Achievements (DE):

Das Potential des UNESCO-Welterbes Montanregion Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří ist für die Bildungsarbeit einmalig. Bildungsarbeit mit und durch das gemeinsame Welt- und Kulturerbe kann insbesondere junge Menschen dazu befähigen, ihr Erbe gemeinsam zu schützen und zu erhalten. Gemeinsam mit pädagogischen Fachkräften und Vereinen wurde ein grenzübergreifendes Bildungskonzept für Schulen und außerschulische Lernorte sowie Universitäten erarbeitet, um die Bergbaugeschichte durch gezielte Bildungsarbeit grenzübergreifend sicht- und erlebbar zu machen. "Unser WeltErbe" ist eine Bildungsplattform für alle Akteure. Projektergebnisse: Wir sind Welterbe – und wir können stolz darauf sein! Die Anerkennung der Montanregion zum UNESCO-Welterbe am 6.7.2019 in Baku zeugt nicht nur von den Leistungen der Bergleute in der Vergangenheit, sondern vor allem auch von Ihrem unermüdlichen Einsatz vor Ort, über viele Jahrzehnte dieses einzigartige historische Erbe zu bewahren und die Geschichte an herausragenden Orten lebendig zu halten. Bildungsmodule: zweisprachige interaktive Karte mit e-Learning-Tool mit Informationen zu den Objekten, wichtigste Informationen finden Sie in den Merkblättern zum UNESCO-Welterbe Montanregion Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří, mediale Präsentation typischer Bergdenkmäler und des Erzbergbaus im Erzgebirge in Minivideos, Tagungsband der Auftaktkonferenz am 19. Achievements (EN):

The potential of the UNESCO World Heritage Montan Region Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří is unique for educational work. Educational work with and through the common world and cultural heritage can in particular enable young people to jointly protect and preserve their heritage. Together with pedagogical specialists and associations, a cross-border educational concept for schools and extracurricular learning places as well as universities has been developed in order to make mining history visible and experienceable across borders through targeted educational work. “Our World Heritage” is an educational platform for all actors. Project results: We are world heritage — and we can be proud of it! The recognition of the Montan Region as a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 6 July 6.7.2019 in Baku bears witness not only to the achievements of miners in the past, but above all to their tireless efforts on site to preserve this unique historical heritage for many decades and to keep history alive in outstanding places.
