Description (FR):

NATTUR est un projet de coopération transfrontalière entre les acteurs du nord de la Catalogne et de l’Ariège, qui ont fait le choix d’appuyer leur développement sur le tourisme, en particulier sur les activités de pleine nature. L’enjeu est d’associer préservation et valorisation du patrimoine naturel par l’activité touristique au profit des espaces pyrénéens de montagne. L’objectif est de mettre en place les conditions nécessaires au développement des activités de pleine nature, pour faire de ces territoires des espaces préservés et vivants. Pour cela, le projet agira sur plusieurs leviers: - L’expérimentation et le développement de modèles innovants d’observation territoriale des activités de pleine nature, pour un meilleur pilotage du tourisme, comme vecteur de développement territorial. - La structuration et l’accompagnement du développement des entreprises touristiques, pour accroître et pérenniser le nombre et la qualité des entreprises sur ce secteur. - L’amélioration de l’offre touristique durable (aménagements, évènements, prestations) pour favoriser l’économie, valoriser le patrimoine naturel et optimiser les impacts sur les territoires. - Le renforcement de la compétitivité des itinéraires touristiques transfrontaliers, qui sont le fil conducteur du projet, en améliorant l’accueil, valorisant le patrimoine, adaptant les produits aux cibles de clientèle pour optimiser les retombées sur les territoires (Chemin des bonshommes, Chemin de Bélisbaste + Sentier cathare).

Description (ES):

NATTUR es un proyecto de cooperación transfronteriza entre los agentes del norte de Cataluña y de Arieja, que han optado por apoyar su desarrollo en el turismo, especialmente en actividades en el medio natural. El reto consiste en combinar la conservación y la valorización del patrimonio natural a través de la actividad turística en beneficio de las zonas de montaña de los Pirineos. El objetivo es establecer las condiciones necesarias para el desarrollo de actividades en el medio natural, para hacer de estos territorios espacios conservados y vitales. En este sentido, el proyecto actuará en las siguientes líneas: -Experimentación y el desarrollo de modelos innovadores de observación territorial de actividades en la naturaleza, para mejorar la gestión del turismo como vector de desarrollo territorial -Estructuración y apoyo al desarrollo de las empresas turísticas para aumentar y mantener el número y la calidad en este sector. -Mejora de la oferta de turismo sostenible(instalaciones, eventos, servicios) para favorecer la economía, valorizar el patrimonio natural y optimizar el impacto sobre el territorio . - Fortalecimiento de la competitividad de las rutas turísticas transfronterizas, el hilo conductor del proyecto, mejorando la calidad de acogida, la valorización del patrimonio, adaptando los productos según las expectativas de la clientela con el fin de maximizar los beneficios en el territorio (Camí dels Bons Homes, Camino del último cátaro (Belibaste)+Sentier cathare).

Description (EN):

NATTUR is a trans-borders project of cooperation, between actors from Northern Catalonia and Ariège in South of France, who chose to support their development on tourism, in particular on outdoor activities. The challenge is to associate the conservation and the valuation of the natural heritage through touristic activity for the benefit of the Pyrenean territory. The aim is to set up the necessary conditions for the development of outdoor activities, in order to make of these territories protected and alive spaces. For that purpose, the project will act on several levers: - Experimentation and development of innovating models of territorial observation of outdoor activities, for a better management of tourism as a vector of territory development. - Structuring actions and support (accompaniment) of the development of the tourist companies, to increase and perpetuate the number and quality of companies in this sector. - Development of a sustainable tourism offer (facilities, events, services) , to enfavor economy, value natural heritage and optimize the impacts on the territories. - Strengthening of the competitiveness of cross-border tourist itineraries, which are the common thread of the project, improving the quality of reception, valuing heritage, adapting products to the customer target in order to maximise the impacts on the territory (The trail of the cathars GR 107, Last Cathar Trail +Sentier cathare).

Expected Results (FR): 3R1:Capacité du territoire à se doter de stratégies partagées ou conjointes en matière de valorisation du patrimoine dans une logique de développement local et touristique respectueuse de l’environnement.

Expected Results (ES): 3R1:Capacidad del territorio para dotarse de estrategias compartidas conjuntas en materia de valorización del patrimonio en una lógica de desarrollo local y turístico respetuoso con el medio ambiente.

Expected Results (EN): 3R1: Territory’s ability to provide itself with shared joint strategies regarding heritage valuation within a logic of environmentally friendly local and touristic development.

Expected Outputs (FR): 3P1:Nombre de sites qui bénéficient du soutien du Programme à travers la mise en œuvre d’actions matérielles et immatérielles.3P2:Nombre de produits culturels et/ou touristiques transfrontaliers créés.

Expected Outputs (ES): 3P1:Número de espacios que se benefician del apoyo del Programa a través de la puesta en marcha de acciones materiales e inmateriales.3P2:Número de productos culturales y/o turísticos transfronterizos creados.

Expected Outputs (EN): 3P1: Number of areas that benefit from the support of the Programme through the introduction of material and immaterial actions.3P2: Number of created cross-border cultural and/or touristic products.
