Description (EN): A cross-border geological risk crisis management system between authorities and institutions will be established. The monitoring and early warning system will monitor particularly vulnerable areas.

Description (DE): Es wird ein grenzüberschreitendes Gefährdungsmanagement auf dem Gebiet von „Georisiken“ zwischen Behörden und Ämtern geschaffen. Das Monitoring- und Frühwarnsystem überwacht besonders gefährdete Areale.

Description (CS): Bude vytvořen přeshraniční systém krizového řízení v oblasti geologických rizik mezi jednotlivými úřady a institucemi. Monitorovací systém a systém včasného varování bude sledovat obzvláště ohrožené oblasti.

Achievements (EN):

The project ended in October 2021. In September 2021 there was a closing event of the project partners in Leitmeritz, where the results and possible future work were discussed. A bilingual brochure on the content and results of the project was prepared in December last year. In the same period, we applied for a smaller follow-up project, which would start in spring this year and run until the end of December. In this project, we want to find out whether it is possible to determine the degree of compaction of sandstones using non-destructive methods. The decisive factor for this methodological study is the fact that there are rock areas inside which there is only loose sand. This means that these areas are not permanently solidified. The degree and spatial distribution of this phenomenon are unknown. If we can now distinguish solidified rock areas with the planned methods, it is possible to determine the spatial processing in the future. Another aspect is to classify and quantify the forest state. It is therefore a monitoring of the state of the forest.

Achievements (DE):

Das Projekt wurde im Oktober 2021 beendet. Im September 2021 gab es eine Abschlussveranstaltung der Projektpartner in Leitmeritz, in der die Ergebnisse und mögliche zukünftige Arbeiten besprochen wurden. Im Dezember letzten Jahres wurde eine zweisprachige Broschüre über Inhalte und Ergebnisse des Projektes erstellt. Im gleichen Zeitraum haben wir ein kleineres Nachfolgeprojekt beantragt, welches bei Genehmigung Im Frühjahr diesen Jahres beginnen und bis Ende Dezember laufen würde. In diesem Vorhaben wollen wir herausfinden, ob es möglich ist, mit zerstörungsfreien Methoden den Grad der Kompaktion der Sandsteine festzustellen. Ausschlag für diese methodische Untersuchung ist der Umstand, dass es Felsbereiche gibt, in deren Inneren sich nur loser Sand befindet. Dies heißt, dass diese Bereiche nicht durchgehend verfestigt sind. Grad und räumliche Verbreitung dieses Phänomens sind unbekannt. Kann man nun mit den geplanten Methoden verfestigte Felsbereiche von unverfestigten unterscheiden, besteht die Möglichkeit, zukünftig die räumliche Verbeitung festzustellen. Ein weiterer Aspekt ist, den Waldzustand zu klassifizieren und zu quantifizieren. Es handelt sich somit um ein Monitoring des Waldzustandes.
