunde studenter från Norge ta del av etablerad teknik såsom produktion av solel och biogas på gård, rationell drift av köttdjur, gårdsförädling av mjölk och grupphållning av hästar i ”active stable”. Samarbetet mellan Torsta och Nord universitet har dessutom öppnat för möjligheterna till utbyte av arbetskraft.

Achievements (EN):

The project has been planned, inter alia, through networking meetings at the participating natural resources schools. It has been proven to give a lot just to go and study how another school has set up its business. There have been several “Grundercamps”. This has given students the opportunity to learn from each other and from entrepreneurs in the green industries between countries. A recurring activity on “Grundercamp” is for students to develop activities and goods for an existing farm. In this exercise, sustainability and environmental impact are part of the assessment criteria. Another task was for students to produce raw materials for food suitable for Persian feasts. Fadi Najjar from Krokom’s international friend’s association told us about the Muslim holidays, "Ramadan incl. Eid Al Fater and Eid Al Adha. This was a great activity that gave students an insight into these holidays. The project has contributed to a better collaboration between teachers in the individual natural resources gymnasiums. The teachers who have attended training have led more colleagues to exchange experiences with. Nord University has a completely new course focusing on entrepreneurial learning. In the project, Torsta Kunskapscenter has developed concepts for conducting study trips across the border. The teacher group has made a study visit to a centre in northern Spain that works to support the development of regional enterprises in rural areas. For Nord University, it has been a major cross-border added value to study the conditions of agriculture on both sides of the border. In the pet courses, students from Norway could benefit from established technologies such as production of solar electricity and biogas on farm, rational operation of meat animals, farm processing of milk and group husbandry of horses in active stable. In addition, the cooperation between Torsta and Nord University has opened up opportunities for the exchange of labour.
