El proyecto pretende mediante acciones de cooperación transfronteriza, la investigación y desarrollo de productos cosméticos ecológicos. Para ello los socios crearan una red de centros especiales de empleo, centros de investigación y centros de transformación, en materia de innovación y tecnología. Se implementará una nueva línea de trabajo en los centros especiales de empleo socios del proyecto, que consistirá en el cultivo de las plantas medicinales, que posteriormente servirán de base en la investigación y desarrollo de los productos cosméticos. Paralelamente el proyecto desarrollará una norma de acreditación/certificación ecológica de uso compartido por los socios y que posteriormente puede ser transferible a cualquier productor ecológico que quiera trabajar en la misma línea. Este proyecto tendrá como beneficiarios principales a las personas con discapacidad en dos vertientes: mejorar su empleabilidad y mejorar su calidad de vida. El proyecto aporta un valor añadido ya que suma las experiencias de todos los socios a ambos lados de la frontera tanto en materia de producción, cultivo y procesamiento de plantas aromáticas como en la innovación tecnológica que presenta dado que se usarán disolventes y tecnologías totalmente sostenibles, 100% productos limpios y seguros para su preformulación.

The project aims through actions of cross-border cooperation, research and development of ecological cosmetic products. To this end, the partners will create a network of special employment centers, research centers and transformation centers in innovation and technology. A new line of work will be implemented in the special employment centers partners of the project, which will consist of the cultivation of medicinal plants, which later use as base in the research and development of cosmetic products. At the same time, the project will develop an ecological accreditation / certification standard shared by the partners and which can later be transferable to any ecological producer who wants to work in the same line. Ce projet vise par des actions de coopération transfrontalière, la recherche et du développement des produits cosmétiques écologiques. Pour cela, les parternaires vont mettre en place un réseau de centres spéciaux pour l´emploi, centres de recherche et centres de transformation, en matière d´innovation et de recherche. Sera mis en oeuvre une nouvelle ligne de travail dans les centres spéciaux pour l´emploi partenaires du projet, qui consistera á la culture de plantes médicinales, qui serviront de base pour la recherche et développement des produits cosmétiques. Parallèlement le projet développera une norme d´accréditation/certification écologique partagée par les partenaires et qui peuvent ensuite être transférables à tout producteur écologiques qui veulent travailler dans la même ligne. Ce projet aura comme principaux bénéficiaires des personnes en situation d´handicap sur deux égards: à améliorer leur employabilité et améliorer leur qualité de vie. Le projet apporte une valeur ajoutée par l´expérience de tous les partenaires des deux côtés de la frontière tant au niveau de production, culture et traitement des plantes aromatiques, ainsi que d´innovation technologique, puisque de solvants et technologies totalement durables seront utilisés; 100% des produits propes et fiables pour sa préformulation.

Más allá de la seguridad: SAPYRA es un proyecto cuyo objetivo principal ha sido el de gestionar el riesgo de aludes para mejorar el acceso a los Pirineos entre Francia y Andorra. No obstante, a lo largo de todo su desarrollo, desde el año 2017 y hasta la actualidad, ha velado en todo momento por el medio ambiente. Se trata de un proyecto que ha incluido diversas acciones, por un lado, se han instalado diversos equipos con el objetivo de reducir el riesgo de aludes, y por otro lado se han llevado a cabo acciones cuyo objetivo es el de mejorar la previsión localizada del riesgo de aludes. Obviamente los diferentes trabajos llevados a cabo, cómo cualquier intervención en el medio natural, eran susceptibles de comprometer al medio ambiente, pero el proyecto SAPYRA, desde una óptica proactiva, se ha esforzado en aplicar, en todo momento, un plan de gestión medio ambiental, fruto de un estudio ambiental muy concreto. En este sentido el proyecto SAPYRA ha sido un proyecto comprometido con el medio ambiente y por ello, a la hora de ejecutar los trabajos se han tenido en cuenta los siguientes aspectos. Las principales directrices del plan de gestión ambiental se han fundamentado en preservar el bienestar de las especies protegidas. Para ello, entre otras medidas, se ha realizado la planificación de las intervenciones en función de las especies localizadas en cada punto en concreto. También se han sellado las partes superiores de los palos para evitar que los animales más pequeños pudieran quedar atrapados. En todo momento se han respetado las zonas verdes y un experto naturalista ha estado presente de manera habitual en el conjunto de las obras realizadas.La presencia de esta figura ha servido para sensibilizar al personal de la obra y para realizar informes periódicos sobre la correcta aplicación del plan de gestión medioambiental. En definitiva, el proyecto SAPYRA, ha sido capaz de mejorar la seguridad de las carreteras a la vez que ha respetado el entorno natural.

Achievements (EN):

Beyond security: SAPYRA is a project whose main objective has been to manage the risk of avalanches to improve access to the Pyrenees between France and Andorra. However, throughout its development, since 2017 and up to the present, it has taken care of the environment at all times. It is a project that has included several actions, on the one hand, various equipment has been installed with the aim of reducing the risk of avalanches, and on the other hand, actions have been carried out whose objective is to improve the localised forecast of the risk of avalanches. Obviously the different works carried out, how any intervention in the natural environment, were liable to compromise the environment, but the SAPYRA project, from a proactive perspective, has strived to implement, at all times, an environmental management plan, the result of a very specific environmental study. In this sense, the SAPYRA project has been a project committed to the environment and therefore, when carrying out the work, the following aspects have been taken into account. The main guidelines of the environmental management plan have been based on preserving the well-being of protected species. To do this, among other measures, the planning of interventions has been carried out according to the species located at each specific point. The tops of the sticks have also been sealed to prevent smaller animals from getting caught. At all times the green areas have been respected and a naturalist expert has been present on a regular basis in all the works carried out.The presence of this figure has served to raise awareness among the staff of the work and to make periodic reports on the correct implementation of the environmental management plan. In short, the SAPYRA project has been able to improve road safety while respecting the natural environment.
