El proyecto DUSAL permite al territorio de los Valles del Sobrarbe, Aure y Louron pasar de la colaboración y de la cooperación a la integración de sus estrategias de desarrollo económico. El proyecto implementa una estrategia de desarrollo sostenible conjunta en el territorio a partir del patrimonio natural y cultural, alineando los recursos, transfiriendo conocimiento y creando conjuntamente un destino único. La cultura de cooperación del territorio (Interreg Continua Pirineum, campaña de promoción Piau-Sobrabe), el correcto funcionamiento del túnel Bielsa-Aragnouet y la posibilidad de establecer sinergias con el POCTEFA Tryp Pyrénées, garantizan el éxito de este proyecto. El proyecto está estructurado en tres grandes acciones: comunicación, interna para conseguir la integración de la población del territorio y externa para llegar a los destinos de proximidad; creación de destino, alineando la imagen, las marcas, las oficinas de turismo, los sistemas de información y la adquisición de capacidades de los profesionales; creación de productos turísticos transfronterizos, BTT-velo, naturaleza-cultura, trail, invierno y agroalimentario. Se apoya en las experiencias anteriores, en las buenas practicas actuales, en la complementariedad de los recursos y las demandas en alza del mercado. La plataforma de actores la componen todos los agentes públicos y privados que comparten responsabilidad y acción en esta materia en el territorio.

Le projet DUSAL permet au territoire des vallées du Sobrarbe, d’Aure et du Louron de passer de la collaboration et la coopération à l’intégration de leurs stratégies de développement économique. Le projet implante une stratégie de développement durable commune sur le territoire du patrimoine naturel et culturel, en alignant les ressources, en transférant des connaissances et en créant conjointement une destination unique. La culture de coopération du territoire (Interreg Continua Pirineum, campagne de promotion Piau-Sobrabe), le bon fonctionnement du tunnel Aragnouet-Bielsa et la possibilité d’établir des synergies avec le POCTEFA Pyrénées Tryp, garantiront le succès de ce projet. Le projet est structuré en trois grandes actions: communication interne pour obtenir l’intégration de la population du territoire et communication externe pour toucher les destinations de proximité ; création d’une destination, d’une marque, d’un Office du tourisme, de systèmes d’information et de l’acquisition des compétences des professionnels; création de produits touristiques transfrontaliers, VTT de montagne-vélo de route, nature-culture, trail, hiver et Agroalimentaire. En s’appuyant sur les expériences antérieures, sur les bonnes pratiques actuelles, sur la complémentarité des ressources et la demande croissante sur les marchés. Les acteurs qui la composent correspondent à tous les agents publics et privés qui partagent la responsabilité et l’action dans ce domaine sur le territoire.

Description (EN):

The DUSAL Project will facilitate a progressive move from collaboration and cooperation between Sobrarbe’s valleys, Aure and Louron to the full integration of their economic development plans. The project uses a strategy of joint sustainable development within its territory, based on natural and cultural heritage, resource pooling, the sharing of knowledge and the realisation of a common goal. The success of this project is guaranteed by the territory’s culture of cooperation (Interreg Continua Pirineum, the Piau-Sobrabe promotion campaign), the smooth functioning of the Bielsa–Aragnouet tunnel and the possibility of setting up synergetic relationships with PoctefaTrypPyrénées. The project structure comprises three main areas: Communication; Internal- to reach the territory’s population. External-To reach neighbouring communities. Goal creation ; The bringing into line of image, brands, tourist offices, information systems and professional training methods. The development of cross-frontier tourist products; Mountain biking, nature and culture, hiking, winter sports and local farm/food products. It relies on past experience, current good practices, the complementary nature of resources and increasing market demand. The project’s cast is composed of all the public sector employees who share the responsibility and work involved in this sector of the territory.
