Description (PL):

Istota programu Interreg Va jest współpraca na obszarach ochrony przeciwpożarowej i zapobieganie katastrofom. Celem tego projektu jest wzmocnienie współpracy między wszytskimi partnerami dzięki czemu zostanie osiągnięta lepiej skoordynowana i transgraniczna reakcja na wypadek katastrof. Dzięki projektowi”Ochrona przeciwpożarowa i zapobieganie katastrofom” zostaną przedsiewziete dodatkowe kroki aby odpowiednie służby w przypadku walki z katastrofami żywiołowymi były wyposażone w odpowiedni sprzęt, który będzie używany w skutecznej walce i/lub zapobieganiu katastrofom. Projekt ten ma na celu wzmocnienie regionu i ochrony mieszkańców. Dzieki realizacji w/w projektu życie w regionie przygranicznym będzie bezpieczniejsze a gotowość do akcji i usuwaniu skutków katastrof odpowiednich służb zagwarantowana.Dzieki budowie symualtora pożarowego zostaną stworzone warunki, które umożliwiom wspólne kształcenie sił reagowania wszytskich w projekcie uczestniczących parterów. Dzięki zaplanowanym wspólnym ćwiczeniom do obrony przed katastrofami i szkoleniom w symulatorze pożarowym poznają się pracownicy sił reagowania i podniosą własny poziom wykształcenia aby móc profesionalnie walczyć z katastrofami.

Ein Schwerpunkt der Kooperationsprogramms Interreg VA ist die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Brand- und Katasrophenschutz. Ziel des Projektes ist die Intensivierung der Zusammenarbeit allen Partner. Dadurch soll eine besser koordinierte und grezüberschreitende Reaktion auf Katastrophenfälle erreicht werden. Mit dem Projekt „Brand- und Katastrophenschutz“ werden zusätzliche Schritte unternommen die Katastrophenabwehr weiter zu erschließen um im Bedarfsfall über eine schlagkräftige Ausrüstung zur Schadensbekämpfung zu verfügen und um Katastrophen zu verhindern bzw. sie wirkungsvoll zu bekämpfen. Mit dem Projekt wird der Beitrag zur Stärkung der Region und zum Schutz der Bevölkerung geleistet. Das Projekt „Brand- und Katastrophenschutz“soll Voraussetzungen schaffen, die das Leben in der Grenzregion sicherer machen und den Einsatzfähigkeit zur Gefahrenabwehr und Beseitigung von Schäden gewährleisten.Durch den Bau und den Betrieb des Brandhauses sollen Voraussetzungen geschaffen werden, die dazu geeignet sind die gemeisame Ausbildung den Einsatzkräfte aller am Projekt beteiligten Partner zu ermöglichen. Durch die geplanten gemeisamen Übungen zur Katastrophenabwehr und Schulungen im Brandhaus lernen sich die Einsatzkrâfte kennen und erhöhen Ihren Ausbildungsstand um im Eisatzfall eine profesionelle Katastrophenabwehr leisten zu können.

Description (EN):

The Interreg VA cooperation programme focuses on cooperation in the field of fire and catastrophe protection. The aim of the project is to intensify cooperation between all partners. The aim is to achieve a better coordinated and cross-border response to disasters. The “Brand and Civil Protection” project will take additional steps to further develop disaster response in order to have powerful damage control equipment if needed and to prevent or effectively combat disasters. The project will contribute to strengthening the region and protecting the population. The project “Fire and Civil Protection” is intended to create conditions that make life safer in the border region and ensure the operational capability to prevent and eliminate damage.The construction and operation of the firehouse aims to create conditions that are suitable for enabling the charitable training of all the partners involved in the project. Through the planned charitable exercises on disaster response and training in the firehouse, the teams get to know each other and increase their level of training in order to be able to afford a professional disaster response in case of replacement.

Expected Outputs (PL):

Unikanie katastrof i skuteczne zwalczanie ich, podniesienie bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców jak i zmiejszenie szkód ekologicznych. Podniesienie stanu wykształcenia służb, uzupełnienie wyposażenia, wspólne wykorzystywanie wyposażenia i wzajemne pielegnowanie kontaktów. Wspiera współprace pomiędzy ludzmi, gminami i satrostwami w regionie Doliny Dolnej Odry.

Expected Outputs (DE):

Vermeidung der Katastrophen und wirkungsvolle Bekämpfung, Erhöhung der Sicherheit der Bevölkerung sowie Verringerung von Umweltschäden. Erhöhung der Ausbildungsstands der Einsatzkräfte, Vervollkommnung der Ausrüstung, gemeinsame Nutzung von Ausrüstungsgegenständen und gemeinsame Unterhaltung. Fördert die ZA zwischen den Menschen, Gemeinden und Landkreisen in der Region Unteres Odertal.
