Description (DE): Das Ziel des Projektes ist die Verbesserung des Hochwasserschutzes im Einzugsgebiet der Sebnitz (Vilemovský / Wölmsdorfer Bachs) oberhalb der Stadt Sebnitz. Dafür wird eine Machbarkeitsstudie erstellt.

Description (EN): The aim of the project is to improve flood protection in the river basin of the Vilémov stream in the area above the town of Sebnitz. A feasibility study will be carried out.

Description (CS): Cílem projektu je zlepšení protipovodňové ochrany v povodí Vilémovského potoka v území nad městem Sebnitz. Bude vypracována studie proveditelnosti.

Achievements (DE):

Inhalt des Projekt war die Erarbeitung einer Machbarkeitsstudie hinsichtlich Maßnahmen des Hochwasserschutzes für die 13 Katastergebiete (102,0 km²) im Einzugsgebiet des Baches Vilémovský potok/ Wölmsdorfer Bach und Sebnitzbach (z. B. Stadt Sebnitz). Unterteilung der Studie: 1. Abschnitt – analytischer Teil: Beschaffung und Analyse von Unterlagen, Forschungsarbeiten. 2. Abschnitt – empfehlender Teil: Handlungsempfehlungen, Bewertung ihrer Wirksamkeit/Effektivität. 3. Abschnitt – Diskussion und Bewertung: Diskussion mit den betroffenen Gemeinden, Bewertung der vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen. Projektergebnisse: Entwicklung eines Systems von acht trockenen Staubecken. Einrichtung linearer Hochwasserschutzmaßnahmen an den Wasserläufen, jeweils vom Unterlauf aus flußaufwärts. Empfehlung punktuelle Maßnahmen (d.h. Maßnahmen an querliegenden Objekten im Flussbett der Wasserläufe), unabhängig von den trockenen Staubecken und linearen Maßnahmen. noch erforderlich: Aktualisierung der Gebietspläne. Achievements (EN):

The project involved the development of a feasibility study on flood protection measures for the 13 cadastral areas ( 100.0 km²) in the catchment area of Vilémovský potok/Wölmsdorfer Bach and Sebnitzbach (e.g. town of Sebnitz). Subdivision of the study: Section 1 — analytical part: Procurement and analysis of documents, research work. Section 2 — Recommending part: Recommendations for action, assessment of their effectiveness/effectiveness. Section 3 — Discussion and evaluation: Discussion with the municipalities concerned, evaluation of the proposed measures. Project results: Development of a system of eight dry reservoirs. Establishment of linear flood protection measures at the watercourses, each upstream from the bottom. Recommendation on specific measures (i.e. measures on transverse objects in the riverbed of the watercourses), regardless of the dry reservoirs and linear measures. still required: Updating the territorial plans.
