Limitis Forum is a project sponsored by six organizations (Navarra, Pyrenées Atlantiques, Euskadi) and organised through three actions that aim to look in more depth at cooperative relations between young people and social welfare professionals and generate shared knowledge and new better adapted forms of intervention. In particular, it aims to improve the care of the most vulnerable children, adolescents and young people and wants to bring proposals for social innovation, new methodologies and experience to the most isolated social and educational services in the Poctefa area. In addition, it will promote a study of the uses made by young people of the cross-border area and a proposal for a common evaluation system to measure the impact of social and educational programmes will be created. These results allow us to create socio-educational and social inclusion proposals that are more efficient and better embedded in the common territory. This candidacy comes about after successfully running the LazosLiensLoturak Project (Poctefa-Feder2010-2013) www.espaciokrea.org/lazosliensloturak.htm, analysing its results and wanting to look in more depth at the establishment of common services and infrastructures which improve our work and increase the social and educational impact on younger people, also collecting important information to help implement the right new policies.

Limitis Forum es un projet lancé par 6 organismes (Navarre, Pyrénées Atlantiques, Euskadi) et axé sur 3 actions visant à renforcer les relations de coopération entre jeunes et professionnels de l'action sociale et à générer le partage des connaissances et de nouvelles formes d'intervention plus adaptées. Notamment, le projet prétend améliorer la prise en charge des enfants, adolescents et jeunes provenant de populations plus vulnérables et l'accessibilité des services sociaux et éducatifs les plus reculés du territoire Poctefa en matière d'innovation sociale, de nouvelles méthodologies et d'expériences. Par ailleurs, le projet inclut une étude sur les usages que donnent les à l'espace transfrontalier et une proposition de système commun d'évaluation pour mesurer l'impact des programmes socioéducatifs sera avancée. Ces résultats nous permettraient d'aborder des propositions socioéducatives et d'inclusion sociale plus efficaces et mieux imbriquées sur le territoire commun. Cette candidature naît du succès du projet LazosLiensLoturak (Poctefa-Feder 2010-2013), www.espaciokrea.org/lazosliensloturak.htm, après avoir l'analyse des résultats réalisée, dans une optique d'approfondissement en matière de création de services et d'infrastructures communes qui optimisent notre travail, renforcent l'impact éducatif et social chez les plus jeunes et permettent de collecter des informations utiles pour mieux adapter les nouvelles politiques.

Limitis Forum es un proyecto promovido por 6 entidades (Navarra, Pyrenées Atlantiques, Euskadi) y organizado en 3 acciones que quieren profundizar en las relaciones de cooperación entre jóvenes y profesionales de la acción social y generar conocimiento compartido y nuevas formas más adaptadas de intervención. En especial pretende mejorar la atención a los niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes con mayor vulnerabilidad y quiere acercar a los servicios sociales y educativos más aislados del territorio Poctefa a propuestas de innovación social, a nuevas metodologías y experiencias. Además se promoverá un estudio sobre los usos que hacen los jóvenes del espacio transfronterizo y se creará una propuesta para un sistema común de evaluación para medir el impacto de los programas socioeducativos. Estos resultados nos permitirían abordar propuestas socioeducativas y de inclusión social más eficientes y mejor imbricadas en el territorio común. Esta candidatura nace después de realizar con éxito el Proyecto LazosLiensLoturak (Poctefa-Feder2010-2013), www.espaciokrea.org/lazosliensloturak.htm, analizando sus resultados y queriendo profundizar en la creación de servicios e infraestructuras comunes, que mejoren nuestro trabajo, que aumente el impacto educativo y social en los más jóvenes y recabando información relevante para acertar mejor en las nuevas políticas.
