Description (EN):

The EKIN project is a digital platform that enables people residing in social or medico-social establishments and every voluntary citizen to establish a relation for sharing cultural and recreational moments and being involved in a solidary way. It is a platform that proposes three types of services on POCTEFA cross-border territory. 1. Shared cultural and recreational activities (e.g. a person or some people propose going together to a cultural or recreational activity to a person residing in a social establishment; an establishment that organizes a trip with some of its residents suggests to other establishment or available people to join …). 2. Voluntary associative participation (e.g. an association is looking for participants or volunteers for their activities or events and wants to invite people living in social establishments). 3. Call for solidary projects (e.g. students have to create projects or develop initiatives for and with people residing in social establishments, organizations that are looking for stakeholders for the project…). EKIN is another way of creating inclusive solidarity, placing the well-being and the socialisation of everyone at the heart of a territorial experimentation.

Le projet EKIN, c’est une plateforme numérique de mise en relation pour des temps de partage ordinaire et d’engagement solidaires entre personnes relevant d’un accompagnement d’un établissement social ou médico-social et tout acteur citoyen volontaire. Une plateforme proposant trois types de services sur un bassin de vie transfrontalier: 1. Des activités culturelles et récréatives partagées (exemple: une (des) personne(s) disponible(s) se propose(nt) d’associer une personne résidente d’un établissement social à une activité culturelle ou récréative à laquelle elle(s) participe(ent) ; un établissement qui organise une sortie avec certains de ses résidents ou bénéficiaires propose à d’autres établissements ou des personnes disponibles de s’y joindre). 2. De la participation associative bénévole (exemple: une association est en recherche de participants ou de bénévoles pour ses activités ou manifestations et souhaite en faire la proposition à des personnes accueillies ou prises en charge au sein d’un établissement social). 3. Une bourse aux projets solidaires (exemple: des élèves ou étudiants ont pour objectif de monter des projets ou développer des initiatives avec et pour des personnes résidentes d’établissements sociaux : des établissements cherchent des partenaires projets) EKIN, une autre façon de construire de la solidarité inclusive, en plaçant le bien être, la socialisation de toute personne au cœur d’une expérimentation territoriale.

Description (ES):

El proyecto EKIN se basa en la creación de una plataforma para facilitar el acceso a las manifestaciones sociales, culturales y recreativas de las personas en situación de exclusión social. 1. Actividades culturales y recreativas compartidas (ejemplos: ciudadanos que participan en actividades culturales y recreativas proponen a un(os) residente(s) de un centro especializado del sector social y médico-social tomar parte con ellos; un centro especializado organiza una salida con algunos residentes y propone a otros centros o ciudadanos unirse…) 2. Participación asociativa voluntaria (ejemplo: una asociación busca participantes o voluntarios para sus actividades o eventos entre personas atendidas en centros especializados…) 3. Beca para proyectos solidarios (ejemplo: alumnos o estudiantes tienen como objetivo montar proyectos o desarrollar iniciativas con y para las personas atendidas en los centros especializados; los centros especializados buscan socios para proyectos…) EKIN es la ocasión de construir la solidaridad inclusiva, poniendo el bienestar y la socialización de todas las personas en el centro de una experimentación territorial.

Expected Outputs (EN): 5P3: Dissemination, promotion, information and raising awareness actions that enhance social, cultural and recreational services in areas on both sides of the border.5P4: Eligible population covered by improved services.

Expected Outputs (FR): 5P3:Actions de diffusion, de promotion, d’information et de sensibilisation qui mettent en valeur les prestations sociales, culturelle et de loisirs entre les espaces situés des deux côtés de la frontière.5P4:Population éligible couverte par des services de santé améliorés.

Expected Outputs (ES): 5P3: Acciones de difusión, promoción, información y sensibilización que valoricen las prestaciones sociales, culturales y recreativas entre espacios a ambos lados de la frontera.5P4:Población elegible cubierta por servicios mejorados.
