Description (EN): Development of a simulation game for the age group of 11 to 15 with a focus on democracy, mutual respect and tolerance; training the trainers of the simulation game; use of the game as part of the action; development of a methodological manual and the concept of sustainability.

Description (DE): Entwicklung eines Planspiels für die Altersgruppe der 11- bis 15-jährigen mit den Schwerpunkten Demokratie, gegenseitige Achtung und Toleranz; Ausbildung von Planspieltrainern; Einsatz des Planspiels bei Veranstaltungen; Erarbeitung eines Methodenhandbuches und eines Nachhaltigkeitskonzeptes.

Description (CS): Vývoj simulační hry pro věkovou skupinu 11 až 15 let se zaměřením na demokracii, vzájemnou úctu a toleranci; zaškolení trenérů simulační hry; využití hry v rámci akcí; vytvoření metodické příručky a konceptu udržitelnosti.

Achievements (EN):

The aim of the project was to bring young people between the ages of 11 and 15 from Saxony and the Czech Republic together and to offer them an intercultural exchange with numerous activities and a pedagogically sustainable programme. Project results: A total of 14 student camps with more than 700 participants; three family camps, two teacher trainings, two multiplier training sessions. Preparation of a manual for the implementation of a simulation game; Flyer, Concept for the sustainable use of project results, Implementation of a simulation game on marketing and product development for the transmission of democratic values and tolerance with the following content: Solving interactive tasks in in-tercultural teams, Development and development of common strategies; joint presentation of the results, Goal of the simulation game: Elimination of stereotypes and prejudices and the creation of German-Czech friendships. Achievements (DE):

Ziel des Projektes war es, junge Menschen zwischen 11 und 15 Jahren aus Sachsen und Tschechien zusammenzubringen und ihnen einen interkulturellen Austausch mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten und einem pädagogisch nachhaltigen Programm zu bieten. Projektergebnisse: Durchführung von insgesamt 14 Schülercamps mit mehr als 700 Teilnehmern, drei Familiencamps, zwei Lehrerfortbildungen, zwei Multiplikatorenschulungen. Erstellung eines Handbuchs zur Durchführung eines Planspiels, Flyer, Konzept zur nachhaltigen Nutzung von Projektergebnissen, Umsetzung eines Planspiels zum Thema Marketing und Produktentwicklung zur Übermittlung von demokratischen Werten und Toleranz mit folgendem Inhalt: Lösung von interaktiven Aufgaben in in-terkulturellen Teams, Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von gemeinsamen Strategien, gemeinsame Präsentation der Ergebnisse, Ziel des Planspiels: Abbau von Stereotypen und Vorurteilen und die Knüpfung deutsch-tschechischer Freundschaften.
