In der Region Slowakei-Österreich leben über 160.000 Menschen, die als Burgen-landkroaten bezeichnet werden. Während der Türkenkriege sind viele Kroaten in diese Region geflüchtet, was dazu geführt hat, dass diese Volksgruppe seit 500 Jahren hier lebt. Das Projekt DiviTV hat es sich nun zum Ziel gemacht, regelmäßige Information und Kommunikation in der Volksgruppensprache via Fernsehen anzubieten. DiviTV wird dabei via Satellit, Kabel und Social Media Kanäle ausgestrahlt und soll eine Quote von 80.000 Menschen erreichen. Dies trägt zur Stärkung der Gemeinschaft bei und legt die Basis für gemeinsame Zusammenarbeit und grenz-überschreitendes kulturelles Verständnis. Kooperationen mit Schulen, Kindergärten, Vereine und Organisationen in Österreich und der Slowakei sind bereits in Planung und stärken in Verbindung mit geplanten Sprach-kurssendungen die Gemeinschaft und das Gemeinschaftsbewusstsein.

More than 160,000 people live in the Slovakia-Austria region known as castles. During the Turkish wars many Croats fled to this region. As a result, this ethnic group has been living here for 500 years. The objective of the DiviTV project is to offer regular information and communication in the national minority language via television. DiviTV will be broadcast via satellite, cable and social media channels and should reach a quota of 80,000 people. This contributes to strengthening the community and lays the foundation for shared cooperation and cross-cultural understanding. Cooperations with schools, kindergartens, clubs and organizations in Austria and Slovakia are already being planned and will strengthen the community and community awareness in conjunction with planned language courses.

Burgenlandskí Chorváti v tomto regióne žijú už 500 rokov (30 000), vo Viedni (15 000) a približne 100 000 imigrantov z Chorvátska), Na západnom Slovensku (okolo 5000) a v západnom Maďarsku (okolo 15 000). Televízny magazín ,,Mi Hrvati” v burgenlandsko-chorvátskom jazyku by mal spojiť skupiny Chorvátov a poskytnúť cezhraničnú komunikáciu. Cieľom tohto projektu je pravidelne zabezpečiť komunikáciu a informácie v tomto hovorom jazyku. Každá časť televízneho programu má trvať 30 minút a má byť vysielaná prostredníctvom sociálnych médií, káblového alebo satelitného prenosu. Má byť dostupná vo všetkých regiónoch tejto menšinovej skupiny a prostredníctvom satelitu aj na celom svete. Počas prípravného procesu by sme mohli dosiahnuť úroveň približne 80 000 divákov. Práve toto sa po skončení príprav stane základom stálej ponuky vysielania v chorvátskom jazyku. Plánuje sa zriadenie chorvátskych asociácii a organizácii v Rakúsku a na Slovensku, a takisto spolupráca so školami a materskými školami. Kurz chorvátskeho jazyka v tomto programe má za cieľ zvýšiť záujem o tento jazyk a posilniť cezhraničnú spoluprácu chorvátskej komunity.

Expected Results (DE):

Hauptziel des Projektes ist die Stärkung des Selbsbewusstseins der kroatischen Volksgruppe in Österreich, Slowakei und Ungarn. Dies wäre ein wichtiger Beitrag zur Erhaltung der traditionellen Vielfalt der Region, die durch die Mehrsprachigkeit auch einen Startvorteil in den wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten ziehen kann. Die TV-Magazine werden über die Volksgruppe berichten, kulturelle Beiträge leisten und einen Sprachkurs anbieten. Durch eine entsprechende Werbung für die Sendung und eine attraktive Gestaltung soll eine entsprechend repräsentative Zahl von regelmäßigen Konsumenten der Sendungen gewonnen werden. Diese erweiterte Öffentlichkeit wird das Bewusstsein über den Wert der Mehrsprachigkeit steigern und gleichzeitig die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit der Volksgruppe verstärken.

Expected Results (EN):

The project’s main objective is to strengthen the self-confidence of the Croatian ethnic group in Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. This would be an important contribution to preserving the traditional diversity of the region which can also provide a start-up advantage in economic activities through multilingualism. The TV magazines will report on the ethnic group, make cultural contributions and offer a language course. A correspondingly representative number of regular consumers of the programs should be won through appropriate advertising of the program and an attractive design. This expanded public will increase awareness of the value of multilingualism and strengthen cross-border cooperation among the ethnic group at the same time.

Expected Results (SK):

Hlavným cieľom projektu je posilnenie sebauvedomenia chorvátskych ľudí žijúcich v Rakúsku, na Slovensku a v Maďarsku. Toto by bolo dôležité pre zachovanie tradičnej rozmanitosti tohto regiónu, ktorá prostredníctvom viacjazyčnosti môže tiež profitovať zo start-up-u v hospodárskej činnosti. Televízne magazíny budú o skupine informovať, prinesú kultúrny prínos a poskytnú jazykový kurz. Vhodná reklama a atraktívny dizajn nám pomôžu získať si konečný počet odberateľov. Toto široké publikum zvýši povedomie o hodnote multilingualizmu a posilní cezhraničnú spoluprácu národnostnej menšiny.
