Das Center of Active Ageing (CAA) ist ein einzigartiges, innovatives Projekt, das vor allem die durch die Förderung der körperlichen Aktivität, den Gesundheitszustand von Senioren verbessern soll. Dies hat Auswirkung auf die Lebensqualität und die soziale Integration von älteren Menschen in der österreich-slowakischen Grenzregion wie frühere wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen gezeigt haben.Die Einzigartigkeit und Innovationskraft unseres Projekts liegt in der Bereitstellung eines einzigartigen "Programms zur Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung von Senioren" (siehe optionale Beilage 1 zur ZoNFP: Spezifizierung der Alleinstellungsmerkmale und Erklärung der staatlichen Beihilfe). Das Ziel soll durch eine koordinierte, grenzüberschreitende Modernisierung der sozialen Infrastruktur und Dienstleistungen sowie einer grenzüberschreitenden Informationskampagne mit dem Schwerpunkt des gleichberechtigten Zugangs beider Länder für ältere Menschen in der Region erreicht werden.

Centrum aktívneho starnutia (CAA) je jedinečný, inovatívny projekt zameraný predovšetkým na zlepšenie podmienok pre podporu zdravia seniorov. Jedinečnosť a inovatívnosť projektu spočíva v poskytovaní unikátneho „Programu prevencie a podpory zdravia seniorov v CAA“. Cieľom projektu je vytvorenie takých podmienok, t.j. zodpovedajúcej sociálnej infraštruktúry, aby bolo možné poskytovať tento program čo najširšej populácii seniorov vo vekovej kategórii 60+, pričom bude kladený dôraz na rovnosť prístupu pre obyvateľstvo na oboch stranách cezhraničného regiónu. Na základe predchádzajúceho vedeckého výskumu je preukázané, že pohybová aktivita a jej integrácia do života seniorov, má kľúčový vplyv na zdravie, kvalitu života a mieru sociálnej inklúzie seniorov slovensko-rakúskeho cezhraničného regiónu. Projektový zámer bude implementovaný prostredníctvom cezhranične koordinovaného zvyšovania úrovne sociálnej infraštruktúry a služieb pre seniorov cezhraničného regiónu, ktorá je doplnená cezhranične koordinovanou implementáciou informačnej kampane zameranej na zvýšenie povedomia o význame a možnostiach pohybovej aktivity seniorov.

The Center of Active Aging (CAA) is a unique, innovative project designed primarily to improve the health of seniors by promoting physical activity. This has an impact on the quality of life and social integration of older people in the Austrian-Slovak border region as previous scientific studies have shown. The uniqueness and innovative strength of the project lies in providing a unique "Program for the prevention and health promotion of seniors". The objective is to be achieved through a coordinated, cross-border modernization of social infrastructure and services as well as a cross-border information campaign focusing on equitable access of both countries to older people in the region.

Expected Results (DE):

Bau- und Ausstattung "Centre of Active Ageing" (CAA) in Bratislava und St. Pölten (AP – I1). Betrieb der CAA in Bratislava und St. Pölten (AP Nr. 3) Entwickeln von Angeboten im Bereich der vorbeugenden Aktivität und Gesundheitsförderung für Senioren (innerhalb der AP Nr. 3, 4 und 8 - siehe die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts)4. Die Zusammenarbeit der beiden Hauptpartner mit 13 strategischen Partnern, und 15 Beteiligung der Stakeholder, die am Projekt teilnehmen werden. Die Durchführung von Ausbildungs- und Trainingsmaßnahmen im Rahmen von AP 3 (1500 Senioren - Training für die Integration von körperlicher Aktivität in das Leben der Senioren), AP 5 (12 Personen - ein gemeinsames Projektteamtraining), 6 (3 Personen - Schulung von Projektleitern) und (200 Personen - die Ausbildung von Fachkräften für ältere Menschen).

Expected Results (SK):

Výstavba a vybavenia priestorov „Centra aktívneho starnutia“ (CAA) v Bratislave a St. Pölten (PB – I1). Prevádzkovanie CAA v Bratislave a St. Pöltene (PB č.3). Vytvorenie spoločných šiestich odborných produktov v oblasti odboru preventívnej starostlivosti a podpory zdravia seniorov (v rámci PB č. 3, 4 a 8 - viď Hlavné výstupy projektu). Spolupráca dvoch hlavných partnerov s 13 strategickými partnermi t.j. 15 zapojených subjektov, ktorí sa budú na projekte podieľať. Realizácia školiacich aktivít v rámci PB č. 3 (1500 seniorov – školenia pre integráciu pohybovej aktivity do života seniorov) PB č. 5 (12 osôb – školenia spoločného projektového tímu), 6 (3 osoby – školenia členov projektového tímu) a (200 osôb – školenia odborníkov poskytujúcich služby starostlivosti o seniorov).

Construction and equipping of "Center of Active Aging" (CAA) venues in Bratislava and St. Pölten (AP - I1). Operation of the CAA in Bratislava and St. Pölten (AP No. 3). Development of preventive activity and health promotion services for seniors (within AP Nos. 3, 4 and 8 - see the main results of the project). The cooperation of the two main partners with 13 strategic partners that is 15 stakeholder involvement who will participate in the project. Implementation of training and education activities under AP 3 (1500 senior citizens - training for the integration of physical activity in the lives of seniors), WP 5 (12 people - a joint project team training), 6 (3 persons - training of project managers) and (200 people - the training of professionals for the elderly).
