Le projet répond au défi de dynamiser l'innovation par des améliorations de la compétitivité et de la qualité de vie des territoires. En particulier, il vise à favoriser l'innovation dans la zone Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarre en renforçant le travail en réseau entre les différents acteurs (Centres de Technologie, Universités, Chambres de Commerce, Agences de Développement et Entreprises) et grâce à l'établissement de liens entre la recherche, le développement technologique et les besoins des entreprises, de façon à ce que les solutions développées s’adaptent aux besoins du secteur productif. L'objectif principal est de développer les activités transfrontalières innovantes dans le secteur de la santé en favorisant la diversification des entreprises dans le domaine du silicone liquide normalement associées à des activités à faible valeur ajoutée, vers un secteur plus innovant comme le secteur de la santé ayant une plus forte valeur ajoutée. Le projet vise à: - Produire 5 prototypes de nouveaux produits (silicone liquide) développés par les partenaires pouvant être utilisés comme des démonstrateurs du potentiel des entreprises, avec pour objectif final leur commercialisation et leur exploitation par les entreprisess de la région. - Elargir le Pôle de Silicone Liquide en y intégrant des entreprises, des Universités et des Centres Technologiques qui encourageont la diversification des entreprises vers des activités à plus forte valeur ajoutée.

El proyecto responde al reto identificado en la estrategia de aplicación del programa de dinamizar la innovación para la mejora de la competitividad y la calidad de vida de los territorios. En concreto, se pretende fomentar la innovación en la zona Aquitania-Euskadi-Navarra potenciando el trabajo en red entre diferentes agentes (Centros Tecnológicos, Universidades, Cámaras de Comercio, Agencias de Desarrollo y Empresas) y estableciendo vínculos entre la investigación, el desarrollo tecnológico y las necesidades del sector empresarial, de manera que las soluciones desarrolladas se adapten a las necesidades del tejido productivo. El objetivo principal es desarrollar actividades innovadoras transfronterizas en el sector salud, favoreciendo la diversificación de las empresas del sector de silicona líquida vinculadas habitualmente a actividades de escaso valor añadido, hacia un sector con un elevado contenido innovador como el sector salud que tiene mayor valor añadido. El proyecto pretende: Generar 5 prototipos de nuevos productos (de silicona líquida) desarrollados por los socios y podrán ser empleados como elementos demostrativos del potencial de las empresas del sector, con el objetivo final de que las empresas del área se encarguen de su comercialización y explotación. Ampliar el polo de silicona líquida integrando a empresas, Universidades y Centros Tecnológicos y siendo núcleo de impulso de la diversificación de las empresas hacia actividades de mayor valor añadido.

The project responds to the challenge of boosting innovation through improvements in the competitiveness and quality of life of the regions. In particular, it aims to foster innovation in the Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarre area by strengthening networking between the different actors (Technology Centers, Universities, Chambers of Commerce, Development Agencies and Enterprises) and through the links between research, technological development and business needs, so that the solutions developed are adapted to the needs of the productive sector. The main objective is to develop innovative cross-border activities in the health sector by promoting the diversification of companies in the field of liquid silicone normally associated with low value-added activities, towards a more innovative sector such as the health sector having a higher added value. The project aims to: - Produce 5 prototypes of new products (liquid silicone) developed by the partners that can be used as demonstrators of the potential of the companies, with the final objective being their commercialization and their exploitation by the companies of the region. - Expand the Liquid Silicone Cluster by integrating companies, Universities and Technological Centers that will encourage the diversification of companies towards activities with higher added value.
