Main objective: Norwegian (NSF) and the Swedish Ski Federation (SSF) with all their practitioners, national and international events as strong and attractive engines will contribute to the development of a common market for Norwegian and Swedish industry (SMB), increasing the conditions for SMB’s competitiveness, innovation and internationalisation. Create attractive regions for the business community and the “large international ski family” that includes our events, active, collaborators and audiences. Our main objective consists of two sub-areas. The first main objective is to develop a new and innovative working method for business development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In parallel, the method will be used to increase the competitiveness of SMEs regionally and internationally. In order to achieve the main goal, we divide it into three sub-goals. Sub-objective 1: Promote SMB’s competitiveness and internationalisation. Objective 2: Develop and commercialise arena and arrangement technology. Objective 3: Create a new model of cross-border development and growth.

Huvudmål: Norska (NSF) och Svenska Skidförbundetg (SSF) ska med alla sina utövare, nationella och internationella arrangemang som starka och attraktiva motorer bidra till att utveckla en gemensam marknad for norskt och svenskt näringsliv (SMB), öka förutsättningarna för SMB’s konkurrenskraft, innovation och internationalisering. Skapa attraktiva regioner för näringslivet och ”den stora internationella skidfamiljen” som innefattar våra arrangemang, aktiva , samarbetspartners og publik. Vårt huvudmål består av två delområden. Första huvudmålet är att utveckla en ny och innovativ arbetsmetod för näringslivsutveckling av små och medelstora företag. Parallellt ska metoden användas till att öka konkurrenskraften för små och medelstora företag regionalt och internationellt. För att nå huvudmålet delar vi upp det i tre delmål. Delmål 1: Främja SMB’s konkurrenskraft och internationalisering. Delmål 2: Utveckla och kommersialisera arena och arrangemangsteknologi. Delmål 3: Skapa en ny modell för utveckling och tillväxt över gränserna.
