Les gestionnaires des réseaux de transports publics urbains de Guipúzcoa et de l’Agglomération de Bayonne (ACBA) mettent en commun leurs compétences et leurs expériences pour promouvoir et faciliter l’utilisation des transports publics urbains qui deviendront plus faciles, plus attrayants, et plus éco-compatibles à l’échelle transfrontalière. Leur collaboration, entre 2018 et 2020, va porter sur trois axes principaux: - Une information plus accessible, en trois langues, à travers les différents supports de communication disponibles. - Une billettique intégrée et la possibilité d’utiliser directement la carte bancaire comme titre de transport. - Un échange d’expérience sur la mise en circulation de bus électriques et la réduction des émissions de carbone des véhicules existants à l’heure où les deux compagnies se lancent dans la transition énergétique . A la fin du projet, leurs usagers bénéficieront d’une plus grande facilité d’accès à l’information sur leur mobilité locale et transfrontalière et seront en mesure d’utiliser leur carte de transport habituelle pour valider leurs trajets de l’autre côté de la frontière. Les nombreux touristes présents dans la région bénéficieront aussi de cette meilleure qualité d’information et de l’open payment à bord des bus. Les trois partenaires E-MOBASK espèrent ainsi favoriser le report modal vers les transports en commun, pour réduire l’impact négatif des transports sur l’environnement et la qualité de vie.

Description (EN):

The managing authorities of urban public transport networks of Gipuzkoa and Bayonne put in common their proficiency and their experience to promote and facilitate the use of urban public transport, making it easier, more attractive and more eco-friendly at a cross-border level. Their collaboration, between 2018 and 2020, will focus especially on three areas: - more accessible information, trilingual (French, Spanish and Basque), through the various communication channels available. - an integrated ticketing service and the possibility for the users to use their contactless bank card to travel. - an exchange of practices and results of the introduction of full electric buses and reduction of CO2 emissions while both companies are undertaking their energy transition. At the end of the project, users will benefit from a better capacity to reach the information they need on local and cross-border mobility and will be able to use their usual mobility smartcard to validate their travel on the other side of the border. The many tourists who visit the region will also benefit from the improvement of the information and from open payment on board of buses. The three E-MOBASK partners expect therefore to support the modal shift to public transport, to reduce the impact of the transport sector on environment and quality of life.

Los gestores de las redes de transporte público urbano de Gipuzkoa et de la Aglomeración de Bayona (ACBA) ponen en común sus competencias y sus experiencias para promover y facilitar el uso del transporte público urbano que se volverá más sencillo, atractivo y eco-compatible en el ámbito transfronterizo. Su colaboración, entre 2018 y 2020, se enfocará sobre tres ejes principales: - Una información más asequible, en tres idiomas, a través de los distintos soportes de comunicación disponibles - Un ticketing integrado y la posibilidad de utilizar directamente la tarjeta bancaria contactless como título de transporte - Un intercambio de experiencia sobre la puesta en circulación de autobuses eléctricos y la reducción de emisiones de carbono de los vehículos existentes, en el momento en el que las 2 compañías están empezando su transición energética. Al final del proyecto, los usuarios podrán beneficiarse de una mayor facilidad de acceso a la información sobre su movilidad local y transfronteriza y podrán utilizar su tarjeta de transporte habitual para validar su viaje al otro lado de la frontera. Los numerosos turistas que acoge la región también se beneficiarán de la mayor calidad de la información y del pago con tarjeta bancaria a bordo de los autobuses. Los tres socios E-MOBASK esperan así promover la transferencia modal hacia el transporte público, para reducir el impacto negativo del transporte sobre el medio ambiente y la calidad de vida.
