Počas posledných rokov sa v pohraničnom regióne medzi Slovenskom a Rakúskom vytvorila hustá sieť inštitucionálnej spolupráce. Projekt ConnReg SK-AT podporuje túto spoluprácu a prispieva k rozvoju hospodárskeho a politického potenciálu na regionálnej úrovni. Hlavným zámerom projektu je vzájomné lepšie poznanie sa ľudí tohto cezhraničného regiónu a to najmä prostredníctvom spolupráce verejných inštitúcií. Existujúce kontakty sa prehĺbia a nové kontakty vznikajú, čím sa vytvárajú podmienky pre lepšie medzikultúrne porozumenie. Spoločné projekty a aktivity sú odpoveďou na potreby na miestnej úrovni, na úrovni miest a obcí. Tieto zároveň posilňujú a rozširujú zdieľané kompetencie komunít a organizácií. Projekt prispieva k rozvoju pohraničného regiónu a prihliada na hospodárske a medzikultúrne záujmy jednotlivých účastníkov.

Description (EN):

The ConnReg SK-AT project focuses specifically on strengthening the cooperation and capacity of cross-border key partners for the effective development of border areas using available territorial development instruments. Cooperation between institutions of public character with an emphasis on self-government working in the area of the partners is of utmost importance in the project’s acitivities framework. Slovakia's and Austria's regional policy seeks long-term citizens and institutions of cross-border regions convergence. The project helps to deepen existing contacts and to open new topics of cooperation for the purpose of border regions‘ intercultural understanding, integration and cohesion. Cross-border activities coordination at institutional level supports the generation of projects that takes into account regional and local strategies. Improving coordination between institutions also creates a more effective framework for supporting smaller projects that reflect the needs of regional and local institutions as well as helps regions, cities, municipalities, associations of municipalities and organizations under their auspices to exercise their powers. From a regional perspective, the goal is to focus on areas that have the highest development potential in terms of content. These serve as multipliers of further cross-border development and create the space for a positive change at the communal and regional levels.

Expected Results (SK):

Hlavným cieľom projektu je posilnenie sebauvedomenia chorvátskych ľudí žijúcich v Rakúsku, na Slovensku a v Maďarsku. Toto by bolo dôležité pre zachovanie tradičnej rozmanitosti tohto regiónu, ktorá prostredníctvom viacjazyčnosti môže tiež profitovať zo start-up-u v hospodárskej činnosti. Televízne magazíny budú o skupine informovať, prinesú kultúrny prínos a poskytnú jazykový kurz. Vhodná reklama a atraktívny dizajn nám pomôžu získať si konečný počet odberateľov. Toto široké publikum zvýši povedomie o hodnote multilingualizmu a posilní cezhraničnú spoluprácu národnostnej menšiny.

Expected Results (DE): Erhöhung der Anzahl zusammenarbeitender Subjekte der öffentlichen Verwaltung an der slowakisch-österreichischen Grenze auf beiden Ebenen der öffentlicheN Verwaltung - regional und lokal, Bildung neuer perspektivreicher und nachhaltiger Partnerschaften.

Expected Results (EN): Increasing the number of co-operating subjects of public administration at the Slovak-Austrian border at both levels of public administration - regional and local, forming new promising and sustainable partnerships.
